Opening Dialogue

Randal: For the glory of my homeland, we shall be victorious on this day!

Michelle: *Ahem* Milord, you do realize we're fighting without cause in a fan-made arena, don't you?

Jason: Yeah, seriously! What the hell are we doing here?

Randal: Well it's quite simple, really. Among our party are but five measly level 1 units, one of which doesn't even fight. How else are we going to recruit more units if we don't earn money in the arena? Furthermore, we'll gain tons of EXP and become stronger in no time!

Jason: Hey! I'm important in the early game! Without me to heal you, you'd die in like two hits, and that would suck for me because without a lord to serve I'd be out of a job!

Beth: Is money the only thing you can think about, Jason? Why can't you be like Randal and I and savor a good fight when you find one?

Jason: BECAUSE I DON'T FIGHT!

Nyra: ... Um, Lord Randal, I have a question...

Randal: What is it?

Nyra: Well... it's just that um... if you're the lord of a well-to do kingdom, then isn't the issue of money to recruit more units really not an issue or something?

Randal: Funny you should ask that... heh...

Nyra: Also, if we really wanted to we could just roam around and go to random villages in the countryside to find more units. Sometimes we could even get a rare item from its inhabitants like a promotion item or a bullion of gold!

Randal: Well, it would be rude to impose-

Nyra: And once in a while if we encounter a group of bandits or something we could even try talking to one of the grunts and convince them to fight for us instead, can't we?

Randal: That's silly, why would I ever try something so risky like that?

Michelle: Well Nyra, Lord Randal was kicked out of his home for lazing around all day and not doing anything. As a means to raise his maturity, the king has ordered that he be exiled from the kingdom until such a time where I, his faithful knight, deem he has matured.

Randal: Michelle! You speak too much! I command you to be silent this very moment!

Michelle: Yes, milord.

Jason, Yeah, and the worst part is that the rest of us got stuck with him!

Randal: You too, Jason!

Jason: Yes, milord.

Beth: Guys... savor the moment... the battle is upon us.

*enemies approach from the south*

Actually I picked those simply to help boost her defense and resistance (at least I hope they do if personal growths work how I think they do). She's only reclassing through Sage, Battle Mage and Valkyrie.

Also, Route the Enemy sounds good with me. I'll be Red team.

That max is imposed by the starting gold limit anyway, we are only left with about 5000 if we by a vulnerary and e rank weapon for each unit we buy.

Actually, add an Armor Slayer to Randal's (my lord's) inventory, so 5340-1500=3840.
