Bio

I'm an adult (most of the time) so I enjoy mature content and good stories. Most of the time you'll find me in some Sci Fi thing or another but I do sometimes end up in fantasy roleplays and ,in very rare occasions, slice of life stuff. I've dabbled in other sections of the GUild over the years but Casual Sci Fi seems to be my comfort zone. I'm probably the least intimidating person you'll ever meet and I'm always open to suggestions. I look forward to making some great stories with you all!

...why anyone would need sunglasses in the middle of the night was anyone's guess...

Maybe they needed to keep track of the visions in their eyes?

I assumed that since Walt and Mika are close they know about each others powers. I hope that's okay.

Edit: What's all this about the thread dying???
The rave was actually starting to get interesting. The fact that she had already made plenty of scores before Valt showed up was nice too. It was times like this, when he just acted like any other guy, that made him bearable. Mika motioned for the bartender to get her the same of whatever Walt had ordered, vhatever it was she could handle it. The bartender put two glasses in front of them and hurried to get to the others thirsty patrons.

It was then that she heard the unmistakable sound of gunfire. It was almost completely drowned out by the music but she had heard it enough to know it even with everything going on. It seemed that the party was about to turn into something less fun and more dangerous. Not wanting to sound scared she thought they might slip out of the party before whatever was going on found it's way to them. She placed her hand on his chest and spoke into his ear so he could hear her clearly. "I'm not thirsty anymore. Let's get out of here." Mika tried to drag Walt without seeming too urgent. If he found out someone was in trouble he would rush in to help without a second thought and that would probably end badly even with their powers combined. Whatever was going on she just wanted to make sure that the two of them didn't get hurt over it. To hell with other people Mika was looking out for herself and her own. The rest be dammed, they were all just normals anyway.
@Vash As far as I know we're not accepting any more characters, sorry Mr. Stampede.
Maybe soon I'll have a chance to take some blood samples, preferably from everyone. Just imagine what we can learn about Deep Magic if I have live test subjects!

I'm okay with Walt and Mika being a thing. They're already kind of flirty and it could be useful for later in the RP. For now it feels like they haven't really expressed interest in each other but they clearly both like each other.
@thatguy I hadn't actually realized you were waiting on me :P

Also, what's this about pairing???
FRANK HARDING

It was business as usual, his daughter was out hustling at some party, all the regulars were behind on their gym fees, and Frank owed money to a shady loanshark. He had been coaching a sparring match when the geared up agents busted in and told everyone to freeze. Frank stood up from his corner of the ring, hands on his head, and said. "Alright, which one o' you fuckin' clowns went and pissed of the FBI? Larry, Joey, Marco?" To his surprise the agents immediately recognized Frank and proceeded to detain him. "Okay, okay. I ain't resistin' dammit. So what's the charges?" The agent just continued to move him out of the gym. "Hey I got a right to know what I'm bein' charged for you idiot!" The agent shoved Frank in the van and another one gagged and blindfolded him.

MIKA HARDING

Mika got close enough to speak into Walt's ear as the DJ switched to a song by Daft Punk. "Like you'd know what's it's like. The biggest jam you've ever been in was figuring out which fancy new sports car to drive here tonight." She couldn't help resenting people with money and power but Walt wasn't actually that bad. She only teased him about it to rile him up. She moved away from him slightly and grabbed his hand. "You're buying me a drink." Before he could refuse or make a witty remark she started dragging him to the bar.
