So, when I'm bored and I haven't been on RPG for a while, I come up with crazy stuff.
The year is 2016, everything is pretty much the same as in our reality, well, that is until rifts start popping up around the world. Strange and frightening creatures,memes,and things thought only to be fiction until that moment come pouring out from these portals. People speculate them to be tears in the fabrics of time and space, others believe it to be the work of the Illuminati/God/Satan/Lovecraftian monsters/ some other group or being beyond most peoples comprehension. Some have ventured into the portals, but even fewer make it back. some of those that do escape are so frightened, they do not wish to enter it again...
