Personality: Seijuro is a brilliant young mind with limitless potential. For his age he has made leaps and bounds where no other Shinobi can make the same claim in such a small span of time. Hokage of the Village Hidden in Bamboo, Seijuro Nandate maintains balance in body and in mind whilst carrying himself with a positive and commanding demeanor, an ever-persistent awareness of his self and his surroundings following him at every step.
He is in a never-ending cycle of change and growth, the fire in his eyes materialised through his willpower and externalized onto those around him, and thus Seijuro has found himself in a position to inspire and affect others through his natural intuitive knowledge and his charismatic abiltiy to adapt to nearly any scenario.
Tried and true, Seijuro can call himself a snake to say the least and holds that title with honor. He is a sly character with a knack for stealth, thievery, and assassinations. He's a no-nonsense man with no time for bullshit, though with weaker prey he will undoubtably play mind games in order to extract information.

History/Background: Seijuro was born to a family of farmers. To make a long, long tale much shorter, his father was an abusive drunk who would take his anger out on Minako, Seijuro's mother, and often on Seijuro as well. Eventually his father beats his mother just a little too hard and causes seven year old Seijuro to give his father a colombian neck tie with a shard of broken glass from the bottle that was cracked over his mother's skull when she was accidentally slaughtered.
So the kid's an orphan at seven and who really wants a murderer for an adopted child so you can imagine how long young Seijuro sat in the orphanage in despair and loneliness. Well, not long really. You see, Seijuro was a prodigy child waiting to happen. He picked up the ability to read and write in less than a week and was calculating complex equations in no time. He had an inept ability to retain information and analyze things down to the minutest detail.
He was picked up by a wealthy, infertile man who adopted children and gave them the highest standard of education and health that money could buy. Seijuro studied their for very long and as war was common throughout the islands, the man generously paid for all his adopted, gifted children to receive self defense classes of the most renowned martial arts trainers in the village, as well as formal Ninshuu lessons from the oldest and msot respected living teachers closely tied with the Sage and his relatives.
Seijuro generously repaid this man by utlizing the full potential of the opportunities presented to him ultimately resulting in Seijuro going on a murderous rampage after becoming top of each of his martial arts classes. He had just finished his mastery of Kenjutsu at age 12 before impaling his would-be father through the heart with his sword. In succession with that murder, 121 murders were committed in the yougn man's wake. He killed each of the adopted children and all the personal employees of the man who had bought him his freedom from the orphanage. He proceeded to burn down the orphanage that he was sent to after the death of his parents with all the orphans and caregivers locked inside. He tracked down every living member of his family that he could find and annihilated them without a second thought, trimming the nubmer of Nandate down to about less than seven, one of them being Seijuro himself.
From that point Seijuro joined a rogue group of assassins with high ambitions for changing the world. They had hope for the future and aimed to revolutionize the way Shinobi conducted each other. It was a progressive movement of assassins who went far in the underground world. Eventually this group was sent to its near death when it was ambushed by a group of elite Ash ninja. Only four members of this revolutionary organizarion survived, one of the four being Seijuro.
The survivors did not speak for quite some time. Seijuro went his own way, having honed his skills with the group for two years, now age 14. Seijuro worked as a gun for hire in Takegakure for several months before eventually landing himself an ANBU Black Ops position there. Once he joined his inherent talent with a blade and in martial arts was so remarkable that he rose to the head of the ANBU by age 15. It had only taken him 9 months of relentless work, sometimes going several weeks on end without sleep or rest, becoming acquainted with taking on various personas in order to masquerade in enemy territory.
After asserting himself within the vilalge as a quick-witted decision maker, Seijuro became accustomed to taking matters into his own hand for the village and setting up his own ahenda for his ANBU as they truly only answered to him after seeing his prowess in the field coupled with his way for moving people with his words. The previous Takekage did not take a liking to this and called for a more upfront, militaristic approach to their neighbors the Ash village. At one point Seijuro upright refused orders, calling them brash and brutish. Seijuro gave his own orders to his ANBU agents who listened to him, not their Kage. They were loyal to power and skill, not seniority. Seijuro ousted the Takekage and led a coup d'etat against the regime in place.
It ended with a death match between the previous Takekage and seventeen year old Seijuro Nandate, who overcame the odds and pulled off the underdog win. He took the position for his own and gracefully took power. The people of Takegakure were won over by his charisma and elegance almsot isntantly. Seijuro showed a no tolerance policy to the members of the Ash village and instead of directly starting a war with them Seijuro began a campaign of stealth assassinations to weaken their country from the inside out. He was renowned for killing executives of the Ash's industrial exonomy without leaving a trace of evidence.

Tools/Weapons: Using generic seals tattooed on his wrists Seijuro can summon a plethora of items including senbon, kunai, shuriken, explosive tags, smoke pellets, ninja wire, and his four swords.
Akumu no Tachi "
Longsword of Nightmares" - A pair of nodachi. Those cut by this sword will have terrible nightmares at night and hear Seijuro's voice whispering during the day until the wound inflicted by these swords is healed. If one is as unfortunate as to be killed by one of these blades, their soul is sealed within the blade to be tortured by a world of nightmares forever.
Ozorou no Tantou "
Shortsword of Terror" - A pair of kodachi. Those cut by these shortswords are stricken with fear of their opponent and until the wound is healed they will be paranoid at every waking moment and sleep will not come easily, if at all. The greater the wound or number of wounds, the more intense the fear. If this blade directly impales someone and is not removed, they will be paralyzed with fear, incapable of fleeing.

Hiden Jutsu:[ Oshikorosu Chiyou "
To Crush a Butterfly" - Seijuro's Hiden was bestowed upon him through his lineage, it was a secret taught to him by his mother. She loved him very much, and during the first years that Seijuro could walk and talk and was beginning to understand how the world worked, she bestowed upon him a single butterfly that he was to keep with him always. His father did not know of his mother's ancestry or the fact that he had wed the daughter of a long-lasting and proud Shinobi clan.
Sadly his mother passed before she could pass on the secrets of the butterfly to her son, thanks to the drunk she married. Seijuro carried the lone butterfly with him for years and cherished its existence, but at the same time wondering why the butterfly never died or flew away. Once being taught in the ways of Ninshuu he began to sense something in the butterfly. When he was taught to sense chakra he was certain this was no ordinary butterfly.
Eventually Seijuro learned that this was no ordinary butterfly, but a butterfly with a very unique chakra signature. By chance he would learn that this butterfly had been collecting his chakra and adapting to it over the years. It had also collected little bits of the chakra from those around him. By the time he was twelve he discerned the true purpose of the butterfly and began to be able to create a few more of them on his own. The true purpose of these chakra butterflies was to gather genetic information as well as the chakra signatures of those around him. Many can be created through will and chakra.
With these butterflies Seijuro can perform reconassaince missions and transmit messages through them. He can communicate with them and gather intel using them as spies. However their true function of gathering genetic information and chakra from others allows him to receive this data from the butterflies and integrate it into his own body, manifesting as a temporary alteration of his chakra network and genetic makeup to allow him to steal small portions of others power, including KG, for very short portions of time.
Thus, if a butterfly collected DNA and chakra from a Senju and then returned to Seijuro, Seijuro would gain the Mokuton element and a few of their techniques for anywhere from 3-24 hours depending on how much chakra was collected by the butterfly. The abilities he gathers from butterflies are never permanent nor as powerful as the original and only one ability can be used at a time. Those who possess this Hiden cannot take on an elemental affinity unless one is provided by the butterflies.
Special Traits: Youngest Kage in history due to his status as a child prodigy and currently renowned as one of the fastest, most skilled swordsman alive. As a gifted orphan he was schooled in Shinobi history, advanced mathematics/arithmatic, various forms of martial arts and styles of kenjutsu. He is a master of using a blended fusion of Genjutsu and Kenjutsu to elusively assassinate his opponent. He is a skilled

Effect: This is Seijuro's personal style of swordsmanship that is blended from all of his years of experience fighting other swordsmen and from his formal teachings as a young man. His style flows like water and is very elegant, never missing a beat. The ebb and flow of his technique is almost as beautiful as when he crashes like a wave with the strength and precision to cut clean through steel and other hard metals, leaving whose who've witnessed this style in awe of his speed and cutting ability.

Effect: Only usable to those with peak physically conditioned bodies and stout minds, the Godspeed technique is born from chakra control and willpower. The will to move and act combined with precise flow of chakra throughout the body. The key of this technique is to think of one's chakra network like an ocean or river, and to allow one's chakra to flow from limb to limb wherever it is needed. The chakra in one's body flows where it is willed with precise chakra control and allows the user to exert bursts of chakra to enhance the speed of the user in short bursts.
Weakness: This technique causes muscle degeneration after extended use and if overused it will exhaust one's chakra reserves. Muscle tears begin after two or three uses in a single fight, pulls and tears in ligaments/tendons will occur after five or six uses in a single fight. Using it rapidly in succession causes intense fatigue in the user. Rarely will you see an elder using this technique as after a certain point in life most users of this technique will have their bodies give out on them and collapse before they can retire.

Effect: The longer Seijuro is stared at the faster he appears to move. The longer this illusion lasts, the greater the effects will be. The opponent quickly notices afterimages of themselves and of Seijuro and other things in their vision, clouding their perception of what is happening as trails of light cloud their eyes. If this part of the Genjutsu can be fought off, multiple images of seijuro begin to appear and attack the victim.

Effect: Activated by contact with Seijuro or his weapons, this illusion flips the victim's reality and inverts all of their senses. What they see on the right is really on the left, and vise versa. They hear Seijuro coming from the right, he is really on the left. A sword impales them on the right shoulder, the wound feels and appears on the left side, leaving the victim clueless. This technique does not stop there, as when the opponent reacts and tries to move one side of their body, the opposite side will respond, having all of their actions inverted.

Effect: Upon inflicting any wound an illusion can be palced over the target. For instance say the wound is a stab wound. Seijuro stabs the target with his kodachi. The Genjutsu is put in place from the instant the tip of the sword pierces the skin of the target, causing the illusion of time slowing down to a near-halt. Each fraction of a second is played out for what could be hours in the victim's mind, each tiny bit of pain being magnitudes worse than what it really would feel like. A papercut would feel like death. A real stab wound would feel like days of torture. The Genjutsu lasts until something is done about the pain. This technique causes Seijuro to be one of the most feared swordsman in history, as even a single little cut can send an opponent to their knees due to the drawn out agony of the Genjutsu. Weaker opponents like Genin or Chuunin would most likely do into shock from the pain, stronger willed opponents still msut suffer though are far less likely to keel over from a single cut.

Effect: By looking at Seijuro or his weapons an illusion is placed on the target. The longer the target looks at Seijuro, the more the Genjutsu will take into effect. It is a very simple, yet very potent technique. The longer you look at Seijuro, the slower your mind can process stimuli from the environment. It takes nanoseconds to process information but imagine if it took just a fraction of a second longer to process each bit of info from your surroundings. Information begins to reach and leave the brain slower than it normally would, resulting in slower reactions and responses to Seijuro's movements. Eventually as the technique progresses (as long as they periodically look at Seijuro) they will begin to think Seijuro is moving much faster than he actually is, and will not be able to reaad his movements. This is his signature technique, and though he is an incredibly fast Shinobi, this technique leads others to believe he is inhumanly fast. After a minute of fighting against Seijuro under this illusion the opponent's reaction timing will be dulled by at least a second for powerful foes, Seijuro will appear to be getting faster and faster.

Effect: By looking at any of Seijuro's weapons he may cast a Genjutsu that creates the illusion of length. He is able to change the visible length of either of his swords at will, making them appear longer or shorter. Seijuro often wields one nodachi and one kodachi, so for example, the nodachi is much logner than the kodachi, so in an instant Seijuro can make it seem as if he has switched hands with his weapons, the short sword now in the other hand. Thus, when the opponent would dodge the short sword the apparent length is a ruse, and they will be cut by the invisible length of his nodachi.
Weakness: Standard Genjutsu weaknesses. This is a very simple Genjutsu that becomes deadly only due to how it is being implemented.

Effect: This illusion is activated by Seijuro's body language, specifically when he moves back and forth a few times and then strikes at his opponent, similar to a wave being pulled back and forth before crashing upon rocks. When opponents gaze at Seijuro's movements their senses will be fooled into thinking Seijuro is closer or farther than he actually is, that his blades are curved slightly less or more than they already are. It is hard to judge depth and distance, making it almost impossible to evade a quick close-range attack. Those who fall victim to his illusion for more than a minute will begin to think they are underwater and will see things as if they were looking at the world through the lens of a moving body of water.

Effect: This illusion is enacted upon the sound of metal vibrating created by the user, most often a clash of blades. The sound is amplified and upon hearing it the victim(s) will hear a piercing echo of the sound. With each successive metal vibration that occurs after the start of the Genjutsu, the sounds wil lbegin to echo off of one another aand create a chaotic chorus of painful metal screeches until the foe is overwhelmed.
