Thank you, BlackCat and Hibiki! I'll try to incorporate the honorifics into dialogue best as I can.

(Reaching 1.5m {roughly 5 feet}, Isabelle is rather short, and of small build, with light bones, thick straight hair and bespectacled eyes that are always bright.)

Ambivalent about the Match Programme

Personality
Mild-mannered || Easy-going || Loyal || Patient || Innocent
Isabelle is a reserved and quiet bookworm, who will devote herself to those she grows close to – though that may take time. She tends to accept others readily, despite flaws or shortcomings. It is not that she is blind to faults; Isabelle chooses to mule over imperfections in great detail, and take it that she has simply learnt more about the other person. Willing to tolerate most anything, Isabelle doesn't want to be a martyr, and will painstakingly make a conscious effort not to become one. She has proclaimed to herself on more than one occasion with stark candour and resignation that she is - almost - perfectly average.

Isabelle counts it unfortunate that she has a buried thirst for danger. She tries not to feed it, but she is hopelessly attracted to just a taste of self-destruction, and anyone who can offer her that. She has a whole host of scruples, just waiting to be undone by the unscrupulous. She understands it is not at all conducive, but Isabelle would not be able to resist, should a crooked finger beckon her forth to the shadows with an apple in hand.

History
Isabelle Chia grew up behind ivory walls to a pair of parents who occupied a high social standing in her hometown. Emotionally-distant and busy though they were, with their flourishing co-owned business shared between them like a second child, Mr and Mrs Chia provided their daughter with a lush life, cultivating her as the most careful of botanist does his flowers, so that she turned out youthful, and delicate. There was no doubt they adored their daughter, or that Isabelle loved them equally.

However, their saccharine family life collapsed when Isabelle got involved in a scandalous affair. No parent enjoys learning that their precious daughter is a stranger to them after all, and stumbling upon Isabelle kissing another girl under their own roof took a toll on the Chias. Their disappointment was potent and toxic for Isabelle, for whom shame had never been an emotion dealt with easily. She had not gotten involved with the girl endeavouring to hurt her parents – goodness, no. All she had known at the time, at the moment, was how thrilling it was. This was how she discovered her kryptonite, and weakness for danger.

Now, shipped off to the Match Academy, the regret and remorse have stopped brewing, but their bitter rancours reside in Isabelle still, inflaming when she least expects, and when she tethers on the edge of under-performing or letting her parents down once again. Her parents sent her to the Academy, thinking it would help foster a healthy relationship for Isabelle, and find her a nice, respectable boyfriend. It probably escaped their notice that the Academy caters to relationships for other sexualities as well.
I'll be honest and admit that I'm not familiar with Japanese culture, like Theo, so I don't understand honorifics. I'm really sorry! Also, may I know if there is a post order?
Earphones plugged in, Theodora marched with a beat in her steps, the bass keeping her head mildly nodding along in time as she approached the bakery. Her even breath frosted in snowball-like puffs before her in the frigid air. Even the cloth strap of her sling bag in her hands felt dangerously like gripping a frozen poker. Perhaps she should have worn something warmer than jeans ripped at the knees and a singlet. Theodora hadn't experienced many winters, but this first of hers was infuriating, making her think of humid air and tropical climates with a pang of loss. At least she had a windbreaker on, and music to keep her blood bumping.

As Theo neared the lit bakery, she came to a standstill in the doorway. Kiku was crouched next to an incapacitated Madame Lilacflour, shattered glass and a crimson puddle painting a crime scene around them. She cast one glance at her employer, conscious and mouthing words that Theodora could not hear over the song pulsing in her head. Averting her eyes, Theodora muttered, "Feel better soon, Madame Lilacflour. If you need any help, Kiku, you can call for me." and pushed through the double doors leading into the kitchen, not waiting for a reply.

As the doors swung shot behind her, Theodora plucked out her earphones and tucked them away into her pocket. Chucking her bag to one corner, Theo shimmied out of her black-blue windbreaker, the kitchen warmed to a decent temperature by ovens, as was to be expected in a bakery. She eyed the small girl working busily away. "Good morning, Sumiko," she greeted flatly, taking a stool and perching herself atop it. Balancing her elbow on the spotless counter surface, Theodora rested her chin on the heel of the palm, expressionless eyes watching her colleague bake away. Madame Lilacflour was in no fit state for company, and damn if Theo was going out there to suffer the fumes of alcohol. She was handicapped enough in manoeuvring around average social situations as it was, and an intoxicated boss did not assist matters.
I hope so. XD Because in my mind I've always envisioned Theodora to be antagonising, or downright incorrigible. I guess I'll just post in IC to find out.
Name: Theodora Phillips

Age: 15 years

Appearance:
Theodora has cropped black hair and green eyes, and is of middling height. Rather thin and lightweight, she has a sharp defiant jaw, that is often clenched in retaliation, or locked to hold back her words. She is pale, and not much of a looker, with smooth, pebble-stone cheeks and none of those prominent cheekbones that American actresses keep inheriting. Her hairstyle was born of a salon visit gone wrong, and it hasn't changed since.

Personality: Outspoken, aloof and shameless, Theodora (who also goes by Theo) has never enjoyed conforming to society's expectations. She will keep to herself, or otherwise lash out at others with a curt and brusque tongue. She can easily come across as arrogant, and selfish, considering the way she holds herself distantly from the rest. In reality, Theodora has simply made it a habit to keep people at arm's length to avoid possible complications. Lord knows she's downright hopeless at keeping civil relationships with anyone she can't tolerate, or vice-versa. Few have ever stuck around long enough for Theo to know how good of a friend she can be - if at all. Intelligent in her own right, Theodora often finds great solace in her books and laptop, and can be found toting the two around in her trademark sling bag occasionally.

Occupation at the Bakery: Cashier, waiter

History: As someone who has grown up in Southeast Asia but bears a Westerner's last name, Theodora has never fit into one specific category, and knows what it means to not belong. Her features are distinctly Asian, save her striking green eyes. Her father gave her his eyes and surname, but only went so far in terms of fatherly duty. As a businessman who often travelled, Phillips simply didn't have much time to spend at home with his daughter and wife. Theodora's Chinese mother didn't seem to mind her husband's absence as much as Theo thinks she should have. Her parents were timid at best, performing limited acts of domesticity in the stilted pockets of time they scrapped together throughout Theodora's childhood. Theodora assumes that love is not to be a prominent aspect of one's life, and has never been in a relationship, though she imagines it would be boring and dry, a skittish dance for two similar to the one she observed from her parents.
Theodora was from an early age raised in a conservative society. Predictably, she has spent the better part of her life moulding her image into something that went against the traditional order, with almost childish stubbornness. Her mother was fragile at times - being a single mother could be taxing, Theo supposed - and though Theodora wasn't half-bad at keeping her mother, herself and the household running, she has since foresworn weakness or dependencies, and vowed to avoid them like the plague. She'd like to think she's done well so far.
Moving to Japan meant uprooting herself from the environment she'd spent her entire life in. But she wasn't too heartbroken over it then, and is utterly apathetic about it now. It was her mother's idea for her to properly entrench herself in the new community, by finding some stability in the unfamiliar. Theodora does not know how the bakery is to factor into her mother's master plan, but she cares too little to argue.
Thank you very much!
