@shylarahOf course he ignores her, she's not even said anything!

Poor guy's just seeing the reality of it when nobody treats Machina with respect but expect him to treat the living like gods that shouldn't be killed D:
Cecil didn’t feel he had much to lose with Ethan’s offer, he didn’t know if it was going to help him either. He didn’t know how the others felt about him in reality or if they would just end up lying about their feelings towards him. They barely even knew him at all, all they knew about him was his name and his abilities, he wasn’t even sure if the extent of him being a Machina was known to everyone apart from those who saw him when he got his battery changed. Ethan’s offer made him scared that he was just going to be fed lies to keep him around, but that was up to his own judgement and to see whether they were willing to lie to him so openly. Despite how naïve he seemed at the best of times he was still able to tell when someone was telling him a lie just to please him. Ethan had done it before already, so spotting it more times was not going to be difficult.

Once he finally agreed to Ethan’s plan he did help him down when he was asked, even if he wasn’t entirely happy to do so. It was a case of using his arm and the chain he had obtained to let Ethan get down that way, but when it came to him he simply dropped to the ground and landed on his feet. There was very little reason to worry about his legs, he didn’t really care about his body that much. Heading back to the others was starting to feel like a rather difficult act to do, he didn’t know how the others were going to react or if they were all going to put on false faces. Everybody was going to be annoyed for wasting their time with his nonsense, if they didn’t he knew they would definitely be faking their disappointment in him.

Upon arriving back Cecil remained behind Ethan, only looking up to see where the others were before looking back down again. He could tell immediately they were annoyed that he had vanished just by a quick glance at their faces. This was awful, he was never going to be able to get a true honest answer from them with them all so annoyed at him for running off. Frowning, he slowly followed after Ethan until they stopped, his gaze low as he felt completely ashamed of his actions. It would be better to just run away now, but he said to Ethan that he would hear them out so that’s what he was going to do.

Raising his shoulders when Ethan pointed him out he waited for Nymira to speak, but quickly found that her words were telling him nothing but the same that she said before. Frowning, Cecil was simply starting to imagine the conversation going exactly the way he expected it to with everything going back to square one. Unable to understand why Ethan thought this was a good idea he dropped his shoulders and head, continuing his gaze downward before slowly looking up to Nymira as she decided there was still a chance for them yet.

While it did sound like she was being honest he was finding it hard to justify staying with everything being left up to a simple case of ‘possibly’. As Nymira gave him an apology he lowered his gaze, holding his hands together in a nervous clasp as if he was going through a slight bout of confusion. He didn’t know if he really was a good person or if she was saying that to make him feel better, especially after what he did. A good person would never make others scared of him, especially when they were supposed to be his allies.

When it was Zander’s turn to say something Cecil couldn’t help but wonder just what he could possibly say. The guy didn’t know him at all apart from his destructive moments so any honest moments from him were just going to be about that. Looking to him quickly he gasped when Ethan decided to make him wait until he got back, probably going off to get the others. Staring awkwardly at him for a moment he soon looked down, sighing lightly before his eyes slowly went back to Nymira when she spoke to him again, frowning when she asked him an awfully difficult question.

Thinking about the answer he slowly reached up to the side of his head, rotating his false ear a little. “I will…probably be destroyed if I went out by myself now. I never had a problem with attackers until I was exposed by my own fault. There is only a small chance I would not be caught now that they know what I look like...” He muttered, letting out a sigh, “But if I stay with you and everyone else, I will likely severely injure or kill one of you. I am dangerous and I know I can’t control myself sometimes…but that is exactly why I feel it would be best if I leave. I have a goal just like everyone else, but I don’t want to end up killing any of you as I try to get there. It is either one of you all or me and I know what I am; I’m expendable…but all of you are not. Ethan says I should be with you all, but I am too dangerous and unpredictable to be around others who have people in their lives who care about them. I just…don’t know anymore…”
T’charrl wanted to try and understand his powers but every time he thought he had come to an understanding he just fell on his face again. He didn’t know where to go from here at all and when a little spirit like this could do that it made him doubt whether he had been able to heal the area in the first place. Now feeling like he was carrying the burden of the entire area around with him because he managed to screw up. Staring at the flowers that the spirit made grow he slowly reached out and touched it carefully, giving it a little poke a few times before suddenly gasping. “W-What??” He didn’t know what was going on but his eyes went to the creature when it nudged against him. Staring down at it somewhat worriedly he didn’t know what was going on, frowning when it began to move before gasping when he heard the voice again, feeling rather unsure about it before slowly standing up. He didn’t know how it was doing that but he felt like he might end up dying or something if he didn’t comply. Frowning, he slowly made his way after the little creature, staring at it the entire way as he kept his claws close to his chest. Staring at the patch of dirt he felt confused, not understanding what it was wanting from him when he already showed he couldn’t heal the place.

Kiton wanted to get away as quickly as possible, the feeling of betrayal remaining on his mind as he flew off. He probably would had killed the guy if he was still on his own, but he now saw it as a waste of time. He probably wasn’t going to see that man again and with everybody gone he was once again on his own never to return to the rebels or the people who saved him in the first place. Despite his pain he felt empty inside, almost having his own moment of solidarity once more before a sudden power came flying towards him. Having no idea who it was because of his own inability to concentrate on the power he stopped when it suddenly flew up in front of him, gasping when he saw who it was.

He thought she had died, yet here she was looking perfectly okay and not at all hurt if a bit messy. He didn’t understand what was going on and could only stare on as she spoke quickly to him, trying to tell him something about passing. He didn’t understand what it meant to pass the test, he didn’t even know what he was supposed to ask about it either. Floating stunned in the air he slowly looked down, stunned by what he was witnessing. He didn’t seem to take notice of the injector either but with his state of mind there was very little to take note of. Was there even any hostages in the first place or was this part of the test too?

Feeling like he had just been viciously slapped in the face and laughed at he continued his longing stare up until Sasha took his hand and got the injector, gasping when she did. He thought that whole scenario was heartless in itself, playing him like a fool into thinking he was forced into solitude all over again. Unable to find the right words to describe how he was feeling there was a sudden burst of energy again and before he could so much as give a reaction he was squashed in a very large hug. Going back to now feeling quite a lot of pain again to also being breathless he gasped in Leto’s hold, trying to grab his arm with his tail. “W-What’s going on?? What is happening?? Get off!”

Viral would have to strangle Aito later, right now he could barely lift a paw let alone try and find his position and charge right for him. He didn’t know how many of them saw that now, he probably would had been able to notice if he could see and use his senses correctly but it was now left as an unknown which made him incredibly paranoid. He didn’t know what it meant to be kissed because of something like wanting somebody else to shut him down, he thought there was usually some sort of flirting that went on before such a thing and there definitely was none of that prior to her kissing him. Feeling pretty annoyed at Aito he sighed in annoyance, disliking the idea of having to go back into training. Training meant he was going to have to use the abilities, but even when he protested about using them his protests continued to go unheard. “Yeah…I don’t feel up to training them up later either…”

Quite angry about having to be forced into something he didn’t want to do later he gave Aito an annoyed glaring at when he came over to help him along to a room so that he could get changed. Once he was in everything felt like a struggle all the way down to getting what remained of his clothes off to getting the new ones on. It was a pain to move and his joints were very stiff, his arms feeling like they might lock up at several points. He wanted it all to end, but thankfully with the last of the clothing on he was ready to get moving again to wherever he was actually going. It was hard enough doing normal things nevermind trying to figure out what he was supposed to do now. Once Aito was back to helping him again he slowly sat on one of the chairs outside, his eyes nearly closed as he stared at nothing in particular. “You could…get me a mallet. Maybe if I hit my head hard enough I’ll be free of this pain for a long time”, he sighed, sounding like he was actually considering it, “Or maybe water, or maybe…something hot. I feel like I’m going to die from this slight breeze alone…even if I can barely feel anything right now”.
T’charrl felt a little lost, wondering if he had done any of that in the first place or if it was the spirit instead. He had his eyes closed and the energy he was channelling had gone into his own so that’s all that could had happened. The spirit had done it so easily so there was nothing to stop it from doing that to the entire area while he was trying to instead of him actually doing anything. It did scare him that he wasn’t doing his job when everyone had hoped that he could bring peace to this area, his mind going to the thought that everyone would be disappointed in him even if they said he wasn’t. Not entirely sure whether the spirit would be nice to him or not he hesitated with his answer, frowning when it was nudged towards him before hiding away in his arms when it started to come over to him. He was pretty worried he might hurt it if he touched it, knowing the possibility was fairly high with spirits concerning his energy.

Remaining fairly still as he watched the creature come over he watched it carefully, keeping his knees close together as he kept his claws away from it for now. He didn’t know what might happen now, he didn’t really know what to do with this kind of spirit, not even his own internal spirit did he have any clue to how to help. With antennae twitching as he watched it he tried to identify it, squeaking when it touched his leg. Feeling a little worried that his energy might transfer into the creature he hesitated, slowly reaching down before pulling his claws away when it started to glow. “D-Did I do something??” Worried that he didn’t have control over his abilities he pulled his legs closer, frowning as he watched the spirit before gasping when the grass around him started growing longer and flowers sprouted around him. Looking around quickly at it all he frowned, making a clicking noise before speaking. “Why can’t I do that…? I don’t know what I’m doing wrong or how to do it right…” he muttered, rubbing his legs, “Did I do any of this?”

Kiton didn’t know what this guy’s deal was or why he was so determined to question him so much, even if he knew it was probably not that important. He was going to defeat this guy and show him the power he was so determined to see. Destroying the ground around him he proceeded to lift it up telekinetically before hurtling it at the man, throwing each chunk with the weight it carried right for the man. His anger for the man was projected in the force he was throwing the earth at, watching as one was tossed away before he simply threw more in succession. With little regard to the environment around him he didn’t waste time to throw more, this time managing to strike the man down quite gloriously. Glaring at the rubble he stopped his destructive tossing, instead taking a step forward before slowly lifting up into the air.

With shallow breathing he stared down at the rubble, waiting for the man to show his face before giving a glaring at when he finally did. Keeping his fists to his sides he looked ready to attack again, staring at him as he spoke. Watching as he slowly made his way out of the rubble he raised a finger, a little but powerful globe of Ki building up just above his fingertip as he glared down at the man. He looked primed to kill him as he was taunted, soon growling lowly before shouting. “I am not like you!!” Swiping his finger across the way a beam of energy was fired right across the front of the man’s feet, the ground lighting up at first before dirt just blasted up from it rather spectacularly.

He wasn’t as low as that man, everyone would had been disappointed in him if he sunk that low. Lowering his hand slowly he grasped at his side, narrowing his gaze. “My challenge was to beat you…and I did just that! Like I said: I could had killed you at any time! Even if you took everything away from me…” He was coming down from his adrenaline rush, the pain really starting to kick in after that tackle. It was just his luck, but then again everything fell apart around him, even his body continued to take punishment. There was nothing left for him here, everything he was supposed to protect was gone. Feeling that there was no point on staying here and started flying away towards the ship, trying to keep going so that he wouldn’t pass out.

----

Viral growled lowly before he let out a huff, not feeling too sure as to whether he should feel responsible for the other Beastmen before him not surviving. If one of them did survive then he would never exist, something which Aito was failing to realise. If one of them did survive then he doubted they would be as much trouble as he was, but then again if he didn’t exist there would be no need to compare. Staring at nothing for a moment as he went through a mild crisis he soon snapped out of it and looked up again, huffing a sigh. “Hmph, that was years ago too, anyway. I don’t know why you bother bringing that up now…” he muttered, looking elsewhere. Hardly feeling impressed with his little speech he let out a short gasp at the mention of the kiss, going red for a moment before snarling. “I’ll tear your face off in a clean swipe! Will you be proud of me then??”

Feeling quite angry at Aito now he growled lowly, looking to the floor as he took hold of the back of the chair and slowly pushed himself up to his feet. Remaining where he was for a few moments he waited for his head to stop spinning, his body feeling worse now that he had sat down for a bit. He really was in shambles and all because he changed. He didn’t know what that form of his was but it sure did take a toll on his body, a lot worse than the time he changed into his feline form. From the sounds of what everyone else said it must had been a quick first transformation, otherwise his body wouldn’t be feeling the trauma so badly. Turning to look in Aito’s direction he tried to get an estimate of where he was, slowly turning to face him when he told him how long he was away for. That was a hell of a long time he was changed for and it definitely scared him, he couldn’t deny that. Being in a destructive form like that for so long would had been dangerous in any other situation, especially when he had time to wander towards the city. “I think I would rather take the body trauma over that again. I don’t care if I take a lot of damage, I would rather that than that happening…”
T’charrl felt like he was just on the road to disappointment as he tried some more, but the results were terrible and didn’t look like they would hold up. It would be easy to say that his spirit just wasn’t in it, but really his whole mind was not in it at all. He was wanting to use his powers to help the area, but he was finding it too painful to keep going as he was. It was depressing and especially hurtful when Haku had to take a closer look to see if he had actually managed anything. It was no use, he wasn’t going to be able to find his centre again or manage anything like he had done before; instead, he was just going to continue being a sponge to energy with negative results. “It’s fine…I mean, I’m the one who is still a beginner at all this stuff…” Pulling his legs up close he wrapped his arms around them, his eyes staring at the ground before he looked to Haku at the suggestion, his eyes quickly going to the spirit as he frowned. “Umm…I-I guess…but I don’t want to hurt it either”, he spoke, giving his neck fluff a quick scratching at, “I don’t know how my energy affects spirits”.

Kiton was just fuming. Who was this guy to judge him on his desire to find a home? He had been trying for so many years that he had lost count and yet here was this guy telling him he didn’t try hard enough. Nobody wanted a Frost Demon to be a part of them unless they were pirates set on destroying whatever they came across to make a profit. Racing straight for the man in a surge of energy he managed to make contact, trying hard to push the man into the ground before he was tossed to the side. With his energy still fired up he caught himself against the ground, the energy cracking the ground as it came in contact with it. Glaring at the man he raised his fists again, keeping them to his sides. “Who are you to question regard?? You just blew up a building full of them!” With a quick stomp he forced his energy into the ground, splitting the land around him. Maintaining a glow around his body he slowly raised his hands as he started using telekinesis to lift large formations of land into the air. “Who are you to question me!” Throwing his hands forward the large formations were thrown at the captain with great speed despite their size. “Why should you be concerned about people??”

----

“You’re one to talk about stress…” Viral grumbled, hardly amused by the joke. He was annoyed at almost everything right now and Aito’s banter wasn’t helping, especially the unexpected rufflings everyone insisted on giving him. It was stressful, sure, but it didn’t feel as if anything was going to help him right now even with all the talking. Growling in annoyance when Aito still tried to joke around with embarrassing phrases he slowly rubbed his face, ending in a sigh. “I would like to know what you think I could do that would make you prouder than me running around like an idiot. I don’t need to work on anything to do that”. He didn’t have any goals and he knew it would be pathetic to say that, especially when everyone else was working towards something. He was just living at this point and that wasn’t exactly a goal when it was a matter of not failing and dying. He didn’t want to work on his forms when those caused the most trouble and who knew whether he would just try and kill someone instead whenever he was at full power.

Looking in Aito’s direction he frowned at the mention of his vision, his eyes going to the ground instead. He was already pretty pale already so to be even more than that meant he really must’ve looked sickly. He was terrible at trying to hide ailments, but then again Yumi probably told him about that. “Oh great, back outside. Fine…” he spoke, not feeling too confident about standing up now that he had sat down, “I didn’t much care about my appearance when I can feel what I’m wearing and how little I have on. I’m not that out of it, you know. Maybe I should get some clothes, I suppose…” he sighed, not particularly bothered by it but maybe it would make him feel warmer overall, “How long was I out there, anyway? I can’t remember anything, just a lot of pain and falling…or both at the same time…”
Cecil didn’t know why anybody would want to be near such a dangerous machine once they found out how destructive he could be, especially to living beings. He could take a life so easily and yet Ethan was trying to convince him that he wasn’t a combat Machina, that he really was like them. There was just nothing that told them he was anything like them other than the way he acted, but all that was still a prolonged lie he was living. He was exactly like those other Machina, the only difference was he was just lying to himself that he was anything like normal people. He couldn’t understand why Ethan couldn’t accept it, that the only thing that made him anything like anybody else was his vague outward appearance.

Cecil barely knew what Ethan was talking about when he tried to explain memories, especially when he was unaware of the process of being born or being a kid. He might as well be speaking in code for all he knew, the very thought was definitely dividing him further from their kind. He was always going to look the way he did unless he found a new face or a replacement for his eye. He may not know what he looked like but he felt comfortable with the look he had, even if it felt manufactured. He wondered what it was like to be a kid though, or maybe he could be classed as a kid because of his size only to never become anything more.

Feeling rather alienated by everything Ethan was talking about he slowly moved his gauntlets back towards his chest, remaining in realisation that there wasn’t much more to him than what he already knew. Ethan was really trying to find something, instead going ‘that’s not true’ everything he said. It was hard to believe anything he was saying with that kind of logic going into everything. Feeling like he might just leave now at the rate this was going at he frowned when Ethan decided it was best to make him an offer instead, looking to him with sad eyes as he slowly moved a foot back as Ethan approached him. If he suddenly lashed out accidentally then Ethan probably wouldn’t be able to defend himself.

Closing his eyes tight for a moment he started shaking as he found he was struggling to come to a decision, slowly shaking his head in response. “What makes you think they won’t lie and just want me around because I’m good at destroying and killing…? They don’t know me…they’re right about that…” he frowned, giving his normal eye a wipe as if something might be there, “All they know is ‘Cecil’, all there is to know is ‘Cecil’…but…what else is there for them to judge me on? I have nothing they can like me for! Are you-…are you certain they would be honest with me…? Because…because I don’t think they’ll have anything nice to say about me other than I’m good at killing…” Pulling at his cap he frowned, raising his shoulders. “I don’t even know what I’m good at. I wouldn’t want to be around me after what I’ve done…”
T’charrl looked up to Haku to see what his idea was, watching as the beckoned the little creature over to him. He didn’t know how this might go, if it went just the tiniest bit bad then everything would become so much worse. If it did turn out to be something he could do he might end up corrupting the plants instead. Certainly hoping that wasn’t going to happen he tried to concentrate and calm down, hoping that the creature really wasn’t going to end up sabotaging anything after all. He knew it was probably good-hearted, but what it was able to do and how it had appeared visible to Haku only confused him and made him concerned that it might be a phantom. Trying to shake off the bad feeling and the aches in his body he closed his eyes and tried to concentrate, not knowing how he was supposed to do it without going into deep meditation. Trying to keep calm he keep his energy concentrated on the plants, his energy managing to touch the plants but the potency was near nothing, the plants barely being allowed to grow if only a few centimetres at most. While he was managing to do something small he soon had to pull back, his body feeling pretty painful by the end of it. “I don’t know if I can manage anymore…did, uhh...did much happen...?”

-

“I’ve never belonged anywhere! You should know what that’s like!” Kiton was pretty determined not to take anymore big attacks, he knew if he had to stop too he’d probably do more damage to his body too. He was going to die if he ended up getting hit by one of those attacks. Throwing his own attacks in retaliation he followed them up but immediately he had to stop and pull back when the captain threw his own attacks, the Ki exploding on contact. Getting annoyed already he turned around to look for the captain again, soon noticing him with even more attacks. Spinning around he had to block them, raising his arms and legs as he took the attacks. The damaged was minimised as he raised his energy and projected it around himself, trying to use it to protect himself. Growling in annoyance as the smoke cleared he stared down at the captain, keeping the energy up before immediately powering it up again, the energy flaring up bright. “Why would you want me to kill you so quickly??” With his energy all fired up there wasn’t a moment of hesitation after speaking when he suddenly charged straight for the captain, his energy appearing and carrying the same ferocity as a nova as he charged headlong at him, hoping to travel straight down for the ground either way.

Viral thought for sure that Aito was just going to try and take over from here, knowing the man all too well and how controlling he could be. He wasn’t surprised either that Aito was wanting to take over with the food too, simply wondering whether he would try and load it with painkillers or other medicines in a sneaky way to get him back to full health. He didn’t know what he looked like to the others but he did hope he didn’t look as dead as he felt inside. “You suppose? I don’t know what you or June did in the past but I don’t want to be treated like I’m incapable and numb…”

Listening to Aito’s reasoning for their concern he still couldn’t see why they would be, wondering if it was just because he was gone for some unknown length of time. There was a lot that he didn’t know and probably wasn’t going to get any initial answers even if he asked. He had zero idea on how long it had been or whether he had lost something out there other than most of his clothes. Feeling awash with confusion he sat there quietly, staring at nothing before finally groaning and blinking when Aito ruffled his hair. They all must know he was near blind because all they had done to him so far was what he would usually avoid in the first place. “Proud of me? All I did was run around naked for…I don’t know how long…” he grumbled, “I don’t know if I want to ‘master’ it either and it’s not because I know it’ll be hard work, I just…don’t think I have the strength…besides, I have so much I need to work on before I worry about ‘forms’ or whatever…”
T’charrl really didn’t know what he was supposed to do about this creature or whether it was dangerous or not. It was very easy to be deceptive about your intentions when you look cute. Hovering off the ground he looked to Haku as he tried to convince him that the animal was not dangerous, staring at him before his eyes slowly looked to the animal again. He didn’t know what animals thought or acted when it came to others or whether they were capable of deception, he just knew from experience that animals were generally pretty dangerous. His kind were well armed against the creatures back home, their adaptability helped with that a lot and helped keep them safe, but with something small and also a spirit he didn’t know how it might act.

Staring at it for a moment he soon let out a groan, ending with clicking before finally landing again, his claws still close to his chest. Slowly approaching it again he soon gasped and jumped back a few steps, still feeling unsure about it. “I-I don’t know…what if I absorb it by accident? What if it steals my energy? What if I end up changing and standing on it accidentally? What if it bites me and I get a bad injury?” he asked quickly, shuffling his feet a little before sighing, trying to calm himself down. He might as well be a monster with how irrational he was being, but he couldn’t help it. Slowly squatting down he reached his claws out towards the ground, his lower arms touching the ground. He didn’t know if he had the concentration to try and pass energy, but at least he was going to try before the energy got too bad. “It’s hard to just ‘work on it’ after being pulled out so suddenly, but I can try I guess…”

----

Kiton was hurting all over, but he was determined not to die at this moment. Even if his kind was a scourge upon the galaxy and that he was a criminal, he still didn’t have the instinct to just roll over and die to make the galaxy a better place. If he was fated to die he was going to take out his man too. Watching the man as he instead found himself in the crater he had created he glared at him, moving his fists into a ready position again. “I am familiar, it still doesn’t mean they accept me as one of them!” He didn’t think they would want to be associated with the likes of him anyway, it would be just plain bad for their reputation. The Saiyans would probably slander the rebels for having him associated with them, using it as propaganda by saying they only want to conquer worlds to sell them off.

Watching as the man removed his armour he frowned at the little disadvantage that would have, seeing how armour was supposed to protect the body and not hinder its performance. Either way he was going to ready himself, knowing he couldn’t have this man thinking he was going to go down without a fight. Glaring down at the man he watched as he disappeared, his eyes only briefly searching for him until he finally found him. Pulling back his fists momentarily he frowned when he saw the Ki charging up, knowing he was going to have to be quick against these. Immediately flying towards the man, watching the shots as they were tossed towards him before dashing slightly out of the way of each, barely looking like he made it past them before immediately throwing his own in retaliation. He knew the worse off he was the faster he could be, it was this guy’s first mistake when he tackled him so carelessly.

----

Viral frowned and looked away when she spoke to him, gasping lightly before going red in the cheeks when June kissed him. She didn’t have to go and do that, he didn’t do anything to deserve that not to mention it was pretty embarrassing. “…I don’t know…if it’ll always be that way…” He didn’t know if there would ever be a day where it would rip or fall to bits, he didn’t even know what it was made of for it to be durable enough to last for so many years. Frowning at the mention of it getting put in the wash rather than getting handwashed he almost spoke up about it, but had to have second thoughts when it would probably just be considered weird that he knew how to wash clothes. Holding his tongue on that one he simply let out a groan in response, his claws scratching at his legs before being startled by Aito’s sudden voice.

He didn’t expect Aito to come in so suddenly, he thought that he might actually get a moment to himself but it didn’t seem possible. Sighing he briefly looked in Aito’s direction before slowly folding his arms, closing his eyes. He didn’t understand what they had to be so worried about, they probably knew he was going to live and just saw this as a slight inconvenience. “I thought June would be the one to want to feed me…” he sighed, not really answering the question. He didn’t know if he needed either, his senses were completely out of whack where even a drink was in need of contemplation. He didn’t even know how he wasn’t still unconscious and in the tunnel at this point. “Well I am usually fine after that so I don’t see why I should be treated like I ended up in hospital”, he sighed, opening his eyes again but just stared at the floor, “Why are you all so concerned? Is there something I’m not aware of?”
T’charrl didn’t know why Haku was telling him this, he would had thought getting your life force stolen would had been much more scary compared to being threatened by some pompous Elite. He didn’t really know what an Elite was, though, even though several had claimed they were one he just didn’t see their power being demonstrated. Everything was still speculation for him, but nothing was stopping T’charrl from taking his life force right now apart from being a nice person and liking Haku. It would had been especially awful if during his little session the moment Haku disrupted him he accidentally stole his life force instead of the area’s.

“I-I don’t know, I mean I don’t even know if it is supposed to be seen by you nevermind everyone else”, he spoke quickly, shaking his head, “I might had screwed up big time and broken the rules of nature with this”. Misdeeds using his powers corrupted the soul, even if he didn’t know he had done anything wrong. Maybe what he was feeling was punishment for this and that his powers were reflecting his mistake. Frowning when Haku decided he wanted to claim responsibility for the creature, tilting his head a little before frowning. “But…are you sure it can leave this place…? We don’t even know what caused it to be visible to you in the first place…”

While he was very uncertain about it he looked over to the creature when Haku pointed to it, tilting his head a little more as he wondered what it was that he was pointing at. Frowning, he stared at it when it was simply digging around and making noises again, but with a gasp he recognised something. He didn’t know how it was doing it but it was doing what he could do to the plants, watching as they grew a little into a cluster of flowers. Now he was really confused, he barely knew what this thing was it turned out. When the creature decided to come back over to him he gasped, shuffling back a few steps before spreading his wings and quickly flying up a few feet off the ground. “Ah! What is it doing?? Please don’t touch me…”

Kiton didn’t know what he was supposed to do now. His only job had been lost completely and everything that was going to show he was capable of doing good gone up with it. He didn’t know what to do now, this was going to mean definite prison for being so incompetent. Taking the attack with no resistance he was forced into the ground, nearly being crushed by the force alone. He hadn’t a care for himself at this point, he might as well be dead. Remaining in the crater in quiet contemplation over everything he had lost he barely cared for what the captain said, knowing all too well what the result was. Ricken and Sasha surely wouldn’t be dead after something like that, surely they were alive but he couldn’t be certain.

Unable to understand where his life was going he remained fairly still, his eyes only looking up as the captain prepared to kill him. There was probably no point resisting, he was as good as dead anyway if it meant he couldn’t do one thing right in his life; however, he wasn’t ready to go quite yet. Raising his hands he grabbed onto the captain’s knee, holding him up just inches from his head. “…I’m not a rebel! What made you think they would ever accept someone like me??” he spoke, pushing back against the captain, “And if they’re going to execute me over this it won’t be before I take you down!” Suddenly disappearing from his spot he reappeared directly behind the captain, throwing his fist back before trying to slam it into the captain’s back.

Viral felt he would be better off just having a shower or something, but he didn’t have much of a say in what happened to him at this point. He was needing all sorts of stuff done to him and everything he couldn’t do by himself, otherwise he would had done it all. He didn’t know what there was that he could do for himself when he wasn’t aware of his surroundings. Raising his shoulders as June removed his scarf he frowned when she mentioned she made it, his eyes going to the blurry red mass that was his scarf. Staring in her direction before looking away as she told the story he sighed lightly, folding his arms. He didn’t remember a thing about how he got it but always felt like he needed to keep a hold of it, the scent it had keeping him sane even as he was bullied by the Capsule Corp to keep him in his place. Sighing when she thanked him, looking away as he folded his arms. “…I didn’t know where I got it from, but it kept me from destroying that place completely. Maybe it was the smell of you that kept me from going crazy, but I don’t know. I don’t have any memory of you or Aito, so I can’t even be sure anymore…”
T’charrl tilted his head a little before looking around, tilting his head a little more as his antennae twitched. “I could suck out your life energy and you wouldn’t even know about it until you start feeling weak. Does that not scare you?” It was probably why his kind died out, minus the whole using spirits to their advantage. He didn’t know how many of his kind were still on his planet other than the King, he didn’t even get if his children had the gift either or if it had missed their generation. Not really understanding his logic when saying everyone was a monster in their own way he tilted his head, frowning before shaking his head. “I don’t think you really understand…but that’s okay. There’s many who don’t understand”, he spoke, looking to the ground, “It’s nothing to do with what you were trained to do. It’s to do with how unnatural my level of power is and what happens when it goes out of control…”

While all the talking was helping a little he was still trying to control himself, his knees shaking a little. He didn’t know what was going on with the creature and everything he had been doing so far had been left unfinished because of it. The area did look a lot better than it did before, but the negative energy that was leftover was difficult to control. It could had been worse, but his training previously had left it thankfully easier to handle when before he could barely get a handle on it. Staring at it as it wriggled around Haku seemed dead set on keeping it, eventually letting it go to have a sniff around. “Uhhh…really? B-But, what would the others think? What if it can get hurt? What can it do? I don’t know this much about spirits to be able to tell whether it can do everything we can, even if it could leave the area…”

Kiton didn’t want the mission to be a wasted effort when everything was riding on him beating down this man. Maybe while fighting this man he could compromise the safety of the people, letting the pirates go away with their treasures that could be replaced. He didn’t think a bunch of pirates would care for hostages that much and just let them go when it was known that they were all that they were there for. Holding his own against the captain’s attacks he hoped the man could compromise, gasping when the man backed off to avoid the kicks. Glaring at him, he got his fists ready again, watching him as he spoke before becoming concerned with what he was saying. Watching as the man extended an arm towards a building he was immediately placed on high alert. “No! Don’t!” Before he could even make a proper reaction the Ki was sent flying, the building very quickly becoming properly obliterated.

With wide eyes he stared at the destroyed building, the shouting that had come from it only becoming ingrained into his mind as he remained stunned. The mission had become too quickly a failure because of him, all of that planning gone to waste because he didn’t understand how ruthless this guy was. Continuing his staring at it he barely paid attention to what the man was saying now, his attention not being given until the last moment as the captain came hurtling towards him. With no time to dodge or make a reaction he was ploughed down at full force, his small body slamming into the ground under the full weight of the captain.

Viral let out a groan, not seeing the logic in it. He was an artificially made creature while a mother was someone who had given birth to you. He wasn’t born or anything, he came from a test tube made from a plethora of different things. Even then he barely knew her, he had lost his memory of her and Aito so that didn’t help matters. As he was slowly lead into the house the change of temperature made him shiver slightly, the tough skin on his arms not even being immune to the temperature shift. Glancing to June when she patted his arm he let out a sigh, shaking his head. “I’m supposed to change now and again to suit the environment, but I still have some concerns I’d rather address later. Now is hardly the time…”

When June left him alone in the kitchen to get something he immediately had the sense of being lost, his environment almost completely lost to him apart from a few distant shapes. He couldn’t even tell where the table and chairs were, only that they were somewhere out there ready to trip him up. Becoming alerted to the sound of June when she returned he remained silent, staring down until a chair was forced into his area of awareness. Reaching out in the direction he heard it from he soon found it and sat down, sighing heavily before gasping as his head was suddenly gently assaulted by June with a towel. Reaching up at first he soon growled in annoyance, eventually dropping his arms and slouching as he was dried off. “I won’t catch a cold…I’m hardy and durable! You’ll just give me food anyway too…”

When June started to touch his scarf instead he became suspicious, frowning at the suggestion to wash it. He didn’t know if it had been washed recently since he was sure Vegeta and Yumi touched his stuff whenever he passed out, probably washing his clothes in the process. “Probably just needs ringed out…” Frowning when she mentioned a tear he looked down at it, not really seeing much apart from the red blur until she began to remove it from his neck. “Be careful with it! It’s already drenched and I don’t need it tearing some more!”
