Well if you specifically wanted a high-lethality, low-power diceless system with support for divine blessings and the like I'd suggest the Unisystem Diceless rules as outlined in All Flesh Must Be Eaten. The pure-narrative variant tends to be very deterministic, however.

Would you like a .pdf copy, or just the diceless rules segment in text format?
If you're not the co-GM, you have no power over others/the world.


Word of advice, friend: You'd probably get more interest if you didn't explicitly take away all player agency in the basic rules.

EDIT: Also wouldn't it be easier to just play Don't Rest Your Head instead of trying to make a not-quite-a-system from scratch?

Can you tell me a little more about the mechanics?
For example:
How are contested actions resolved?
What determines whether or not something is a "losing battle"?
Can you give me a numerical value for the ratings?
Does this system use static or dynamic degrees of success?

You said more is better, so I invited some other friends from a different thread. There might be another two or three stopping by.
I wasn't sure what to do since most of the important characters already have analogues, so I made one that doesn't have an analogue instead.
