CPD Dossier: Red Hand

Alias: Red Hand, this is the alias that the media and the press came up with in their news and cover stories about the mysterious gun-toting vigilante. This is because of the red hand surrounded by a circle that is spray painted with a stencil and red paint on the back of his trenchcoat.

Known Photographs/ Eyewitness Description: Few eyewitnesses saw Red Hand in action. A woman that he saved from a rape described him as wearing blue jeans, a black t-shirt and sneakers on his feet. She also said that he was wearing a black tactical vest with multiple pockets over the t-shirt, dark earth knee pads over his jeans, black leather gloves, and a brown trenchcoat with a red hand surrounded by a circle spray painted with red paint and a stencil on the back(from where he got the name Red Hand). When asked about his face the woman said she only saw his eyes, because the rest of it was covered by a ski mask with 3 white stripes. Surveillance cameras eventually confirmed her description. Not long after that an artwork matching the woman's description, made by her son, appeared on the internet. In the comments the son thanked Red Hand for saving his mother's life and said that he made an artwork matching his mother's description in his honor.


Modus Operandi: Red Hand dosen't target a specific kind of criminal, although he prefers not to waste his time with petty thieves. Other vigilante's will deal with them anyway. Besides that, anyone else is fair game to him. His most common targets are murderers, rapists, home invaders and drug dealers, sometimes even mobsters. He has a motorcycle which he uses for his night raids and he deals with criminals by shooting them down, sometimes killing them with a knife, although the knife is really a last resort, more of a back-up weapon just in case. For rapists he has a special treatment. He dosen't kill them but instead he chops off their genitals, shoves them down their throats and leaves them like that. By the time the police and the ambulance get at the scene they usually die because of the intense blood loss. Firearms are Red Hand's primary tools for his vigilante work. On rare occasions he was seen using a knife and/or mixed martial arts against some of them.

Known Weapons/ Equipment: Traffic cams caught Red Hand using a black Honda CB-1000R motorcycle. He uses it because unlike cars, bikes are much more manuvreable and allow him to get away from busy traffic or police chases a lot more easily. He also has a flashlight in case he delves in dark places with no lights. The flashlight usually stays in a pocket of his tactical vest. The knife he carries is a Cold Steel OSS Double Edge knife. The sheath for the knife also has a strap that Red Hand uses to attach it to his left thigh, that way he can get it out much easier in case he needs it. When it comes to firearms, Red Hand usually carries a handgun accompanied by something with much serious firepower, just in case. For the handgun he chooses between a Kimber 1911, a Beretta M9, a CZ-75B or a Ruger GP-100 revolver. He usually he ends up picking one of the first two. He has a thigh holster for each of them. When it comes to more serious firepower, a customised Colt AR-15, an MP5 submachine gun and a customised Mossberg 500 shotgun are his options. Usually when he goes out he picks one of them that usually rests on his back thanks to a sling that they're all equipped with. He rarely had to use anything but a handgun though, but Red Hand prefers the "better safe then sorry" motto. Although his weapons are generally civilian legal, the MP5 is not, which is another reason why the police are hot on his trail, besides the blood soaked murders.

Territory: Red Hand is commonly seen in the West Side and in the Center too. However when he is targeting a specific person he goes anywhere he has to go.

Here are my results. To be honest, I have no idea what center left moderate social libertarian means. But it seems that from a political standpoint that is what I am.

Just going to place this here as I suggested that there were people who voted Leave just as a protest or so they could say they did without expecting to leave.

It does seem there are a lot of leave voters who want to turn back the clock and vote remain and there is a petition for a second referendum with over 1.3 million signatures. Thoughts?

I've just read the article. That's so rich. :DDD Too late for regrets now. The cat's out of the bag! And I doubt there's gonna be a 2nd refferendum. People that voted leave and regret it better start learning to live with their choice.

I can't really say i'm surprised. I was was actually expecting it. In the union the UK was always like that rebellious teenager that kept doing what he wanted despite his parents trying to make him a good boy.

Honestly if I were british I would've voted for them to leave too. I don't agree with this european union and I always saw it as a pathetic attempt at creating a euripean copy of the Unitrd States.

Ever since my country enteted the EU in 2007 things changed from bad to worse despite all the good we were promised. And that's because the people in charge were too busy kissing the EU's ass and adopting all of their outrageous measures blindly without thinking about the consequences they might have on the long run.

Return of the Dragonlords (High-Casual)

Fredrick looked behind as he was stepping further and further away from the campfire. The light from the fire started to dissapear as he turned his head away from the campfire and back in the direction he was heading. It felt good to walk away from all that crazyness. The tension was so obvious you could cut it with a dagger if you could. But anyway, as he was stepping forward he noticed drops of blood on the bark of a tree and some on the ground. They were also accompanied by some footsteps, heading towards a certain direction. Fredrick leaned down as he checked the blood and the footsteps. He started smiling afterwards as he rised back up. They were from that bandit that tried to rob him some moments ago, that he wounded but which he lost because he got distracted by the girl and her campfire.

As he was following the footsteps Fredrick remembered that the elf woman spoke something about a bandit camp not far from the ruins where they were at the time. "Of course, now it all makes sense. That bastard that tried to rob me was surely one of those bandits. And now his footsteps will lead me straight to their camp. It looks like i'm gonna be severing some heads tonight." He said as he started running while following the footsteps. However all of his plans for vengeance towards the bandit that tried to rob him were spolied as everything turned white and he found himself in a circle, together with all of the people from the campfire as well as two new arrivals, a halfling and a possible dwarf. Then a woman appeared, dressed in a flowing white gown and with golden hair.

The woman spoke as she started admonishing them because of their attitude towards one another. After the girl asked her who she is the woman introduced herself as Lyphera, Messenger of the Old Gods. Fredrick was so stunned by everything that was happening, he didn't even reacted in any way. He just listened to everything that Lyphera said. That particular vision with the burning village and with people of all races being slaughtered by giants was particularily disturbing. Once Lyphera was done, everything returned back to normal and they were all back at the ruins, with everybody standing in the same circle with the campfire burning in the middle of it.

The halfling, Halen, who was in shock as well, was asking if everything was real and what will they do now. Imidieatly after that the centaur apologized for his attitude towards them. "No harm done!" Said Fredrick as he looked at him and crossed his arms. Then he looked at Halen, most likely he was the one that was taunting them from the shadows about how vulnerable they are. But all that didn't mean anything anymore. They would have to find that cursed crystal or everything will fall apart and the world will perish under evil's grasp. Then he turned his view towards Kynna, aparently the so-called daughter of light was the one that was supposed to lead them to the mountain of Valron where that crystal is but it didn't look like she had any idea what to do.

"Well I don't know about the rest of you but personally i'm amazed to see that the gods still care about us. I mean, they were forbidden after the Purge and nobody worshipped them for a hundred years. Needless to say that they are nearly forgotten these days. If I were a god i'd be pretty pissed about all that."
