How did Charles even get the idea that Anxius had a Hissatsu in the first place? It's pretty much impossible to tell when and where he is looking.

Good call. Normally our character's Hissatsu's are debuted through battle or through some other everyday thing. Charles couldn't have known that, because Anxius hasn't used it in front of anyone else up until now. Plus, Charles was running away- he couldn't have seen the glow of Anxius eyes that shows the user is using their Hissatsu.

Hikaru caught the 'smell' of fear coming from nearby. He darted in that direction, coming upon a horrific scene. Anxius looked like he was going to kill Charles. "What's going on here?"

"I'm fine anywhere." Hikaru yipped. He looked at Himeko, Charles and Anxius; then at Mina and Liala. "What do you guys think? Stay here or move upstream?"

His Hissatsu says he can manipulate (or create) shadows to any height and size he wants?
Sorry, but if I'm mistaken, that sounds like two powers, along with sounding similar to Minarawr (controlling solidified shadows) and Kafka Komedy's (creating darkness to obscure the enemy's vision) characters. I think I forgot to mention that each power has to be unique? I think I did. Unless the person who made the power up agrees that you can use the power, you're gonna have to choose something else. Sorry.
