Okay.. Bascially, in a time of great need, a character can unlock a time-sensitive transformation unique to them (also available for battle items). This is called a "Cascade". Later on, they can activate it at will, if they've mastered it.
Anyway, the character's fur color changes or they get a special pattern added onto it. Their Hissatsu either changes completely or evolves (E.g. a fire character doing a Cascade might have a water-themed Hissatsu in the form, losing their fire abilities for a short time period).

Hmm. Ways to improve... Actually. There is one thing.
"Yeah..." Hikaru looks at the small cat whom Ash tried to murder. He stumbled over to her, due to his energy being not yet fully restored, trying to put a grin on his face. "H-hey... How are you..?" he groaned.
"H-hey," Hikaru wheezes. "Axle, right? Why are you guys being so nice to me? And what's the deal with Ash calling that cat a princess?"

Here's my proposition: Marcus can keep the ice breath- however, what if he wore armor just for the normal means of wearing armor? And maybe enhance it with his ice-breath whenever he wanted to use something other than his Hissatsu or fangs/claws?
