General Onodera was in a foul mood. Some joker called him and his staff and delivered a message. The odd thing was the message seemed to be nation wide. Cyber security was not his command but the rapid defense of Japan was. He contacted the Ministry of Defense for orders. Finally he got an order to quietly order the forces into a war footing. He called a meeting of his staff officers. At the meeting was Major General Masaki (Deputy Commander International Operations), Major General Isaki (Deputy Commander Domestic Operations), the CRF Chief of Staff (Colonel Raizo) and the two Vice Chiefs of Staff. Tadashi Onodera entered the room his subordinates stood up. "Gentlemen, I assume you either got that strange call or know someone who did." The General said in a manner more direct than most officers in Japan. He saluted the men and sat down. "So I am here to tell you that the orders come on down from the JSO and the Cabinet. They want us to Quietly prepare for a war footing." The General emphasized the quietly part of his statement. "Now it will be no problems to get our soldiers here ready but we will need to contact our subordinate regiments. I believe our communication networks may have been compromised." Onodera took a sip of water. "Though we will communicate with our other bases I want messengers ready in case comms go down. I plan on heading to Eastern Army HQ to ensure they are ready as well." "Do we have orders to include them?" asked General Isaki. "We do. Also we cannot prepare if we can't communicate with other commands." Onodera took a breath. "Gentlemen we are dealing with an enemy that can hurt our people in ways we cannot imagine. If they can hack all the phones to send a message what else can they do?" The officers there were silent. "I'd rather prepare than not." The room was silent. "Then I will head to At he Camp in Nerima and be back at at least.." He saw his watch was 12:45. "17:00 to 17:30 depending on traffic and meeting lengths. I will contact you if I am going to be later. While I am gone I want plans looked over." The men nodded and saluted as the general got ready and left.

Onodera looks good to me. I take it he's starting at CRF HQ, which a quick Google search reveals is located at Camp Zama, near Sagamihara. The general may very well end up overall military commander during this crisis.

It was that or the Army Camp at Nerima. Was tempted to name him Masami Shinzo (a general from Godzilla VS King Kong)

Name: Tomoyoshi Onodera Appearance: TBD Gender: Male Occupation: Lieutenant General in the JGSDF commands Central Readiness Force Nationality: Japanese Personality:Cold distant but tacitly sound mind. Brief Bio: General Onodera was born in Miyagi Prefecture in 1957. He was trouble in school often late and causing trouble. He did do well in his grades and was interested in joining the JGSDF in 1979. Onodera graduated at the top of his class in 1983. He was involved n the Hokkaido defense force army during the KAL 007 crisis, and transferred to the Western Army. In the Western Army he cooperated with the American Forces. He was involved in the Monarch evacuation of Janjira in 1999. Years later he was in charge of the forces that went to Iraq with the Japanese Forces that went there. He was promoted to Lieutenant General in 2012 and placed in command of the CRF due to his military experience. Hope that works.

"It's a name of a Gallic Chieftain who was one of the first people to sack Rome during the days of the Roman Republic. And the name of a Web Serial I like. More to the point, it's a good name, a warrior's name, and the name of someone who almost arrested the growth of one of the world's iconic powers."

"Eh you can call it that, the military already has a name." Elea replied. The military was keen on the name RECIPROCITY.

"Yes, I do!" spoke Gary; "let's just say that my people are coming as soon as possible; which is when they respond." He then turned towards Alto: "Kid, I'm going to give you the key to my private helicopter; I can buy several more once I acquire the remnants of Aperture Corp." And with that, he gave the 17-year old a small bronze key. "Said helicopter is, of course, at the helipad, and I ask you and the others to take it right now." He then looked sadly at Alto. "Goodbye for now, kid." Elena's Apartment Constantine, now back from his sojourn, got the news on his smartphone just before he entered the apartment. "Hey, Elena," he spoke, "I'm going to meet up with Healing Spore and William - they're alive, just in another safehouse - in order to prepare for the assault. Before I go, I wanna ask..." he was sheepish now, "...can I name the operation?" He already had something in mind: Operation Brennus.

"Why that?" asked Elena the government was going with the name RECIPROCITY as it was on the head of the problem. "What does that name have to do with revenge?" Elena was not responsible for naming the operation.
