I would honestly be interested, and I am slightly piqued, but from having experience I must note that not having Details to the major world-building aspects lacks the ability to draw interest. I highly advise to make some Paragraphs for all the Races, Territorial Cultures, Architectural Cultures, Flora, Fauna, Etc.
