Kuni felt weird. Like really weird, as if she went through another trauma. But this one didn't really hurt her, it was more like... Giving her a really odd feeling. She could still see people moving around her, making sure a seal is good, according to what she heard, and she still felt someone's hands on her belly. A moment later she closed her eyes, making th sealing team begin to worry and send a couple of people to prepare, for any case that may come.
Opening her eyes, she felt her back was still on solid ground, but looking up, something seemed odd. The sky was gone, and there was a celling instead. Not only that, the whole place felt odd. And warm. It felt nice, but she couldn't help but wonder where she was. Sitting up, she rubbed her eyes and looked up, noticing the rather large beast which appeared to be chained up with several chains and boulders, and handcuffs which held its arms, legs, and tails. There was an odd circle on each of the handcuffs, and it appeared the chains were connected to the handcuffs, basically making the beast stay still by its own bindings. She examined the beast for a second "Hey. You are one really big monkey. Sorry, but I don't have any bananas." She said, wondering if she has anything on her and decided to start checking her pockets.
The giant beast stirred with her words, clearly angered. Though, the chains bound him too well to allow him any movement. "I am not a monkey you pestilent human!" he shouted, making it obvious he was offended. "I am the Yonbi! A beast of power! Not some... inferior ape!" Once again he made a struggle, as he was not used to his new bindings, but it was to no avail. At least he had now tested his limits. Being there is no freedom at all. "If you are going to talk to me, you shall call me..." At this point, he seemed stumped. But an idea came to him. "You will call me Yonbi-sama for now."
"Yonbi it is then. I don't call anyone sama. Not even the Amekage. I think it makes people appear more... " Kuni stopped for a second and closed her eyes while doing her thinking face "Appear more than what they are. Everyone in the world is alive, so thats what should matter. Nothing else." She said and gave him a smile before realising something "Oh! I should introduce myself, since you introduced yourself. My name is Yoshikuni Sadako, but call me Kuni. Everyone calls me Kuni. I should probably just change my name to Kuni." She appeared to begin thinking about it more deeply.
A low grumbling sound was heard coming from the Yonbi now. "I will call you human until you can talk to me properly," he grumbled, before looking around. "It would seem that we are bound together now anyways... So this is what it's like to be sealed..." The giant beast grew quiet a moment as he took his surroundings in, before looking back down at Kuni. "Do you know what this means, human?" he asked, though his voice wasn't as hostile as before. Noticeably less.
Kuni looked up, and raised an eyebrow "You are bound, but to these boulders and yourself. I'm not bound to you." She said, and looked around a bit "And I'm not sure what this all means. I think I just hit my head a bit too hard while all those people were above me, but I think I did see something before that... It was large and red... had a few tails..." She said and took a few moments before opening her eyes in surprise "It was you! How come only me and you are here? And why weren't you out there now?" She asked, sounding a bit confused.
The tailed beast began chuckling now, before it turned into direct laughter. "You fool," he said first, as his laughter died down. "We are inside your mind. Those other shinobi sealed me into you. Don't you understand? You're a jinchuuriki now." He paused to let that sink in, before looking away. "And I'm cursed to be stuck inside a human. Perhaps this is what he meant when he told me about jinchuuriki..." The large beast shook his head, before looking back at Kuni. "You are as bound to me now as I am to you. The only difference is that you can move about, carry on with your business. While I am to remain stuck here... Unless..." He began to chuckle again. "Unless you let me out."
Looking at the Yonbi as he spoke, she became slightly surprised. They were in her mind? She figured it would be fuller than this. Then he said she was a Jinchuuriki and that the other shinobi sealed him into her. She heard that term before, Jinchuuriki. It was a vessel or something. Kuni kept listening to his words until he finished "Well, I have two things to say about that. First, they sealed you in for a reason. So I won't be letting you out until I know what that reason is. Second, you just got here! We can have all sort of fun things together. I mean, if you are inside my mind, then you can probably see the same things I see, hear the things I hear, and you probably get my point" She said and gave him a wide grin. She loved the fact she had a new pal, one that will never leave her.
"You really don't understand..." the Yonbi mumbled, just loud enough for Kuni to hear. "You are a jinchuuriki now. You won't get to have fun. You are a vessel. A host. A weapon. Whichever village... Amegakure, I believe... will be using you as a tool now. Your freedom is gone, though not like mine." He let out a sigh now. "Your friends aren't going to look at you the same. Because I am here and they know that. They will be afraid of you. Afraid of me. That's how all humans are. Now that the mistake has been made, we are stuck in this trivial binding that benefits neither one of us." There was another grumbling sound. "All you humans care about is power, and now I'm stuck here... inside you..."
The grin vanished as she listened to the Yonbi's words. Her freedom was gone now? Her friends will be afraid of her? And his last sentence made some sense, as she knew it true to some people. But not to her "If my friends change the way they look at me, I'll get new friends. If you think Amegakure is going to make me a weapon, then you obviously don't know what I have done to it in the past. I wreck it on a daily basis. Or at least, used to." Kuni said and rubbed the back of her neck "And I will never let anyone take away my freedom, no matter how hard they will try. In fact, if you make me a weapon, it means you are a weapon I can against them too. So they won't try, not unless they want to have an attack from you. Which means you will have a kind of freedom too." She said and give him another small smile, and now stood up.
Taking a couple of steps forward, but stopping far enough from him to be able to bite her, she examined him some more "You know, for a beast, you sure look smart. And sound smart too. And you can be sure I will give you the option to request to go to places. You probably have seen everything though. How old are you?" Kuni asked, sounding curious now. She had a million and one questions running through her head, and all of them were concerning him.
"Tch," he responded, eyeing her up as well. "I haven't seen everything, unfortunately. But I am smart. That is what happens when you spend over four hundred years searching for knowledge. Unlike the other tailed beasts, I never meant ill will toward humans. Yet I'm still here..." The Yonbi let out a sigh, before looking back at Kuni. "You seem rather trusting in your comrades. It almost makes me feel bad. But I've seen exactly what I've said come true in others, so you're no different. Only that it's me this time. Perhaps you are a bit lucky... I am probably the easiest to get along with of the whole lot of us..." He began chuckling a bit, though it sounded more depressed than humorous.
Kuni clapped her hands together when she heard she had a bit luck "Luck is always nice to have, but I don't count on luck. I only count on what I can do. And what others help me do." She said and suddenly heard the people who were checking her at every moment, seeing she has a good pulse but concerned about the fact she did not wake up yet "And I trust them because I know that even with everything I've done to them, they care. I don't know how they will act with me because of this whole thing, but I don't really care either. I just want to continue on living my life, in my own way. And nothing will change that." She said and gave him a smile before raising her fist in his direction, even though he could not do anything in return "You can mark my words when I say that even if you won't have proper freedom, I will let you experience a whole new thing. Seeing the life through the eyes of a human." She said and lowered her arm.
"A restrained human," he commented, before chuckling. "You have spirit, I must give you that. Your life isn't your own anymore. I do not know if it was bad timing on your part or if you were planned to be my host... but regardless, you and I are tools now. If you can get around that in some way, then that is more power to you." He seemed confused at her gesture with her fist. Particularly toward the fact that there was literally nothing he could do about her gesture. "As interesting as it sounds to see the life of a human, I already know what it's like. I've watched from a safe distance many times. Humans are greedy and destructive... Perhaps you are a bit too young to remember the last war. Humans fight over petty things like land and ideals. There used to be honor in your society, you know? I can't remember quite when that vanished, but it was long ago... And humans have stayed the same since. You just seem to be... a weird one." He began chuckling at his own lack of vocabulary now. "You can call me Son Goku. That is my real name. But if you don't talk to me with respect I will refuse to call you by your real name, Yoshikuni."
"Its Kuni. And I'm sorry if it seemed like I didn't speak to you without respect. Its just the tone of my voice. If I could actually express how much impressed I am by all the knowledge you just told me you have, then I have..." She spread her arms wide open to both sides of her body and fell backwards "This much respect to you." She finished and looked at him with her back still on the ground "You look like one very cool beast Son Goku. Mind if I call you Son? If you don't want me to call you that then its fine. Just wondering." She said, and suddenly heard Eiji's voice in her ears, asking the sealing team if she is alright "I think I should go. Eiji-sensei is worried, and I hate making him worried. How can I come back here and keep talking to you?" She asked and got up from the ground into a standing position.
The tailed beast was silent for a moment, before looking away. "Son is fine," he said, giving up on trying to get Kuni to use honorifics. "I imagine you leave the way you came. This is your mind after all, so I assume you simply have to wish it. But I believe you fell unconscious is the problem. That means you'll have to wake up." He looked back down at Kuni now. "Coming back is probably just as easy. If you wish to speak with me, simply will it... or something. I'm just as new to this as you are. And I have the short stick..." He chuckled a bit now, before ending it with a sigh.
Nodding at Son Goku's words, Kuni allowed herself to fall back on the ground once more, and this time felt her head being hit slightly. She started feeling a bit dizzy, and looked through partially closed eyes at Son Goku "Well, Son, It was great meeting you, and I cannot wait to talk to you again." She said and begun closing her eyes shut, but before she woke up she had one last thing to tell him "Just so you know, seeing something from the side isn't the same as being a part of it. If you are really over 400 years old, then you should know this better than anyone." She said, and then felt as the ground below her dissolved.
Soon enough, she opened her eyes again and looked at Eiji and Ryoku as she blinked twice. She then instantly moved to a sitting position, only to feel her head ache and wonder what happened for a moment. She then remembered what happened in her mind and smiled before properly getting up and hugging Eiji "I'm fine Eiji-sensei. I'm good." She said and thought about Son Goku, eager to have her next chat with him already.
