Well like I said in the interest check I would want to make a warrior, but don't know if he should be a Nord or a Redguard. For the sake of diversity, since we already have a Nord leader, I would make a Redguard. On the other hand though, I really love Nords and i'm currently playing with one so...I still have to think about the race, but he'll definetly be a warrior.
Matiaas stopes his motorcycle in front of Old Fred's, a bar that he was visiting a lot. It was freezing cold outside, -25 degrees Celsius but yet for someone born in Finland like him these kind of temperatures were something normal and it wasn't bothering him at all. Everybody around him was dressed in super thick clothing but yet he was still very lightly dressed. He gets off his Harley and steppes inside the bar as he begins to wipe off the snow from his clothes and takes off his helmet as he heads to the counter. "Hello Fred! Can you give me a beer?" Said Matiaas as he sat on a chair. "Hey there big guy." Said Fred as he opened up a beer bottle and slided it over to Matiaas. Then he proceeded to rest his shoulders on the counter in front of him. "What the hell Matty, I know you were born in a cold country but still...were talking about -25 degrees here. Don't you feel the cold at all? Because judging by the way you dress, I wouldn't say so." Asked Fred as Matiaas took a sip from his beer.
"Of course I do, but it dosen't bother me as much as you people. Actually I prefer weather like this over hot summers." Said Matiaas taking another sip of his beer. "So what brings you here anyway? All by yourself like this. When you usually do it's either with your bandmates or your crew." Asked Fred with a suspicious look on his face. Matiaas turns his view away from the beer and looks at Fred. "Oh Fred, always so smart. I am here because of an interview that some blogger wanted for his metal blog. I met him in Ottawa two weeks ago in the final leg of our tour for The Neverending Road album. After the concert while me and the guys were heading to our bus and signing autographs and making pictures, he came to me, introduced himself and requested an interview for his blog. A couple of days later we decided on the phone that he will arrive here today so I can give him his interview. I told him to come here, but honestly I am looking at the weather outside..." He said as he pointed outside with his right thumb and without looking. "...and I don't have very high hopes that he is going to show up." Said Matiaas as he took another sip of beer.
"Hmph! If he really wants that interview then he'll show up. Wait a second." Said Fred confident as he went to serve a customer.
He has a height of 6'1" and weighs 194 lbs. On his left shoulder blade he has the tattoo of a cobra snake. The picture also shows his current attire with the addition of a pair of black jeans and leather boots of the same color. I chose Charlie Hunnam as faceclaim because he looks like a nordic person very well.
In-Depth Personality: Matiaas is an independent, sometimes rebellious man that enjoys life and doing what he wants. He is friendly and open towards other people. He is very passionate about the things he likes and when he does something he never does it with half-measure. He is receptive towards the needs of others and even likes to help if he can. He is very protective of those he loves or cares about, always wanting to see them safe, even though sometimes he crosses the line, but he never does it with bad intentions. He has a weakness for women and he's basically a sucker for a pretty face, which is something that even got him in trouble once after he was flirting with a woman in a bar and she basically could out and slided his wallet out of his jacket. Luckily for him one of his friends stopped her before as she was running away. Although usually a calm person, he dosen't like being told what to do or to be bossed around and might not react well, depending on the situation.
Character background: Born in Finland, in the northern city of Rovaniemi, Matiaas was 11 years old when his father moved to Canada to work. The rest of his family, including Matiaas followed him three years later. He adapted quite well to life in Canada and learned the english quite easy. Passionate about music and a huge metal fan, Matiaas started taking guitar lessons and he dreamed of starting his own metal band. At the age of 18 he got his first guitar for his birthday. Around the same time, he together with his best friend, native canadian Carter Jones created the metal band called Forsaken. Matiaas was the lead vocalist and the lead guitarist and Carter was the rhythm guitarist and also provided backing vocals. But in order for this to be a proper band they needed a couple more positions filled. So Matiaas organized auditions in his apartment for the position of drummer. After three days of auditioning Matiaas and Carter settled for african-american Dwane Williams.
Now that they had a somewhat proper band Matiaas, Carter and Dwane put their creative juices to work and created a couple of songs, in a make shift studio in Matiaas's apartment. Despite still needing a bassist, Matiaas provided bass duties at least in the studio versions of the songs. Shortly after the recording process started however Matiaas recieved several complaints from his neibourghs about the noise but people started to get used with it in time. They made a demo tape with five songs that they sent to numerous recording labels. They started performing several gigs at night clubs. For these gigs Carter came up with one of his oldest friends, Josh Bennett, canadian as well, to play bass guitar as a live member. The songs they played were the five ones from the demo tape plus several covers of songs from famous metal bands. Slowly but surely Matiaas was seeing his dream come to life.
Unfortunately they didn't get any answers from any of the record labels they sent their demo tape too. This went on for the next three years. In the meantime, Matiaas and his band started playing in clubs throughout all of Canada not just their native Toronto. Josh continued to be a live member only with Matiaas still playing the bass in his home studio. Eventually they got a response from a record label which was interested in signing them. Matiaas, Carter and Dwane accepted the terms and signed a contract for four albums with the respective label, which also told them that it wants the first material from them in six months. The guys promised they will deliver and the next day they began recording in a proper studio, provided for them by the label. Also Josh was promoted to full time member of the band. After five months and three weeks of asidous work, Matiaas, Carter, Dwane and Josh came up with their first album as Forsaken. The album was called "Depths of Insanity", it was very guitar driven and contained twelve songs.
Now in 2018, after 18 years of career Matiaas and his band, Forsaken are still going strong and with the line-up still containing Carter, Dwane and Josh. Their discography contains six studio albums, two live albums and one compilation that contains b-sides and unreleased tracks. They sold over 4 million and a half albums most of them in the United States with their native Canada being 2nd. Their style changed many times from the doom metal of the 1st album to the sludge metal of the 2nd album to a combination of heavy metal and sludge metal that was maintained throughout their next three albums. Their last album, called "The Neverending Road" contains heavy metal, mixed with doom metal and some hardcore punk. This album also contains two ballads, the band's first. These were written and composed by Matiaas exclusively. One was dedicated to his parents who passed away a couple of years ago in a car accident and the 2nd was about his relationship with his ex-girlfriend which went from good to bad to worse. In the meantime Matiaas also became a businessman, owning a motorcycle shop that he opened eight years ago. He also got into firearms lately, learning how to shoot and use various types of firearms.
Are you kidding me right now? Do you even know how many countries are in this time zone? Dozens.
Yeah, you're probably right. This is definetly not gonna work. I have no idea who this LPFan character is. If there's one thing I hate about people is paranoia and you definetly seem to have some of that. I'm sorry if you thought I was another hamburger eating american. If I happen to use the same pics as him then thats not my problem. Those pics are on Google, they're free and for everyone to use. I don't think he made them petsonally and he has them stashed on some website.
And give me a freakin break. We can't all be 100 percent available at any time. So take your at least one post per day some place else, where people will be foolish enough to accept it. You ain't gonna get that stuff from me. You lack common sense badly.
