How's it going? :D

I'm the guy who's name you can probably literally see at the top right now, I'm also known as Nanite/Kighte/Nightin and some other names I might've forgotten about. I like a LOT of stuff, games, movies/film, literature (electronic or otherwise), animations (anime, western, everything in between), and comics (webcomics, manga, manhwa, etc.)

Besides the above, I also like to do a lot of stuff, namely: animate, make films, write code sometimes (not lately), write stories, browse along the net, and of course, RP XD

Feel free to PM me about anything, I won't mind suddenly seeing a message pop up.

Good day c:

I can imagine that all the characters are gonna be strategic ones, and no ones gonna make a tank that charges recklessly into battle
Last bump, after this, I'll try making an OOC
Name- Maybird Cross ("Macross" shortened)
Age- 20
Gender- Male
Race- Human
Personality- He prefers using his fists (and occasionally, feet) to take down his adversaries. He values efficiency and precision more than anything else, he loves seeing good plans through, and is willing to put even himself on the line if he deems said plan fool-proof. He is perfectly fine with being ordered around, to the extent of even sacrificing himself, as long as he sees the benefit in the other's plan, also, he will be fairly annoyed when someone ruins a perfect plan. Despite this, small-talk does not much irritate him, though he will speak in the shortest and quickest way possible when stating something. He also values good companions, and intelligent tacticians and will be loyal to them.
Appearance- He is 5'7" lean, but slightly muscular build, has an upright posture, short, black hair, and his eyes are brown.

Strengths- He is a quick thinker, and is agile so he makes for a good scout, he can also foresee or suspect if a trap is about, given his past experiences with dungeons and the like, but is not always able to disable them. In battle, he can dodge most attacks, and land quicker blows, especially with the help of his magic. His movements are light enough to not cause unnecessary noise. Lastly, he can clear obstacles fairly quickly, as he is a decently skilled free-runner, which aided by his magic make him more agile.
Weaknesses- Only using his fists, even with his magic, means he deals very light damage to larger opponents. He may be able to block blunt hits with his gauntlets and slashes with his barriers, but piercing attacks from none-projectiles break right through his defenses, directly damage him.

Powers- Maybird uses a lighter mixed variant of light magic and volatile fire magic, instead of outright blasting objects into oblivion, he uses his magic to enhance and strengthen his strikes, he can also use this to slightly propel himself in any direction by triggering a blast in the opposite direction, and sometimes he can create a temporary barrier that stops most projectiles and average strength attacks from medium sized opponents. The barrier's strength gradually decreases until it dissipates, taking damage decreases the barrier's strength more rapidly, it is strongest when it is first created, Maybird may use this trick to deflect heavier attacks and projectiles, although objects moving at a sufficient momentum and/or have sufficient size may outright break the barrier, but at least he is smart enough to just dodge such things. Lastly, since his blasts are made of both light and fire, his attacks are particularly potent against the undead and demons.
Equipment- Wears a set of light, matching, leather armor. He also wears a red, magic scarf that filters out toxins, the scarf is not overly long, as to avoid being unnecessarily caught, but is long enough to be snug around his face.

History-
Nah, I did small research, and that word is the German word for assumption, though, I distinctly remember inputting the word "fiction" into the dictionary and this was supposed to be that.

They called themselves Mythics, none knew verily how they came to be, but one fact stood true, they sought the extinction of Humanity. As a testament to their power, they razed one city after the next, they spared nothing as those that were 'inferior' deserved not to live. After a year of their grand crusade, Humanity is but a fraction of itself, and the remnants have most likely been enslaved, for if they should not, they shalt taste of their wrathful onslaught. Though, the Mythics grew arrogant, overlooking details as the ease of their destruction blinded them. This flaw allowed Humanity to thrive a few years more beneath the soils of their once-land, in the years, they waited, watched, studied, and built, built machines of war, and of destruction, the humans christened them "Titans". And when the moment was ripe, they rose and exacted just retribution upon the unwary, striking them down as mercilessly as the invaders struck down their brethren.

So begins the war.

I decided to bring this RP back since it was lost from the old forums. Also, though, the other RP already had an OOC and a good number of participants, I wanna put this up just to be safe.

Anyway, the main premise of this is something like "super-powered humanoids vs gigantic fighting robots," sounds too much like a mash of cliche, no? I'll elaborate a bit. Basically, the Titans rather than being humanoid giant robots like gundam, are more of something like this: http://godsofart.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/01/buldozer-steampunk-wallpaper-600x375.jpg
though, that doesn't mean there wouldn't be any humanoids, as long as real world physics is followed a bit, so the larger the Titan the less humanoid it will look and the slower it will be. Even the smaller Titans would resemble vehicles than actual 'bots.' The largest possible Titan is possibly 80 meters tall. Now you would ask, why so overkill? Well, the Mythics aren't exactly pushovers, they're more of gods than anything. They can raze a city, in a day. Fortunately for humans, they're only limited to one 'element' elements are limited to drowning a city or burning it to a crisp, your Mythic could also specialize in something like gravity, or something physics based like equilibrium, you can even think up of your own element/specialty. Your powers would be vast, as long as they have something in common with each other.

I have more details on both different classifications of Titans and different classifications of Mythics, but I'll reserve those for the OOC if this actually take off :D
