Cecil didn’t really have his attention on the conversation, nor was he wanting to add anything to it. He was certain he was just wasting time standing around in this room with all of them and even the comment that he should proceed to consume something like some organic being might do didn’t have his attention. He was not going to pretend to eat just to make the person feel better about him, pretending to eat wouldn’t do anything to help him. All he could do was stand around and wait for the exchange to come to a conclusion, feeling regret that he didn’t just resist Ethan’s prompts to get out of the cart and come inside. He wasn’t of any use standing around nor was he involved in this conversation they were all having, wasting their time with having to watch over him too.

As everything as drawing to a conclusion it seemed the guy was going to travel with them, making him wonder why everyone needed to be in here. He was not really understanding the whole process and why it needed everyone to convince this guy to go with them, especially when he didn’t fully understand why they needed him that badly. The concept of healing wasn’t something he was completely familiar with but if they needed him this bad that they had to practically beg to get him to come along with them then it must’ve been important. Looking to the others he slowly moved to them again, still trying to keep his distance just in case he wasn’t going to be welcome going near them. He was hoping to be as quiet as possible and just blend into the background, just so he wouldn’t bother the others by accidentally bumping into them and set off the animal. He was afraid that he would be damaged more if that creature lashed out at him again.

Staring down for a moment in a blank stare as if contemplating life he looked up to Nymira when she mentioned his name, realising she was talking about getting him fixed. It was something like sending Norman a message and he would be able to find him eventually, but problem with that was his memory felt like it had been damaged or rather he was in too much of a rut to think about how to do it again. He felt like he didn’t deserve to be repaired, not when he betrayed everyone. His faulty senses would just have to be his punishment for acting recklessly. They couldn’t go on a detour back the way they came just because he screwed up, that would be pointless and a waste of time. Feeling a little worried that he was just wasting all of their time now he looked to Ethan before reaching up to his cap, pulling it down over the damaged part of his head. “I-I-…I don’t know what purpose that would serve…” he spoke, slowly looking away, “I can, uhh…repair myself. Don’t worry, I’ll just-…I-I’ll be fine…” He couldn’t even understand why he was so concerned over a Machina. He was only pretending to be one of them when in reality he wasn’t even close to being one of them. “Just keep me in the cart. I’ll-I’ll-I’ll stay out of the way there”.
Viral didn’t really know what he was going to do once he got back to the ship, seeing how these Beastmen had been looking to him for the entirety of their way out and would probably want him to talk to them some more. He really didn’t want to talk to anybody even if they were his own kind, he just wasn’t mentally able to think or process proper discussion. Aito would probably talk to them or something like that, maybe Vegeta and then he could go elsewhere and try to relax. He hadn’t sat down since getting out of the control of the scientist and with his body feeling like it weighed a ton he couldn’t be more relieved to see the ships. Even if he wasn’t going to be sitting down for that long it was still going to be a relief to finally get a break. Feeling quite annoyed that Yumi was going in with him for some bizarre reason he let out a groan, looking away. “It’s not like we won’t see each other on the ship…but whatever, if you say so…” Heading to the ship he didn’t waste much time in getting in and settled down, slowly sitting down in an empty seat as he let out a sigh and rubbed his head. Once they got back he was sure Vegeta or someone would take care of the scientist, he certainly didn’t want to deal or be near the guy anymore. Looking back at the other Beastmen that wanted to come on this ship too he frowned when that woman decided she wanted to come on the same ship as he was, sighing lightly as he slowly rubbed his head. This was going to be a long trip if she started yapping to him again, he just didn’t know how to handle somebody like that.

Shu hoped he was going to be able to put some more faith into Takeshi on the ride into space, especially when he didn’t seem all that sure about how it at first. Looking back at the others as they started to get on the ship he looked over to Vegeta’s ship, watching as it was loaded up too. He wondered what they were going to do once they got back to the ship, but another thing he also wondered was where the Saiyan army had gone to and whether they had actually fled or were just waiting for them to start flying before they would chase after them. While it was a tough fight before he couldn’t help but wonder if there was more to come after that, as if the Saiyans were just wanting to make them feel comfortable before ambushing them. Rubbing his hands together he soon pulled his knees close to his chest, gasping when take-off was once again a thing. “Ah! Holding tight! Does me holding me count as holding tight? How many times you fly this now…?”
Viral stared at her for a moment before slowly looking away, sighing. She certainly was trying to turn the whole thing against him, as if it was his fault that he didn’t see her when she visited. The worst part was how he didn’t get to see her after some time in his life. The times he was most likely removed from the place was when Yumi was around as if figuring she was the right age for him to kill her, or maybe they were just trying to hide his existence from her and hope she forgot all about him. “They were aiming to send me to war and harvest me once they were done with me so you seeing me around would only remind you that I existed. The reason I was created didn’t matter to then anymore, but then again the Red Ribbon Army always intended to use me as a war machine”. He still didn’t know what to do about them or if he would try and find that man who forced him to kill Vegeta’s parents, but then again who knew when they’d head home again or whether he would ever be able to feel peace. Looking to Yumi when she tried to explain her method if they would ever have to fight, frowning before looking away. “Well if a Saiyan suddenly came flying in with a vendetta against me, throwing the kid would probably be quicker…”

Shu did wonder whether he did actually feel good fighting the enemy and whether he enjoyed fighting, he felt like he couldn’t understand himself with it. Maybe if he got into more fights and was able to understand the feeling some more. He was a little worried that Takeshi was doubting his Saiyan side and the enjoyment Saiyans got out of fighting. “Uhh! Y-Yeah, I guess! I mean…people saved! That good thing…and helped…I helped!” He was supposed to feel good about that, but back on the bottom floor he didn’t really do a very good job other than blast Viral away and nearly have a breakdown. He was pretty dangerous to the others so he did have a fair bit of doubt that he did do anything good, but he still tried to get over that doubt since it made the others upset.

Getting on the way to the ship and everything Shu felt there was definitely going to be a squash if they tried to get everyone in and was more worried that he was going to end up getting completely crushed if they even tried. He would probably end up broken if they even tried. Looking to Takeshi when he raised his doubts too he frowned, looking to the console again before squeaking when the ship suddenly rattled to life. Grabbing onto his chair quickly he raised his knees up, trying to relax but he just couldn’t. Looking to Takeshi he gave a nervous smile, trying hard to please him by not appearing as stressed as he could had been.

With the length of time it was taking Takeshi to go and get the ship Viral was feeling like he was starting to fade. There was others talking around him but his mind wasn’t into listening to any of it and was slowly wandering away. While he was stimulated before with talking to the others, being left to be quiet and to wait was turning his mind into mush. Staring out blankly half appearing to be pretty dead he blinked when he realised he was being talked to, his gaze moving over to Eris before he looked away again with a sigh as he rubbed his head. That serum that the scientist injected into him was having some nasty after-effects, even if it wasn’t controlling him anymore. The headache was persistent to the point that it was exhausting him mentally and making him feel like utter crap. More concerned with keeping it to himself he straightened himself out again, shaking his head lightly. “I highly doubt they’ll keep you in separate rooms if you don’t want to be in separate rooms…”

Trying to clear his mind again he looked up at the sound of ships approaching, slightly on the verge of falling over if he looked up any more. It looked like Takeshi but the other he wasn’t too sure, eventually groaning as the other ship opened up and out poked Vegeta. Of course he would be the one to pick them up, seeing how excited he was to meet other Beastmen. Already annoyed when he tried to take command he looked to the Beastmen slowly before looking back to the shuttles, feeling he was probably going to be better off going in the other just so he didn’t have to deal with Vegeta. “Yumi, you should take some in with Vegeta. I’ll go in the other with some…”
Viral wasn’t entirely certain how to explain himself to this woman, especially when he was supposed to make the impression that he was strong. To be a follower rather than a leader probably didn’t sound too good, but it was better than being hounded over. “Well the people who made me aren’t monsters”, he spoke, glancing to her, “The people we’re staying with who are fighting the Saiyans don’t seem to like killing them, though…but they seem to enjoy beating them to a pulp…” He was definitely feeling like he was making this whole freedom thing sound worse and worse to the Beastmen, especially if she enjoyed killing so much. With tensions already pretty high now that they were on their way again he looked to Yumi when she tried to argue for Vegeta’s past actions, frowning when she tried to raise a defence for him. “Us? There was only you and me…and I lived in the same building”, he spoke before looking away, “You had the excuse of moving away and doing your own thing. I was not allowed out or seen by the public”. While trying to ease his own tenseness he was finding the clinginess of the kid to be most distracting, generally disliking how much they were holding onto Yumi. “You should still try and toughen them up! If you can’t fight in an ambush we’re all going to get killed or captured…”

Shu was unsure about Takeshi’s plan but he was going to go along with it because he trusted his brother. He wanted Takeshi to keep him safe so he was going to trust him. “Ooh! Okay! Then fly away? Fly as fast as we can!” Maybe he should leave Takeshi to the flying fast and just hang on, especially since flying fast caused him to go out of control much quicker. He would probably shoot across the sky and beyond the location of the ship. Keeping close to him he looked back several times, making sure nobody was following them or trying to sneak attack whenever he took his eyes off the corridor. “Just maybe thought maybe there be easier and quick way out! Just maybe thought of being easier…” Moving quickly after Takeshi he frowned at the sight of the soldiers, staring at them as he ran past before up to Takeshi, feeling a little confused. “Ooh? Uhh, feel good? Uhhh, I-I guess? I don’t know…I mean, I should feel good, yes? That how fighters feel! Strong people feel good with fight! Yes?”
Viral sighed, keeping his eyes off her. “I serve under the family that created me, but the rest of them just serve themselves while following basic rules like no killing or harming innocents. I’m sure you’ll be taught the basic rules before anything happens regarding freedom, anyway…” He didn’t want to have to talk about all of their silly rules when someone else could do that later, giving him the freedom to not have to bore himself to death by talking on and on about them all. “Basically don’t do what the Saiyans would do…even though there’s quite a few Saiyans where we’re going. They’re just not part of these Saiyans…” Maybe she would lay off him knowing that he wasn’t the alpha or held any position of power, he was just a servant like they had been. Finally looking back at Eris when she got off the subject he opened his mouth to talk about Vegeta but Yumi spoke first and told him off as well, groaning in annoyance. “He’ll do whatever he thinks is logical whether it makes people happy or not. If it’s not profitable to keep, he’ll get rid of it or throw it in a corner until it disappears…” It was fair to say he was still bitter over the things Vegeta did over the years and this experience was just fanning the flames. Once they finally reached the top he frowned at the obvious absence of soldiers, having slight worries that they might walk into a trap later on. It was highly possible that the soldiers hadn’t completely fled and were simply waiting for them to head to the bunker or a clear space before jumping them. Frowning, he soon glanced to Yumi and the kid in annoyance. “Why do you have to baby that kid so much? If they end up running off they’re probably going to be lost for good due to their cowardice…”

Shu had no idea what bouncing had anything to do with a treat, but he was hoping Takeshi wasn’t just pulling his leg and making him believe there was a treat at the end of this whole mission just so he would behave. He may be easily shaken right now, but he still could fight well so long as he didn’t have another emotional rollercoaster of a panic attack that might cause him to transform. Probably if he ended up being shot at or faced with sharp objects he might end up panicking, but that all depended on if he was going to try and act tougher than he actually was. Once they finally reached the top he looked to Takeshi and nodded, shaking his hands in front of himself quickly as if to try and shake away the nerves he was going through. All of his worst fears were happening today but he had to keep calm and keep going, hoping he wouldn’t end up flipping out again. “Okay! Blast out? Blast out down away from here”. Looking quickly to the others he bounced a few steps before running along with Takeshi, looking up to him quickly. “Thought you made entrance! Is that really entrance? Thought it was entrance only for a bit until we go to real one…”
I'll skip my post for this round, there's not much to add with Cecil until everything's sorted.
Shu stared at Takeshi as he tried to think about the other ship, wondering if it might be better to get it too. His main concern towards riding in the ship was the space issue and if they had another ship then there would be more space to move around in the one he was going to be in. He may not be able to count out how many needed to go in the other ship, but he knew taking out some and putting them in another place made things easier on him. “Ooh! Ship ship ship…another ship! Yeah! We get other ship!” he squeaked, still feeling nervous but a little better with the possibility of that happening, “Don’t want to be squished, if must be squished then squished near you or Miss Yumi is best, probably…” He didn’t really want to be squashed at all but if it had to be squashed he would rather be near somebody he could hug at the same time. When it came to the possibility of a treat he had his concerns, namely surrounding the fact whether he could still get a treat if they couldn’t find an Elite. When Takeshi quickly thought that it wasn’t such a good idea to lay on the possibility of an Elite showing up he listened to Takeshi as he decided it was going to be a big treat anyway, his expression lighting up quickly. “Ooh! I like to bounce! I like to bounce…why?”

Viral really didn’t want to talk to the person who just wanted to pair with him because he showed that scientist up. She didn’t know anything about him other than the fact he could transform into a monster. “He knows stuff we don’t, so we’re going to get it out of him…” He thought that much would’ve been obvious to her but apparently not. She was certainly simple minded if she didn’t see that, but then again they all appeared to be with how they were all acting like children. Staring at her in some annoyance when she put the scientist down he moved back a step when he was only disgusted by the other Beastman’s actions, groaning in annoyance. This was going to be a long week, however long the weeks are nowadays. “You know we don’t have alphas, betas and all that where we’re doing…” Just wanting to lay down at this point he slowly looked over to Yumi when she mentioned the boxes, frowning before he simply sighed and rubbed his face. “We’re not dumping supplies! We’ll just find another ship or something…I’m not wasting those supplies for a little bit of space! This place should have plenty…either that or we can get Vegeta to get off his lazy ass and do something for once…”
Viral stared at the kid on Yumi’s arm before he let out a groan, finding it to be most annoying that her excuse was the kid. She could remove them easily, but she was just making it awkward. Looking to Takeshi and Shu he was annoyed when it meant they would be losing two fighters over one. It was annoying that she was willing to sacrifice two fighters just because of some kid who didn’t know how to let go. Letting out an angry growl he soon huffed, rubbing his head. “Fine! I was hoping you would since it means more warriors…but if that kid is being a brat…” He was feeling pretty bitter about this lack of initiation from Yumi, especially when it was pretty obvious that the kid wasn’t going to leave her alone if they had to fight the Elite again or another group of them. He didn’t feel great at all and wouldn’t be able to fight at even fifty percent his original power, even challenging the Beastman was just a show of strength and that he had no doubts about their new lives.

While Shu was still feeling anxious he would still go ahead with this idea of getting a treat if they were able to get out of the place fine. The number of people didn’t help with his anxiety and even though he was going to see a lot of them they still made him nervous, especially the thought of having to fly with all of them in the little ship. “Oooohhhh…what am I going to do? Get squish? Ooooohhhh…get really squish…” he muttered, trying to think through it all before squeaking when Yumi shouted his name. Looking to her quickly his eyes soon went to Takeshi, frowning when he agreed. This meant he was going to have to spend even longer in the ship than usual, something he wasn’t terribly enjoying the sound of doing. Squeaking when he was suddenly grabbed he hurried along with Takeshi, looking back briefly before to Takeshi again as he let go. Staring up at him as he spoke he quickly looked to his hand again as he was given a half-hug. “…One more Elite? Bigger reward? What we do when we no find another Elite? No extra treat?”

Viral wasn’t sure where the best place to land the ship would be from here or even if it was safe to do so. The air defence here was still pretty unknown after flying out so far from the other island that they arrived on first. This was going to be a lot more complicated than he first thought which was definitely beginning to worry him. Briefly glancing at the lion-Beastman as he prompted the others to go he frowned at Eris, his eyes briefly going to the scientist before he turned away and walking on with the others. Feeling more concerned with getting away from here he briefly glanced at the woman again when she attempted conversation, disliking how close she was to him. Not really wanting to talk to her after all her nonsense he sighed lightly, keeping his focus straight. “A planet named Uunoue. Whether it’s nice or not is your decision…” he answered but soon she started to bombard him with words and only increasing his annoyance levels, “I said you can fight but under a few restrictions! Of course I know about music, I’ve had years to learn about music…” Groaning in response of her insistence to keep talking he gave her a sharp look when expressing her desire to kill the scientist. “We can’t kill him because he’s valuable! I don’t care about threatening him…so long as you don’t actually hurt him that much…”
Cecil didn’t want to move, he was more concerned with trying to hide himself away and not bother anybody. That would be the obvious thing for someone like him to do, to pretend he didn’t exist as a person but as an object. If nobody bothered him then they were probably happy with him. Remaining in the cart all tucked away out of view he gasped when Ethan spoke to him, appearing a little impatient that he was staying back in the cart. He didn’t see a reason why he should go in, he didn’t have any business in that place. While the others were good at socialising and being normal enough to confront strangers he was the master of ruining things and making people edgy. Gasping when Ethan slapped the cart he raised his hands briefly before slowly making his way off the cart, letting out a groan in the process. Everything would be safer if he stayed in the cart, nevermind everybody else wouldn’t be upset by him being a bother.

Giving Ethan an unsure look he slowly followed him in, looking back briefly every few steps as they moved along. He didn’t understand this, he wasn’t going to be able to bring anything to the table regarding Zander. If he did do it and ran away then they should just leave him be, seeing how he had a place to go and somebody who knew him. He probably had people who have cared for him for a long time, otherwise he wouldn’t had gone straight to this place to hide away. Then there was Nymira, Ethan and Amuné too, they all cared enough to go and check him out. Cecil didn’t really know or understand why they wanted him along if only because they cared enough to check on Zander and spend so long trying to find him.

Following after everyone the distance between him and the group became greater as he took slower steps, his foot twisting around to stop him from falling over whenever he veered over to the side. Once they were eventually offered a place to sit and some strange liquids Cecil remained back, slowly moving around everyone until he was out of the way. This wasn’t his kind of scene, he shouldn’t be here and was probably placing everyone at risk being as wobbly and twitchy as he was. They should’ve just left him in the cart like anybody would’ve done with any other accessory like a Machina. He couldn’t sit at the table anyway, that animal would go for him if he did so much as get close. Why was he even here? If there was one thing nobody benefitted from it was having him in the room looking like he should be adding to the discussion but not actually doing such a thing or able to because he was going to glitch out.
Viral narrowed his eyes, seeing the response the man gave only to be a confirmation that his doubt lay in how much courage he had towards the change of lifestyle. He wasn’t even being strict about what they will be doing once they were free, the guy was just creating that restriction through his inability to leave the people who had created him who were also treating him like crap. As the man spoke again it was clear that he had run out of excuses and had finally given into the fact that they needed to get out of here. Letting out a huff in annoyance he looked to Yumi as she took over, staring at her as it soon came to light what they would have to do. It would be a case of sending one of them out to get the ship and flying it back here and it certainly wasn’t going to be him or the other Beastmen. This was going to be some difficult journey and he really didn’t feel like he had to drag that scientist around just to keep him out of the hands of the Saiyans. Briefly rubbing his head he turned to Yumi, disliking how she was underestimating the facility. “There might be those who can outsmart us, there’s also the chance that the Elite I faced will wake up. You should never think strength is the only way to win when there could be an ambush waiting for us the moment we get back up that elevator”, he spoke quickly before briefly pointing in Takeshi’s direction, “Either you or Takeshi will need to fly back to the ship and bring it here. We’ll need to find a place to load everyone up…and that scientist. If we can’t kill him, we have to take him with us…”

Shu didn’t like how Takeshi was making it out to be no big deal, as if the whole being attacked by a stranger was not a big deal. He had always been taught to be wary of strangers no matter their size and right now with how edgy he was feeling he really couldn’t handle the physical contact of somebody he wasn’t familiar with. Giving Takeshi an angry huff when he did nothing but tease him he slowly stood up, backing away from Takeshi as he kept a hold of his tail. “Treat? I do a good?” he questioned him, feeling a little unsure about what kind of good thing he did to earn a treat when all he did was do mostly what he was told to do, “Only hit some people…hit Mister Viral…that enough for a treat? How do we get everyone onto ship? It so far and tiny!”
