Wouldn't it be possible that parts of the Fairy Path that once stretched through the Dead Zone got eaten by the Brood?Anyway, so let's say that at this point the Aeon Brood has progressed to 5% of the distance from their entry point to the galactic core (about 5000 lightyears), and that they have consumed 8e-10 of the entire galaxy (about 700 stars). There's really no sense in me continually updating with, "Yes, the Brood is still eating things," so let's say that it's a constant progress, regardless of if I'm posting or not. Let's also note that this is an exponential process. For every system that is devoured, enough mana is harvested to birth a Brood large enough to devour three other systems.
