I added something to the story. Which was just the looks of the village. I re-read it and realized I didn't add the smaller outside village. I had a pic saved which I now added in - I is mad I forgot.
In short, there is also a small outter village where some people live, mainly guard huts though, a bar, and beggar areas. There is an opening in the mountain that leads inside to the rest of the village - guards typically roam the outter village 24/7. Inner two levels of the Sanctuary have remained the same.

I kinda set the tone in my first post for the day. So early morning atm. And I kind assumed it'd be a weird start but hey throw yourself in! There have been more demon sightings lately, and tensions have been high. There is also a giant red wooden gate in a part of the mountain above entrance for those to find their way there. My character is in the woods out hunting, kinda left her open for interaction or lot.

Idk. I babbled. I'm like leaving for work atm haha

Seems to be a good balance for me. And I think its pretty balanced - demons getting info on humans, while giving you powers. Sounds good to me!
