Zephyr

Zephyr grinned at Nodah as he apologized. Already, he was used to the human's archaic means of expression, and it didn't occur to him to comment again. "No worries, I know all about your kind," He chuckled. "I spent the latter part of my life among you guys. It was a small town, but I met enough of you to figure you out." Seeing the hall fill up, he stood up and cracked his knuckles. Stretching, he turned to Nodah. "I suppose we'd better start warming up. What's your rank?"

He spotted a set of weights in the corner, exactly his type of work out, and started heading towards it. He assumed Nodah was of rank A, so guess he probably wouldn't follow. On the way to the weights, he caught sight of Desdemona playing catch with Daichi and rolled his eyes, but kept walking.
Zephyr

Zephyr saw the resentment in Desdemona's eyes as he ranted at her, followed by a quick flash of recognition in her eyes as she realized he was right. The sight filled him with a comfortable smugness, and he held his ground even as she expanded her aura in anger. "My issue right now is you thinking you can just grab me like that," She snapped at him, yellow eyes flashing. Her dark aura visible around her, the intimidating sight almost filled Zephyr with enough respect for her to forget her ridiculous antics in the dining hall. Now, that was how a demon should behave. He stared her down as she made her threat and walked away, Yayo Fiji's voice booming in the background.

Satisfied, he started heading to the portal. He was one of the first ones there, and although the portal trip was still unpleasant, it was measurably less so without a crowd of students in it. The training hall was empty when he arrived, so he walked to a bench at the side and waited for the others. Like everywhere else, the hall screamed luxury, with polished wooden floors and ornate glass windows which were probably magically reinforced.
Zephyr

Zephyr looked on in disbelief at the events happening. Both Nuna and Desdemona had turned out to be petty girls, not worth the attention Zephyr had initially given them. Although he understood Nuna's behaviour, her being a Succubus, he couldn't believe Desdemona would act so... human. He looked at Daichi's unconscious form, and stepped over it on his way to Desdemona. Could he have healed him? Yes, but Zephyr preferred not to be helpful if he didn't have to be. Reaching her, he grabbed her wrist and dragged her out of the dining hall and into the quiet corridor. She protested, but Zephyr was mostly brute strength and she might as well not have resisted at all. Once outside, he whirled on her, irritated.

"You. What's wrong with you?" He growled. "That was, without a doubt the most idiotic display I have ever seen in my life. You're a demon, for crying out loud! Not that I'm an expert, you being the first one I've met other than myself, but do you always act like such a brat? Doing that over a guy you barely know? What's your issue?" He demanded. Normally, he didn't care when people made fools of themselves, but it irritated him that the first member of his kind he'd met had turned out to be so disappointing. He liked making enemies as much as the next person, but Desdemona seemed to be doing it because of a stypid crush, which pissed him off no end.
Interested :D
Zephyr

Not long after he'd sat down opposite the other demon, Reas approached and sat down silently. Zephyr appreciated that he didn't interrupt. Daichi arrived minutes later, and Zephyr acknowledged his presence with a nod in his direction, deciding that the girl could answer if and when she felt like it. He decided to focus on the beautiful stack of meat in front of him, savouring the bacon especially which was just the way he liked it, slightly crisp. He eyed the steak on Daichi's plate for a while before quickly tearing a piece off a popping it in his mouth with a satisfied grin.

Catching sight of Zensei, Zephyr barely withheld a groan. The pixie was loud and obnoxious, and the fact they shared a room was already a pain. He even managed to keep quiet when Zensei opened his mouth and said "Zephyr and that hot demon girl would make a cute couple, right?" Instead, he fixed the tiny creature with a freezing gaze that had made soldiers quiver in their boots. The look quickly turned to revulsion as the pixie attacked his food with the eagerness of a starving dog, as well as the style of one. He looked on in abject disgust, horribly fascinated to the extent that he didn't notice when Nodah sat down. The appearance of a big, hulking figure did catch his attention though. Something about him was unsettling, though, and instantly Zephyr decided he didn't trust him, despite the friendly rapport he was striking up with Reas.
Diana's the youngest, I think. I'm worried for her XD
Zephyr

Zephyr raised an eyebrow at Nodah in approval. Even though he talked in a manner that was nearly a century old, he had a relaxed and chill demeanour, taking Zephyr's comment lightly. The demon decided there that Nodah could be added to the list of humans he considered friends. "I'm definitely not going to complain if you want to treat me like royalty," he grinned, leaning back. Looking over at the nocturne and pixie, Zephyr snickered at the Daichi's reaction to Zensei's sudden adoration for him, and burst into laughter at the pixie's equally hilarious response. "Yeah, good night Mr. Just-A-Friend," He smirked. He got ready for bed in half a minute, buried himself under the amazingly soft covers, and went to sleep.

Zephyr was the first to wake up in his room the next morning, as he never slept that well or deeply anyway. He had quite the escapades in the bathroom, alarmed by the mists in the shower, the lack of a towel, and the weird particles that instead did the drying for him. "There is such a thing as too much magic," He grumbled to himself as fabrics materialized on his figure. Looking down, he found himself in an all white ensemble of a plain tshirt, a hoodie that hid his reptilian arm, jeans and combat boots. He grinned at the boots, pleased. He'd never been able to find shoes like that in white, which everyone said was impractical. Somehow though, Zephyr never looked less than immaculate. He picked up his necklace from next to the sink and put it on, then hearing Yayo Fiji's voice, making an announcement about morning arrangements.

Ready, he walked back into the room. Everyone else was still fast asleep. He briefly considered waking them all up, but then decided against it, instead heading to the dining hall. He followed the lead of other students, going up to one of the machines to the side. He touched his necklace to the screen, and could have kept for joy as piles of bacon, omelettes, and sausages were heaped on a plate. A cup of coffee appeared as well, black and steaming, the way he liked it. He looked round for a place to sit, before catching sight of what he knew without a doubt was a demon, sitting at a floating table in the corner and ravenously eating. He approached the table and sat opposite her. He didn't say anything for a while, until, beside himself with curiosity, he asked, "What's your name?"

Diana looked up at Tommie with a smile, grateful for the offer, and walked with her to the man she'd been with. She was curious to meet the other trainees.
"Nice to meet you too," Diana smiled, shaking his hand firmly. She felt a little uncomfortable, knowing he was appraising her, but within seconds he seemed to loosen up, accepting her presence. "And I don't know, we may be a little outnumbered, but we're never outgunned," She laughed, channeling a little of her hometown's patriotism. "I haven't met any of the other recruits, though," she added, "Just Tommie and you so far. Any other Brits around?" Although Bruiser was slightly intimidating physically, he had a solid and reassuring presence, one that let Diana know without a doubt that he was a family man.
Zephyr

Zephyr looked at the human with amusement. "Do you always speak like you're talking to the King?" He asked, finding his formal introduction strange. It appeared that his talking to the Succubus in the overly polite way he did wasn't out of character for him in the least.

"You can be my slave."
His head whipped around to where Zensei and Daichi sat, surprised by the offer he heard from the pixie's lips. The pixie seemed almost serious now, a surprising change in attitude. "Is that really an offer you're making?" He demanded, but then was caught off guard by Daichi's appearance. It wasn't his ears that stood out, but rather his whole being. Moonlight fell on him, and he seemed to be drinking it in, looking more alive in the process. He wasn't Zephyr's type, but even he could see how alluring Daichi had become. It was clearly having an effect on Zensei, who gazed up at Daichi with an almost disturbing adoration.
Satisfied that she was ready, Diana took a deep breath and walked out of her room. Upon her arrival in the training room a few minutes later, she noticed with relief that she wasn't late. The Marshall and Mori were already there, which made Diana slightly nervous- she hadn't been aware that she'd be training in front of freaking Marshall Raleigh himself. Tommie was there as well, next to a hefty and almost intimidating man Diana didn't recognize, and a Latino man stood a little ways off. She was reminded all too clearly that she was most likely the youngest recruit, and probably at the greatest disadvantage. She couldn't afford to put on less than her best at any time. This fact bold in her mind, she headed to a bench near the corner, sitting down and waiting for the others to arrive.
