After waking up in the incredibly usual manner and knowing she needed to go and meet her team at the gate, Chou was eating breakfast in a rather quick manner. It has been a while since she had felt like this, but today she had a goal to achieve. She needed to try and find a tiny bit of information, one which could possibly lead to her finding her old mentor. She wanted to slap herself upon thinking this, but she realised this meant she will need to be nice and somewhat cooperative with her team and sensei. Knowing Mika will see right through her act, she wondered if she will tell her to stop or not.

After leaving the house, she headed out and went in the direction of the village gate. Several minutes later she arrived there and noticed Haruhi was already there. She had also spotted a boy sitting on a rooftop nearby, but she had no idea if he had any kind of importance. Taking a deep breath, she approached Haruhi and while still keeping a few steps away, she put on a friendly smile "Good Morning, Haruhi-chan. Please excuse me for the way I behaved the last time we trained together. I just truly dislike being touched and I had a rather bad day, as you most likely saw. You are not a tool, and it was wrong of me to say so." She spoke in a rather casual tone, and knew that those were all empty words to her and thats all that mattered.

A fight with himself!

Being at his home, Deidara sat on his bed and looked out the window. He wasn't really looking, but more thinking about what he has done in the past few months. He was beginning to doubt his own motives. Was it truly his former clan that caused his past unhappiness? Did he really need to keep doing what he was doing? He looked at his hands and closed them into fists. He wondered now if he was already beyond the point of no return. He already knew that he cannot undo what he did, and that if he came out with the knowledge of what he has done, then he will most likely face a severe punishment.

Closing his eyes, he thought about the time he made his goal. The moment he did, he felt someone pushing him against the wall and holding his arm behind his back, forcing him to stay against the wall "Now now. Doubting yourself? Tsk. You should know better than to do that! Did you forget what you told me back at the waterfall of truth? That you understood what I said." A familiar voice spoke to him, and Deidara managed to push himself away from the wall, landing with his back on the person that held him before being released. Getting up, he was looking at himself.

"But what if I was merely trying to pin all my pain and suffering on something? What if I was mistaken? What if-" Deidara didn't manage to finish speaking before jumping to the side after the fake Deidara sent a swarm of Water butterflies at him "Shut up, you little bastard! Do you really think that if you confessed now, then you will be forgiven? You will be thrown in jail, where they will forget the key and leave you there to rot! You need to continue with the plan!" Dark Deidara shouted at him and charged at him with a bare fist, which Deidara blocked, only to suddenly feel his skin burning where he blocked. Pushing the other Deidara away, he saw Dark Deidara's hands covered with mist chakra for a moment before it vanished, and Dark Deidara smiled before sending several kunai at Deidara and then performing the Fire butterfly technique, making the butterflies cover the kunai.

Unable to dodge all of the kunai, Deidara felt his arm burn as a couple of fire butterflies with the kunai managed to hit him, and he looked at Dark Deidara "Why can't you just let me be? Just leave!" He shouted at his dark self, and the latter just begun to laugh "Do you really think thats how that works? That you just ask a part of who you are to leave and its done? You are dumber than I thought!" He said and kept on laughing, now holding his stomach to ease his laughing a bit. Suddenly he looked with a smile as Deidara had just begun to hit Dark Deidara's head with a kunai, but soon enough Dark Deidara became nothing but water "You cannot get rid of a part of who you are. No matter if you do manage to beat me, I will always be here." Dark Deidara's voice echoed around the room.

Opening his eyes, Deidara realised the whole thing was inside his head and he looked around. Everything appeared peaceful. He tried to think for a bit about what he could do and then it hit him. Asami will know a way of sealing Dark Deidara for good. He had no idea if she will be willing to help him at all, but he figured that she always enjoyed hitting him, why would that change now? Getting up, he quickly moved through the house and got outside, running towards the Raikage's office, hoping she will be there and that she will be willing to hear him out.

Kirigakure Jounin

Looking at her students, Tora smiled as she saw the three slowly explaining their roles in the mission. She was slightly annoyed that Naoto didn't seem to properly explain her role, but she figured she could find out if everything was fine with her later on. Before she could speak up, a woman in the regular Kirigakure shinobi attiture landed in front of her and the students, and Tora moved to greet the woman with a handshake before looking at her team "Everyone, meet Origami Tsubaki. She is going to assist us with the mission. I want one of you to explain the plan to her while I will scout the area around out, to ensure the area is safe and that the target is indeed where he is supposed to be." She said, giving a nod to the white haired woman before vanishing from sight.

Origami looked at the three young students "Hello. I'm Origami Tsubaki, Kirigakure's analyst expert. I'll be escorting you in this mission, as the target may hold very fragile information that I will need to ensure doesn't get out." She said before taking out three pieces of paper and beginning to fold them as she looked at the team "Please describe the mission to me." She said, and all three of them would notice her voice lacked any kind of emotion in it.

Removing a Risk

Kuni was heading towards the training field, humming a bit as she went along, when suddenly a jounin landed in front of her "Yoshikuni Sadako, you need to come with me. If you won't come willingly, then I cleared to bring you by force. Please come peacefully." The Ame jounin said, making the young girl somewhat surprised "What is it? I'll be late to my team meeting." She asked, but the jounin didn't reply, merely beginning to lead her in a different direction. The young girl hoped that she won't need to get any other beasts in her or that she won't be suddenly informed that her seal will kill her, and that it will be something simple. She hoped the team meeting will enable Son to see how most human interactions are, and getting sidetracked wasn't part of her plan.

After arriving near the Amekage's office, the jounin went and stood in front of Kuni, but with his back to her "This is the Yonbi's Jinchuuriki, Meisa-sama. Do you wish for me to leave you alone with her now?" He asked someone that Kuni tried to see, but the man blocked her view of the person he was talking to.

Walking outside the building, Meisa had noticed the jounin that had been sent. At the same time, one of the ANBU that was with her, came walking around the corner. But he kept his distance as the two Ame nin approached Meisa. ''Ah. No, I am grateful for you bringing me the Jinchuriki of the Yonbi. You may go now.'' Meisa told the Ame jounin. Looking at Kuni, Meisa rose her eyebrows. This was the troublemaker that also had the beast sealed in her? ''My name is Meisa Ichi.'' She told Kuni, stretching out her right hand towards Kuni, smiling after her words. ''I was the one who required you to come with me. Would you please walk with me?'' She asked, planning to not go back into the building behind her. No, there was another place that she deemed more fitting.

Smiling at the rather nice looking woman, Kuni shook Meisa's scretched out hand after she introduced herself "Sure, I don't mind. But I hope this won't take too long, I'm supposed to be meeting my sensei and new teammate." She said and then slightly shook her head "Sorry, I was a bit rude right now. My name is Yoshikuni Sadako, but call me Kuni. Everyone calls me Kuni." She said and begun to walk with Meisa, wondering where was the woman planning on her taking her too and hoping it won't be too far away from the training fields.

Walking, Meisa paid some attention to the girl. She smiled at the girl, though she was paying attention to something else. ''I am not planning to make this last long as I also need to go home soon. Think we can be done very soon if you keep doing what is required off you.'' Meisa told her. Truth be told, Meisa was searching for any similiar traits with the Nibi's host. If there was some kind of common traits between stable jinchuriki's, then it would ease the process of finding better hosts. Instead of just putting the beasts in young people. ''I heard what happened though. How are you feeling about the event?'' Meisa asked, sounding like she was a bit worried.

Nodding at what Meisa said, Kuni didn't think of any reason that she would disobey anything that the woman would tell her to do. She seemed like someone nice and after she asked her about how she felt about the sealing, it seemed like the woman was also worrying about a complete stranger, which only made Meisa appear better in Kuni's eyes
"Well, it came as quite the surprise. There was supposed to be this little event when suddenly Son Goku attacked the village due to being led here by other shinobi,
according to what he told me. So the Amekage, Hoshi and Eiji-sensei came up with a plan to stop it, but they needed to use someone as a place to seal Son Goku in. So they chose me. It felt extremely odd, to have someone as strong as the Yonbi sealed in me, but at the same time, it nice knowing that no matter where I go now, there is always someone that accompanies me. Plus he is interesting. He has seen a lot of things." She said, not really minding how much details she was giving out on Son Goku. She figured that other than his name, the things she said were details that could be learned from anyone who helped protect the village.

Not really interested in the story that Kuni told her, she found one detail interesting. Though she wasn't sure how much faith or trust she could place in a Tailed Beast, it was interesting that it claimed others led him to the Rain. Could it be that it were the same people that were behind the kidnapping of the previous host of the Kyuubi? If that was so, maybe she should think of something about it. Throwing an occcasional ''oh'' and ''Really?'' into, to make it look like she was curious, Meisa and Kuni walked towardwards a rather sturdy looking building. ''You sound like you have already talked to him. Must be very exciting, no?'' Meisa asked as they would enter the building.

"Its very interesting, thats for sure. And I've talked to him twice. I even managed to make him be curious a bit about me, even though I was just being me. I want to show him that not all shinobi's are power hungry, and only want more and more power. I want to show him that there are still plenty of shinobi's that still care about more than power." Kuni said as they entered the building. She looked around for a moment, wondering a bit what they were going to do here before looking down at her stomach and putting her hand on her belly "I should probably show him Eiji and Sachi, or Zakito, Aiko, Kei and Akimoto. Those four are very close. They would probably be the best example for a family that puts something way above power." She said in a slightly weaker voice, more talking to Son Goku rather than Meisa.

Thus she knew some others? The fact she named Zakito and Aiko made Meisa raise her eyebrows. ''To be honest, you're not going anywhere.'' The door behind them was closed as they would enter the building. Two ANBU that had accompanied Meisa towards Amegakure stood guard, placing their hands at their back as they focused their attention on Kuni. ''I need to inspect the seal and adjust it. If you have talked to him, it only means that you're more of a risk to the Fire Union.'' Meisa said, still with a polite voice. But there was some threatening undertone to her words. ''If you would keep following me, that would be nice.'' She said, eyeing the ANBU that held a kunai at the ready. There was also one, using the Hiding in Camouflage technique, that held a senbon at the ready in case the girl would attempt anything that would seem off.

Now Kuni raised an eyebrow. She never said that she would be going anywhere right now, only that she should. Was the woman not listening properly? "Uhm, sure, go ahead and inspect the seal. But if by only talking to a beast that cannot even budge I'm a risk to the Fire Union, whatever that is, then that should mean a lot of others should be a risk to the Fire Union by talking to people they shouldn't be speaking to." She said as she kept following Meisa, but now walked noticiably slower than before. The fact the ANBU took out a kunai worried her slightly. Was she considered to be that much of a threat? Its not like she could beat the ANBU or the woman. She had no idea what either were capable of, and she didn't wish to get injured, seeing the woman was doing things for what she considered to be was the right reason. After a moment she caught up with Meisa, and kept with the woman's pace "I'd still like an explanation as to how speaking to Son makes me a risk. I mean, sure, he tried to convince me to release him, but it was such a straightfoward attempt, even a baby could've seen it. And its not like I am going to let him get out in any kind of way. He still attacked my village, even if he was led here by someone else. He needs to earn my trust. Being interesting isnt being trustworthy." She said and her face now showed a slightly grim look, as she just thought about the time she went to the Hon Estate after her father, considering him to be interesting back then.

''You're really naive, though I won't hold that against you. If you fail to see the risk of what it means to have a Tailed Beast inside of you for others or wish to not see it, then I fear that I might need to be more stern with you.'' Meisa replied. It was really starting to become something dull that people kept trying to argue back when they weren't in the position. Maybe she should adress Zakito about that? It was next to that a bit of a nuisance that Kuni apparently held barely any knowledge of the Fire Union. Wondering if her own child would be like that, Meisa tried to focus on the task ahead. ''I feel no need to explain to you about this. Though I blame it on your sensei and other higher ups in Amegakure. To place a Tailed Beast in somebody who has been not a proper kunoichi is a dead shame, in my opinion. '' The friendly tone of Meisa was gone as well the smile. Walking into a sealed off room that looked blank, Meisa snapped the fingers of her right hand. The door behind them was closed and there was some sound behind it. It was sealed off by something. Several ANBU were waiting around a table, silently staring at Kuni. ''I take it that you won't try to resist? It might make it end sooner and without the pain and trouble.'' Meisa asked, looking at Kuni.

"I don't see the risk only because I have just been exposed. You barely gave me a chance to see what it means to be a Jinchuuriki and already expect me to be fully knowledgeable on it? Thats like giving a math book to a kid and expecting that he will solve any problem in it just because you had placed the book in his hands. You should've given me a chance to try and understand better before doing such a thing. But seeing you claim its to get rid of a risk, I won't resist. I don't want to pose any kind of risk to Eiji-sensei or anyone else." Kuni said and let out a sigh. She wasn't liking this one bit now, but upon seeing the ANBU around the table, she understood what was the next thing they expected her to do. She went the table and sat on it, before looking at Meisa for a moment "And I am a proper kunoichi. I may not have take the best of choices in the past, but I'm trying to make up for them each day." She said and then laid back on the table, raising her shirt just enough for the ANBU and Meisa to be capable of seeing it. Now she understood that Meisa was merely fooling her into thinking she was a nice person, and that all she cared about was the seal. Lots of people were exactly like Son described after all.

Sighing, Meisa looked with a rather bored look at Kuni. Now she suspected why she actually didn't like to be a sensei or such. Children and young people that were like this bothered her to no end. ''All I can say to keep it simple is saying you're naive. Of course, this makes me look simply as the one with the stuck mind and opinion on people like you. But let me tell you something.'' Taking a few steps towards Kuni, Meisa stopped two steps away from the girl. ''You say all those things, but have no knowledge on the bigger whole. Not that I am surprised as I happen to have seen this by more people.'' She paused, before thinking back about some who weren't like that. Those who were capable of viewing some things and events differently. ''I believe that it is only natural that many people point a finger or craft an opinion on something they can't understand. Though now you shouldn't worry about my words. It is time for you to sleep.'' Taking a step back, something would hit the back of Kuni's head. A mere club, wielded by one of the ANBU.

Merely looking with a frown at the girl, the ANBU stroke again with a powerful blow with the club. Then the masked woman took a step back. ''At least it is true what they say.'' Meisa started to smile. ''Some children are looking sweet when they are asleep. Or knocked out cold.''

Free Winds

As she kept moving towards the ship, Nanako saw the group head onto the ship and vanish from sight. Slightly happy that Benjamin managed to get on board too, she looked around, wondering if she will be capable of getting on board too, when suddenly Toroto raised one of its legs "There. That brown haired man is walking in the same direction as we are. Try and see if he could help us get on board as well." He said, and after looking to the side for a moment she managed to spot him.

Heading in his direction, Nanako moved to walk beside him "Hey there. Excuse me for asking this, but are you heading to the ship? And if you are, could you help me get on board it please? I can't let the Cruicble get me. I'm wanted by them for... Well..." She hesitated for a moment, but Toroto decided to let the man know "For rescuing me from them. I'm Toroto. I'm a Chameleon. You can help, yes?" He asked, and Nanako appeared to be somewhat annoyed for her talking pet to have decided to make a move that she was unsure about.

After Sho told her that she can relax and reminded her that she asked him to come with her to do a job, Riye felt a bit embarressed. She did asked him, and then she noticed Jarvis told her that she simply needs to tell him that she wishes to take the job and it will be good "Alright then. I wish to take the Myth or Legend job." She told the bartender before looking at Sho again "You are right. Sorry, its just I don't know yet how competitve people can be here.

Upon hearing someone give a challenge that sounded like an invitation for a fight, Riye turned to look at the new arrival, Minerva "If you want to fight, keep me out of it. I dislike fighting, and I think that any fighting in here would only ruin the place." She said and looked around, before her eyes landed on the bartender again "Do you know when is the Master supposed to make his announcement?" She asked.

Kuni was getting dressed. She had nearly missed the time she needed to wake up at to be on time at the training field, but luckily for her, she didn't miss it. After getting properly ready, she went to the bathroom and looked at her reflection for a moment. She closed her eyes and thought about the day before. It was quite eventful for her, even after the sealing of Son Goku was done. This made her think about the talk she had with Son a while after the sealing.

A More Proper Talk

Kuni was sitting on her bed. She had told Eiji to leave her alone after quite some time with her because she believed she was fine now and he needed to go take care of Sachi. She was aware someone followed her to her apartment, but she didn't care about it. She raised her shirt a bit and looked at the seal on her belly. It seemed so odd, that something so powerful would be inside her, but at the same time, that it could be sealed into the little girl she was. She wondered how it was possible, and then wondered what Son thought about it. She then remembered that he said she could come back by simply wishing it, and she hoped it didn't mean that she would need to knock herself out each time. Moving to lay on the bed in a more comfortable manner, she closed her eyes and thought about Son Goku.

Opening her eyes, she would see the beast in front of her once more, in the exact same position as before, and in the exact same place "Hey Son." She said and sat down on the ground in front of him and gave him a wave of her hand "Sorry if it will appear a bit rude, or very quickly after out last talk, but I was just too filled with questions. I was wondering if you would answer some of them. Then we could go have a look around town, since you probably never had such a close look at a hidden village before. Right?" She asked, hoping she didn't offend him in any way.

The Yonbi let out a sigh when Kuni finished talking. "Closely, I have not. But I have seen villages before. They are just a high concentration of humans necessary to allow easier survival," he explained. It appeared that he had long given up trying to move around with all the bindings he was restrained by. "There isn't much to it that can really be hidden." He chuckled a bit now, finding his own pun amusing. "Though, I wouldn't mind that. Better than sitting here and doing absolutely nothing. Which is what I have to do when you aren't here, by the way."

"All you can do is sit around here and do nothing while I wonder about? No way of us to talk while I am out there? I mean, there has to be something we could do. Unless you meant that you can see at least what I see and such. In that case, then I will try to wonder around and see as many new things as I can, though you will also see me train or Eiji-sensei or Sachi from time to time. You will get to see how awesome they are. But aside from that, since right now I am here..." She said and gave him a smile "Do you mind if I ask you a few questions about what you know? Only if you want to answer though. If you don't, I'll just go about my business and roam around the village." She said and leaned backwards on her hands.

"Well, I can see and hear the things you do," Son confessed. "But I can do nothing myself." After her inquiry on whether he can answer some questions for her or not, Son Goku thought about it for a moment. "Considering I am doing nothing better than looking at your bedroom right now, I suppose it wouldn't hurt to answer a few questions." The large tailed beast chuckled a bit after that. "But before we start, I don't suppose you'd be willing to leave the village first so you can let me out. Allow us to talk face to face? I don't know what you've heard about my brethren, but I am not usually the violent type. I have hardly ever killed, and only by accident or self defense." He knew it was a pointless plight, but he figured one last try for his freedom could be made.

Raising an eyebrown on Son's attempt at making her free him, Kuni was about to say it was pointless, but decided to go at it a different way "Oh sure, I will free you, after you will tell me why did you kill people from my village." She said in a sarcastic tone "Eiji-sensei told me and you know it. You confessed to seeing and hearing what I do, so no point in denying it. Now, onto my first question." She said and looked at him for a bit "I know Bijuu's are supposed to be all powerful beasts and such, and each with a unique ability. What's yours?" She asked, now her tone being curious.

The giant beast seemed to grow angry with her sarcasm. "Your sensei didn't tell you the truth," he claimed, his voice clearly irritated. "He didn't tell you how your shinobi attacked me while I was minding my own business. How they kept attacking me. I was angry and didn't realize I had followed them to Amegakure, where even more shinobi began attacking me. I did nothing wrong. Is defending myself wrong?" He scoffed now, looking away from Kuni. Despite the fact there was nothing to look at anywhere except for Kuni. "Unique ability. I have control of lava. There. Happy?" His tone was still clearly irritated from before, and he was still looking away from Kuni.

Now Kuni felt bad. She made Son angry, only for not knowing the whole truth. She got up and jumped a bit, trying to catch his attention again "I'm sorry Son! I didn't mean to make you upset. But you must understand that I have a lot of faith in Eiji-sensei since I have known him for years now, and I just met you a few hours ago." She stopped jumping and now looked down "I'm really sorry. I shouldn't have been quick to judge, it was wrong of me. And Eiji-sensei said someone not from the village led you there. I'm not trying to put the blame on you again, but I'm saying there might've been someone else involved. I remember you said humans are greedy for power, but I don't think thats true about everyone. I don't think Amegakure would have a reason to lead you here if you didn't do anything to them. But I promise I won't be quick to point fingers again." She said and looked at her hands before closing them into fists.

The Yonbi looked back down at Kuni now. "You are young, so I cannot blame you for your shortcomings," he began. "But let me teach you something I learned in my years: it doesn't matter where a shinobi is from. They are all the same. They fight for the same goals, the same ideals. The only difference is their loyalty." He let out a sigh now. "I accept your apology. Perhaps it was my fault to grow angry with you. You know no better than what you have been told about me. That should be expected when it comes to humans. It has been a long time since I have truly conversed with anyone of your species."

"Oh? You previously had other Jinchuuriki's? Excuse me for the way I will say it, but that sounds kind of... sad. What happened to them?" Kuni asked and now sat down again, wondering how many jinchuurikis Son had before her "And did you manage to connect to any of them?" She added, wondering if that wasn't crossing the line.

The Yonbi began to chuckle. "I have actually never been sealed before. You are my first jinchuuriki." Son sized her up a bit again, before chuckling once more. "But in the past there had been several humans brave enough to seek me out. Some to take my power, where they ultimately failed. And some to talk, to gain some of my knowledge. Those were the humans that persist in my memory. Some were arrogant. Most were arrogant, actually. But they had something I didn't see in other humans at the time, and that was understanding." Son gave Kuni a little glare. "You seem to have a bit of understanding yourself."

Kuni stuck out her tongue at him saying she was understanding "Thats nothing really. To understand someone you just need to listen. And I mean really listen. Try and look for the letters between the words, and you could find what everyone truly mean. But doing so is hard. So I keep on trying." She said and gave him a grin "Alright, next question. After over four centuries of traveling, what is your most favorite place you have seen?" She asked, hoping it would be somewhere she knew of.

The giant beast contemplated on this for a moment, letting out a faint hum as he did so. "That would be a difficult one," he confessed. "There are many interesting places hidden across the world. Not to say that it is nature I like, but places generally devoid of human population were always more appealing. Perhaps... There are some mountains in the Land of Snow that form a basin. It has been a long time since I have been there, so I do not know if humans have given it a name. It is that place that I like the most. The snow is so interesting to me, for it is almost like the opposite of me. Where I am hot to the touch, it is cold. The sensation of walking through it was interesting and that basin was so deep in snow that only my head could stick above it." He began laughing now, remembering the time he was there and picturing himself from a different perspective. How strange that would appear.

With the grin staying on her face, Kuni was glad to see Son was feeling a bit happier now. She now leaned a bit forward "Sounds really cool. I should go there sometime. My most favorite place was a forest clearing in the Fire country. It had an amazing looking tree in the clearing and climbing it was so much fun. From the top of it you could see nearly the edge of the forest, and the feeling of being at the top of it was undescribable. I should take you there once. I think you'll like it." She said and moved back to sitting straight "Okay. Who was your dad? I heard you talk about him, but I couldn't quite understand who you were talking about." She said and then snapped her fingers "Something that is related to the other question. Out of your siblings, who is the one you like the most?" She asked and moved to lay on the ground on her belly while still facing Son.

The fact she was getting comfortable made Son realize she had plenty of questions. "You never heard of my father?" he asked first, sounding somewhat surprised. "You humans call him the Sage of Six Paths." He paused to let that sink in, or at any rate see if it clicked with Kuni. But he didn't wait long before moving on. "As for the others... we all have very different personalities. That is because for the most part we split apart when we were young, not too long after our father died. I would have to say... Matatabi is the easiest to get along with. Kurama would have to be the worst." He chuckled a bit. "I can still remember when we were all little. We all got along then."

Nodding, Kuni made sure she will remember those names. Matatabi and Kurama. Those were nice names "I know who the Sage was, I just didn't know he was your father. He was even more impressive then I thought. Did you get to spend plenty of time with him as a young beast?" She asked. Son grew quiet after that. "No, I didn't," he said, rather simply. "He died soon after giving us life. Living just long enough to help us understand the world. We were young, but we knew who he was. He didn't have to say it. But no, not much time at all." He let out a sigh as he remembered that day. He showed no other signs about it, and seemed like he was no longer willing to dwell on this subject. "Next question?"

"Hmm..." She begun to hum as she tried to figure out what was the next question she wanted to answer, and looked at him "I kind of wonder. Have you ever tried to think what you would do if you were ever captured by shinobi and placed inside a Jinchuuriki? Besides trying to trick them to letting you go free again." Kuni asked, slightly teasing him on his previous attempts at doing so. She found those to be so straight forward, he could've simply asked her to open the seal twice.

Son chuckled at her words. "If I wanted to break free, I could. It would be a matter of patience. My siblings have done it before, and none are as intelligent as me. So I imagine I could do so as well," he told her, closing his eyes as he continued to chuckle. "But I had never anticipated this fate would befall me. I figured I would be able to continue evading shinobi. After all, I had managed to do so for hundreds of years. It would seem that fate had other plans, so here we are. I had no idea what it was like actually being sealed. I don't know what I was expecting, but it wasn't this." He made a brief attempt at moving, to emphasize how restrained he was by the massive chains.

Moving to a standing position, Kuni rubbed the back of her head "I would like to help with those, but until I can be sure that you won't try to escape and I could trust you, I'm not gonna try and mess around with my seal. Not to mention I have no idea if I can even make it loosen up a bit or not." She said and then scretched her arms to the front of her "But you can be sure, once I feel both of us trust each other properly, I will learn how to improve your conditions. There are other jinchuuriki out there, and I will approach them to learn how to be a better host from you, if I see they are a good host for their bijuu. I wouldn't want to approach someone who is tormenting their bijuu and take advice from that kind of person." She said and let out a small laugh, looking at Son with an apologizing look.

"Now I have a question for you, Kuni," Son spoke up, interrupting her laughter. "This has been puzzling me for a little while now, but why do you have so much interest in me? Most humans only see me for my power, not my knowledge. What makes the difference with you? I may see the things you see, but I cannot see your memories so I do not understand." Despite his face not being human, he had an inquisitive look. He was genuinely curious as to why Kuni was so different.

Shrugging her shoulders, Kuni thought about it for a moment. When she had an answer, she approached Son a bit "Well, I can't be exactly sure what makes me different, but I like to think that if you have a personality and feelings, then why shouldn't I be interested in you? Plus, I would be a bad hostess if I didn't show some interest, seeing we are going to spend a lot of time together from now on. But in a more general note, I just like to get to know people I meet. Often I don't get to ask all the questions I want, and now I do have a chance to do so, seeing... Well.." She kicked the air and looked down "Sorry about you being here. I know you want to be out there, and mind your own things." She said, now speaking in a quiet voice.

Son didn't answer her right away, but he let out a sigh. "We are both victims of circumstance," he said first, closing his eyes for a moment. "But I am only here as long as you live. I do not have a lifespan like humans do. When you pass away, I will be destroyed, but I can regenerate. According to Matatabi, it is a painful process. Something I never figured I would have to go through either. But that is also destined now. Unless..." Now the tailed beast seemed to grow angry. "What is more likely to happen is that when you are close to your end, I will be sealed inside a new host." He scoffed at the thought of that. "If it comes down to that, I will be sure to put up a real fight unlike this time. I wasn't expecting a sealing, and that was my fault. I won't be fooled twice."

She now looked up at Son "I think that when my time comes, I'll be sure to let you out before. I would hate thinking you will be trapped forever. You can count on my word that no matter what, I will ensure that you will get your proper freedom." She said and gave him a wide smile before giving him a thumb up. She knew he couldn't do anything back, so she brought her hand back and gave him a small bow "Thanks for answering all my questions, Son. You can be sure I have plenty more, but I think I will let you rest a bit now and see some things from a new point of view. From my point of view." She said. The Yonbi chuckled at her words. "Perhaps I may enjoy it one day, who knows?" he joked, closing his eyes and shaking his head. Smiling at his remark, Kuni closed her eyes and thought about her bedroom.

Opening her eyes, she saw her bedroom celling and soon enough jumped off the bed and went out of the room as quickly as she could. Kuni had a lot to show to Son, and she did not want to wait another moment with it. Soon enough she was at the street and she begun walking to the market, knowing she needed to so some shopping for food.

Smiling at the thought of the conversation she had with him, Kuni couldn't help but wonder if the large beast thought it was interesting to talk to her just as she thought it was interesting to talk to him. Figuring that she could ask him that at a later time, she tied her hair in a ponytail and gave herself a nod in the mirror before heading out of the apartment, wanting to reach the training field as quickly as she could.
