Current Just because you can have 36 attacks per turn that threaten a crit on a roll of 14+ doesn't mean it's worth doing.

Isn't it weird how you can start a private conversation with yourself?

I hope people aren't too busy
Ramia glanced at Scarlet and rolled her eye at the question. "Well, miss... taking in to account our current crew composition, armaments and - for some of us - limited combat experience I'd say we are looking at a scale of 6 to 7 here." The dark haired woman didn't sound at all worried - despite the fact that she seemed to be barely able to focus on the task at hand. She glanced at James and nodded. "That actually sounds like a nice plan, James. I'll do my best to keep them occupied, but I give no promises... It's completely different to fight a class of ship you are at least familiar with than a ship you know noting about - and currently I have no idea what kind of a ship the enemy has." She shook her head and rolled her eye. "Apart from the fact that it's a battleship of some type."
So, uh... who posts next? ^^
Ramia seemed a bit more tense than before - perhaps because she had been bothered during the repairs - still, she made her way to the little meeting and listened to James' explanation about his plan. "You want me to create a distraction...? So, what... You expect me to outgun that thing with a barely working Flight Suit?" Despite the annoyance in her voice it was obvious that the dark haired woman liked the idea. "Now if they have a Flight Suit of their own in there..." Her tone shifted to an excited one. "I could go for a dogfight right about now."
Ramia is probably going to be a bit pissed since people bother her with unimportant things like briefings... :P
After a few moments of gathering herself Ramia finally got back to work on the thrusters. She cautiously went through the parts that Belle had worked on just in case. Her working speed had dropped quite suddenly in to a slow crawl - mostly because her lack of sleep was now really catching up to her. Still, the dark haired woman had decided that fixing the Guardian was at this moment more important than her own physical or mental health - however foolish it seemed.
Fiiirst missiooon! ^^
Oh boy! Sun is shining and I'm sitting inside doing nothing ^^
With our luck we could be attacked by anyone at any moment... I'm not going to risk that... My own survival goes above everything else, even Belle. Ramia thought to herself while working on the thrusters. She was getting more and more tense due to the lack of sleep and constant pain from her bionics, but the dark haired woman did her best to fight through her tiredness. What if they hurt her? Those damned brutes... wouldn't be surprising... I should just go and... NO! I have to finish this. I have to get the Guardian back to full operational capacity and I'm going to fix these thrusters! She rolled her eye and yawned - the hour or so of sleep after the little fight had not helped very much.

Damnit... if I had any stims to dull the pain I could get a respectable amount of sleep and also I could concentrate better... Ramia ran the fingers of her right hand through her hair and shook her head slightly. Adel could keep me focused... He had that nice habit... She smiled faintly and closed her eyes while straightening up to get the feel back to her legs. He was the only person I really love... well... now there is Belle, but... The unwanted trip down memory lane made the Halcyon General more than slightly agitated. After a while of pacing around she seated herself on top of a cargo crate and held her head with both hands. Damnit, Adel... Why did you have to be the hero? We were supposed to make Xian a better place and settle down... "...Why did you have to be the hero, Adel?" She asked silently.
You have to be kidding me... Ramia let out an annoyed little growl. She stopped working and activated her comm. "Gee, thanks for the heads up, McLoyed." Her voice was a bit strained and it was obvious that the situation annoyed her beyond words. "Why the hell can't someone do anything about that damn virus?" The dark haired woman bit her lower lip with enough force to draw blood. I need to calm down... I need to get this Flight Suit back in operational state... The others can handle it. "I trust you'll take the needed measures to assure that we'll live through this? Just remember, if Belle is harmed more than necessary you'll have me to contend with." With those words Ramia again cut off the output from her comm and continued working on the Guardian.
