Imagine. Abigail actually starts seeing them smiling at each other. Touching each other in small ways. Violet being super happy for some friggin reason. Sounds like a recipe for fun to me.
They definitely do need to have this conversation. That conversation might be the one that confirms they still love each other and gets them back together. Much to Abigail's fury.
Hopefully he can think of it this way, think of the chance she had to take. If she did nothing, he was guaranteed to die. If she turned him, there was at least a chance that they'd be alright and together. From her perspective, she will refuse to apologize for taking that chance.
I'm glad for that. We need hope for these two. I genuinely wonder if Elizabeth would apologize. I don't think she can bring herself to genuinely be sorry for what she's done. Because if she didn't do what she did, he wouldn't be before her to apologize at all.
I could understand him leaving her for it. She violated him, she turned him into this unnatural creature against his will, that's horrifying. I wouldn't blame him for never wanting to see her again. But turning the town against her, driving her out, getting the entire town to see her as a monster and hunting her down like one... yeah, that's not fair. You don't do that to someone you love.
Was she the 'better' in 'better half'? It's hard to tell, because we didn't see much of them and their personalities before Jaspin got sick and everything went to hell.
It's going to be a very scary and bitter moment for her. It's been a while since she actually killed someone for food. But she's starving and heartbroken and furious and for a few minutes, she doesn't give a damn who she hurts.
Not actually a mom nor German
Not a memelord. More like a memebaroness.
Pretentious theater student, especially if you let me get myself started.
