For all time. Natali had to trod through the unmarked road. She was dropped off an mile or so off of the campus by her Foster poppi and mommy. They were an nice couple, and had four other foster children, the female being barren herself. She thought on this as she saw cars driving past her, in an hurry to drop off.. Parents sometimes stuck around. She wondered what that felt like. As she finally got to the gates of Northwood, she bypassed the main-building and its attendance committee.. She didn't need to deal with Dr. Mann now, or his stares. She pranced straight into the Gym, seeing all of the students she smiled. "Bozhe mіĭ!" she expressed in her native young, glad to be back for another year. Some of the others looked at her.. She didn't talk too much, and nobody had bothered to get to know her..

She was, as they would say, the russian one when in fact she was Ukranian! She always laughed, ah americans, she liked their quaint little voices and fast-speaking patterns. As if everything was a rush, they barely even pronounced their vowels. However, back in Ukraine, people were.. Less accommodating then the kids here. They called her Vid'ma, witch. She called herself The Valkyrie. She wondered which one had worse connotations?

As her mind dragged itself on, alone in her thoughts, she strut to the table with her file. Arro Jenkins. She pouted, she didn't know this girl. Well, she had seen her. She didn't know many. A schedule filled with Dancing was not bad, yearbook would allow her to at least take some pictures, swimming..? She didn't know how to swim. She figured she had to learn sometime. She sighed, they'll make fun of you. She didn't care, she never cared. Straightening her hat, she headed off to her room. She needed to set up her canvas. You should paint it red! Perhaps she would?

Appearance

Name: Natali Valkyrie "Vid'Ma"

Age: Seventeen/Junior

Appearance: Natalie has soft pearly skin, that doesn’t have an imperfection upon it. She is widely considered beautiful, and only accentuates this with heavy doses of makeup. Her hair is an light golden, but her roots are an chestnut blonde color, suggesting she dyes it. Considerably tall(5’10), she has long legs, and an lean chest. With flashy blue eyes and a thin waist it’s noticeable she keeps in an nice form-fitting shape.

Ability/power/creature: Natali possesses the inate ability to create Forcefields. While they are stationary around her, allowing her not to be harmed from most things, they usually only come when she is in great danger. She has an hard time projecting them, and she does not even think it is possible to make them go beyond the parameters of her own body.

Biography: Born in Kiev, Ukraine, Natali’s parents are what one from the Soviet Union would call.. Dissidents. They hated the suppression of Russian authorities, and fought in the battle of freedom. Sadly, her father was arrested before Natali was even born , her mother having kept it a secret from him, in fear of dissuading his fervor of the cause.

Natali was raised under her mother, who taught her never to trust anyone, and that truly most of all, anyone who think they have a right to what is yours.. Is wrong. Natali was relocated from her mother when she was ten, and was moved around fostercare, as the uprisings died somewhat down Natali believed she would never see her parents again.

She grew up an rather normal girl after she finally found the right home, being completely unaware of her power, most violence being shielded from her. When she would get the occasional burn or cut, it never hurt, it never bled. Her foster parents simply thought she was… “quiet”, and sent her to a boarding school. She made friends, a few partners, but a month from when she turned fifteen, her best friend was walking in the middle of an street when an 18-wheeler charged through the red light. Natali did the only thing thinkable, and charged her friend out of harm’s way. Well, she actually blocked her from harm’s way. Holding onto her friend, The young girl’s body made the Truck’s frontside plow into itself…

After this miracle, the incident was swiftly covered up by the oppressive soviet regime, Natali was sent to an state-prison for a few weeks. After much deliberation, her handlers decreed that she was, by law, a freak of nature and could be disposed of or.. Shipped to Russia for processing, which meant an exile into Siberia.

They however received an mysterious and impeccably-timed letter(from none other then Northwood Academy) and it specified the institute could take care of her. Seeing that perhaps an prestigious, and reclusive institute might fair better in this situation.. The handlers gave her a chance, either she leaves her home country, or they would be forced to take action. Naturally, after several long and boring train/ship travels, Natali had arrived at the front steps of the Institute.

Personality: Natali is quirky and unusual to Americans. She likes taking photos, and often models alot of her own artwork, which she paints in her own room. She often skips class, and is an ‘troubled’ student. She barely understands the language, and worse, she feels very alone. A nice and eccentric girl, she hardly talks to her fellow students, but being urged on by some of the very endearing Teachers.. She might decide to change that in the near future.

@Maelvona I like the idea of her. There's a few grammar errors. If you want this to be her first year I'd prefer she was younger.

Sorry, it's a little late here, and I only did one-proofread. I wanted to get it out fast! As well as I don't think character sheets are the most important thing, a nice reference maybe, but characters really evolve past these things once you start writing them(in my perfectly honest opinion). I don't usually write like this, I assure you by the way, it's just writing an biography is different then acting out an character I feel.

Also, I used seventeen because no fifteen year old looks like that. However, to suit your needs, I will perhaps change it so she arrived to the school sooner, rather then later?
