Dammit Leon! Even when I don't even create you, you're always causing some kind of bullshit!!! No desert for you! X3
I had pulled out my bow when I saw no one was trying to stop this, even beginning to bet on the fight. I was stringing it when suddenly David lifted a bus and threw it at the wyverns. I could only watch with my jaw dropped. "W-Wha...? H-How... how did he do that?!" I wondered, the answer came to me after a second, magic. I couldn't believe that magic could make someone that strong.
I turned around when I heard the commotion and let out a startled yelp when I saw the girls suddenly turn into the same thing that had flown over us in the forest. "W-What the...!?" I asked. I didn't know what to do... I doubt they'd kill each other over something small... but... letting a fight go on like this... to just sit by and do nothing... would that be alright...? Well... there are teachers that could do something around here, surely they'd notice this much commotion going on. Right?
I got out of my seat and walked to the front of the bus, I turned to the bus driver, smiled, and bowed politely. "Thank you very much, have a nice day, sir." I said. I then turned and walked off of the bus and retrieved my luggage from the side. I looked on the building, unable to suppress a grin. I couldn't believe that I got into a place like this. Because of something that I had not understood, and even disliked. I walked up to the main entrance of the building, barely able to contain my excitement.
I finally noticed that something slimy was on my skin and noticed the leeches when I looked down. I began to slowly pull them off and set them down on the ground away from me, not wanting to harm them. Once I was finished, I used a little bit of healing magic to stem the bleeding of multiple leech bites.
I filed away the other boy's name and just kept quiet while they talked. When the bus arrived, I slipped my suitcase into the compartment on the side and went up with my archery bag, fearing that it might get crushed by someone else's luggage. I got on the bus and sat down in an empty seat and stared outside of the window, propping my case on the ground and in between my left leg and the wall of the bus.
I looked over at David's sword quietly. Something felt... off about it. I was glad when the girl from earlier came running up. "Y-Yeah, well... I could be only half Japanese, my mom doesn't really like talking about my father all that much..." I said quietly, rubbing the back of my head. "As for X-Men... I'm not sure, I never read or watched it." I said, chuckling awkwardly. "B-But it is pretty cool that I'm not some weirdo that was destined to be dissected or something." I said. "W-Well, it's nice to meet you, Hikaru... hehe... Hikaru and Hikari, they both mean light in Japanese, funny coincidence, right?" I asked.
"I-it's nice to meet you too, Leon, thanks again for your help." I said smiling, I turned to David quietly. "Uh... my name's Joseph Hikari Nobunaga, but... you can just call me Joe." I said, rubbing the back of my head.
I looked at the boy from earlier and looked at the bottle he handed me. "O-Oh, is this for me? Thank you." I said, I took it and was shocked at how cold it was. I nearly dropped it right then and there. I examined it closer and it appeared to be made of ice. It'd melt quickly though if I didn't drink it. I brought the bottle to my lips and drank the contents, screwing up my face a bit at the taste, but drank it all anyway. I began to feel a bit better, almost close to normal. "T-Thanks." I said, I handed him back the bottle. "I'm Joe, by the way." I said.
I looked over at the special boy, about to ask him what cotton candy he was talking about and then blinked a few times, trying to see if my eyes were merely deceiving me. I had been concentrating on just putting one foot in front of the other, that I hadn't noticed his little... well actually large souvenir. He was dragging the frozen tiger with him. "Er... I don't think dragging that along with you is such a good idea..." I said, I had the nagging suspicion that if it thawed, it might not exactly be dead... and if that were the case, I don't think it'd be very happy either.
