I came across this post and I'm baffled as to why no one has tried to help you. My best advice is to search through the threads already up in this section of the site and take a gander at the setup etc.

Depending on your preference of DM or player, you can see how things are done, as well as elements you like/dislike yourself. You may find that there are a few people you relate to. In that, you recognise their writing/approach as similar to your own.

Observe and learn my friend, so that you may walk among us with a heightened awareness of the land upon which you stroll. If you like I shall make a quick interest check for a oneshot adventure.
@Iatos

Just confirming that's what you did
@Brithwyr

Still with us?
Shall we get this thing rolling then?
@Iatos If you're throwing the torch at the hay then walking away, then this is what happens.

As the flaming end of the torch connects with the hay, in the corner of her eye, the dragonborn sees a small pale female figure hidden at the back of the barn. The head of said figure darts to the kindling fire and as Ishalla turns her back, a high pitched scream comes from within the barn.

Birds scatters from the trees and a commotion loud enough to be heard over the crackling hay begins to resonate out, the screaming continues.

Check your PM's.
Discord may be better, the guild already has one.

KINGDOM NAME: Foulkeor
KINGDOM BANNER:

GENERAL BIO: Foulkeor is a divided land of steep mountains and thriving tall tree forests. Vast mines and endless lakes are scattered all over the land, which is uneven geographically and politically.

The Capital of Veiun sits upon the broken peak of a great mountain, Deur, whose cap was said to be chiselled flat by the God Horth. It's thick defences are forged iron, dragged from its own stony stomach depths below.

The Abyss, the largest of all mines in Foulkeor, is a kilometre wide and sits at the centre of the capital city. The forges smoke through day and night, the heat is diverted to serve the people and energise the blue councils laboratories.

The Kingdom is divided into 25 holds, each with an independent hold leader, called a Heldett. These leaders represent one of three political parties. They are the Grey Picks (commerce/capitalism), Iron Fists (military might/martial law) and Blue Leafs (magic/nature).

The King of Foulkeor is Heldett Burnouqe, a fiercely large man, grizzled by age and matured with time. He, as all Kings or Queens, was elected by the people and the other Heldetts. Each political group challenges the contenders for the crown, often tasks centred around their ideologies.

The Kingdom is ruled over by the King/Queen, but decisions are made annually by the entirety of the Heldetts in the Chamber of Duer, a vast underground cave, designed to resemble a grand council court. Here issues are discussed and if a conclusion is not found by the majority, each Heldett votes. The Kings vote counts as three others.

Culture:
For the most part, the people of Foulkeor are diplomatically adapt and respect between groups is maintained through both necessity and companionship. Strength against common issues and societal adaptation is common. However, their are some groups who are openly against all others, such as the Iron Fists.

Religion:
Foulkeor has, for as long as any can recall, worshipped the memory of the dead Gods. Powerful entities who are now deceased because of the coming of the new Gods. Greed and Selfishness are new Gods, paid tribute to by a growing few.

General Military Stats:
300,000 Foot soldiers
5000 Mounted infantry
5000 Singing Blades
1000 Knights of the Mountains
75,000 Crossbow men
1000 Siege engines manned by 25 men each.
100 War barges.

All able men and women are expected to undergo three years of training and/or deployment in the Foulkeor military between the ages of 20-50.

Voluntarily, anyone suitable can join after their 18th birthday. Retirement comes with death or early removal, if a soldier no longer wishes to serve they must have an alternate profession to undertake. The oldest serving individual in the Foulkeor military is Betherad Bloodeye, a 86 year old Singing Blade.
