Grinding your teeth generally makes them flatter, so I wouldn't worry about that. That's why those little frills on front teeth are actually a good thing - grinding or bad dental health tends to make them erode over time, which is why kids have them but adults tend not to.
One of my canines is gigantic compared to the rest of my teeth and really sharp, for some reason. And when I say gigantic, I mean it's like twice the size of the equivalent on the other side. It's weird.
