Current Just because you can have 36 attacks per turn that threaten a crit on a roll of 14+ doesn't mean it's worth doing.

Isn't it weird how you can start a private conversation with yourself?

O_O Waaaaaaaahh! *THUD*

On a side note being a bard is fun ^^ Acting is a big part of the job so in a meta sense you are roleplaying while you are roleplaying ^^
"Though the beast may be sent here to punish these people of their sins... Wouldn't it be more fitting to give them a fair judgement, more akin to that of Justicia than the foul beast?" Tarquin managed for a moment sound like a kindly cleric rather than a bard. "I am sure a prayer to your fair goddess would at least be worth a try, what say you, priest?" The tall elf smiled warmly at Beacom and spread his arms slightly. "How about you let the others rummage around for any tomes of knowledge while the two of us pray? I have seen the wrath of many a horrible god and goddess in my time and... admittedly Justicia seems much more to my liking."
.... Ok, but... no groping. *awkward bro hug*
I do have some eeeeeevil plans ^^ veeeeeery eeeeeevil.
Tarquin examined the glass window depicting the goddess and made few hand signs - those with knowledge of either some form of thieves cant or other such would decipher their meaning as 'scales of justice'. "Well, I have to admit that the work is quite exquisite. It must have cost a fortune."
I could do an island ^^ I have great plans already.
Tarquin had chosen to go with the rest of the group to see the priest. The tall elf hummed an annoyingly catchy song.
Tarquin had not explained anyting to anyone. When the group had returned to the hall the tall elf had slipped away to have a word - and a rather rude wakw up - with the local blacksmith.

Though the blacksmith had been at first rather sour his attitude had swiftly changed when the bard had emptied a pouch of gold coins in the man's hand while examining the few weapons the blacksmith had in stock.

Some time later Tarquin had returned to the hall with two daggers strapped on his thigh and a new, quite wide blades thrusting sword at his hip. Also judging by the little clinking when he moved his hands there were a pair of knives strapped to his forearms as well.
When Cedric yelled out for Eve to look out Taroyn immediately cast the spell of darkness around himself and sneaked back to his gear. After a while he returned as Tarquin - fully dressed again - with a little, sheepish smile on his lips. "I guess I need to explain the lot of you a bit or two - mostly to clarify things and avoid any unfortunate overreactions." The tall elf glanced at Cedric and winked. "I will however explain things after a meal." His attention turned to Rockmar and the elf made a very proper bow. "No need for thanks. We are all in this toghether, remember?"
:p I never claimed not being a hypocrite.
