I was working on it like all day. I just had a last minute idea to be a pirate cause I saw an awesome Turian skull and cross bones picture.

Organisation Name: Helix Trading Co. Aka H.T.C.



Organisation Leader: Markus Finch. Chairman of H.T.C.

Important Figures: Marshall Ashfield security chief of H.T.C.

Organisation Specialisation:
  Galactic Trade: Helix would try to tell you they have their hands in everything. And although that is far from true Helix does deal in products all over the Galaxy, from the bottle of Shampoo in your bathroom to the sights on a rifle. Although this seems like it would make a ludicrous amount of credits it actually hurts Helix more often then they would have you believe. When Helix invests in public stock to take control of and sell products of other corporations sometimes those corporations fail and all the money spent on them goes to waste resulting in large stages of income and depression.

  Trafficking: Beneath the gleaming surface of Helix lies a rich underbelly of criminal Trafficking. Humans and aliens alike, creatures of exotic origin especially being sold all over the Galaxy at illegal auctions and the like. Slaves are programmed beneath the Helix HQ using a series of re-education and brainwashing programs.

Organisation Type: Stock Holders and Corporate management.

Organisation Income Source: While the primary source of Helix income is derived from its Stock and Trade efforts it's trafficking buisness is used to pull it out of economic trouble should it arise.

Legality: everyone has seen the Helix Label on something and everyone knows that Helix doesn't do things strictly legally.  After several employees were convicted of selling illicit narcotics Helix has suffered a series of PR blows which is attempting to correct.

Organisation Base: Bekenstein "The humans Illium." Is where Helix operates from primarily.  Helix tower is positioned overlooking an industrial factory which Helix holds the primary shares in. "Industrial beauty. " as Chairman Finch has taken to calling it. The tower is equipped with state of the art surveillance equipment and has a direct line to the PDF(Planetary Defense force) Headquarters. There is a holding pen for trafficking beneath the tower which is only accessible via the Factory.

Organisation Assets: The H.T.C. Corsair is the most note worthy ship under the control of Helix, a Human Frigate class vessel used primarily for the defense Helix trade routes.
Helix controls 50 small shipping freighters and 15 Turian Security Fighter Craft and 10 Alliance Security Fighter Craft.

Helix owns the Majority shares for:
Ariel Shampoo Co. - bottled Shampoo
Sinro Hardware - Weapon sights and attachments
Loki Tech. - personal shields and stealth equipment
Helix Transportation. - transportation and shipping for Helix

Helix owns Minority shares for:
Nimrock Shipping. - small shipping firm.
Fracture Industry's. - Luxury class ship factory.

Markus Finch privately owns Penthouses on Bekenstein, The Citadel, and Omega. He also personally knows Aria although they are not on excellent terms after his last visit.

Organisation History: Helix Trading Co. was founded by Chairman Markus Finch and is currently run by him. The company aquired stock in a number of companies early on and eventually held the majority in several of the said companies. Using his newfound wealth Finch began living a life of high luxury and was grossly unprepared for the economic depression that destroyed it's original form. Seeing that his company was falling to ruins and with no savings Finch turned to more radical means of bringing in wealth. Initially Helix was involved in illegal drug movements but after several employees were convicted of selling the narcotics Helix stopped working with drugs and moved to trafficking. Helix now provides a huge number of slaves serving many tasks throughout the galaxy.

Position: Chairman/Leader

Appearance: Pretty much Gary Oldman in space

Background: Markus Finch was born and raised on Earth by his father Robert Finch. From an early age he was taught that he was an elite and would rise to be better then everyone else. Once his father was pronounced dead Finch spent his father's wealth on a series of highly risky corporate stocks of which a few payed off. Finch continued his life of corporate power until suddenly his money was gone. Helix had hit rock bottom and unless something was done it would be lost. So he turned to a few buisness associates within the Omega relay who happily provided him with a less then legal means of keeping his company running. When the drugs were eventually found out he had already prepared the men who would be accused. Nothing was ever traced to him and it appeared the men had been working independably despite their claims. At this point Finch realized he needed a new source of income. He found It in trafficking.  The market was huge and his conscious was warped enough now that he cared little for whom he hurt. With Helix headed in a wealthy direction Finch has turned his attention to collecting rare and valuable items. Currently he has his eyes on a prize that he would could not afford to buy with credits a prothean artifact. But legal procurement isn't the way Finch had in mind for the artifact anyway.

Position: Security Chief and unofficial second in command.

Appearance:

Background: After helping Markus Finch with getting started in the drug trade Marshall was hired as a full time member of Helix. Once his combat skill and obvious leadership capabilities had been seen Finch promoted him to chief of security.

Positive Traits: Excellent Physical Condition, Natural Leader, Loyal, skilled combatant

Negative Traits: Not very Subtle in his methods, arrogant, distrusting, criminal record.
