Looks good. One thing is that most people in the Free States aren't racist in the least. And other Felinia treat Tabbys the same as any other race. Other than that its great. You don't have to change a thing.

@tex Felinia isn't a race on its own. Felinia is a name for all Catfolk. So tell me what type of cat your character is and I'll type out the Lore for you.

Looks decent. Heres my problems with it:
1) Felinia is the same as calling a Tiger a Feline. Gotta be more specific.
2) Elementalism never permanently enchants an item. Only runes do that. You could permanently maintain an enchantment but it would constantly take mana out of you.
3) Crossbow is good, conserve real bolts and use magic ones. (They can be made by elementalists so yeh.) Its up to you but real bolts come in handy when you end up in a radiation pocket.
