I should have specified more, i am sorry. himori was also higher up than the siren girl so the lighting strikes himori, but before doing any real damage grounds through the steel. so it wouldn't matter if she was wet or not, water runs down, lighting grounds... Himori is a quite good at what she does...

Your Siren was still tied up, HImori pulled on the wired, the lighting was grounded off the steel wire, since steel is more conductive than water.... You can't aim lighting can you o.o.... can you (O)_(O)
You may want to ask how they were injured to.... and we need to know what kind of hospital it is.... is is a normal one, or kind of Echii hospital?
