PM message count bugged

So just now my PM count was at 99, I refreshed every so often, staying on the main page and watching the number. Eventually I decided to check the actual PM page and saw that I had a new PM even though the counter was still at 99. I clicked through to the new message but noted that the counter was still at 99. I went back to the main page then back to the message, still at 99. I then replied to the PM and checked the number again, which is now at 101.

So it looks like the number only updates when you respond to a message but not when receiving one.

EDIT: Just actually tested it. I received a message and my count stayed at 101. Then the person who replied edited the post and it's still at 101.

Kool beans. I'm gonna take 4 levels of Swashbuckler then 2 of Dread Pirate. Or that's the plan for now at least.

Looks like I'll be rolling Swashbuckler then. Would've been a paladin but the lack of gods prevents it.

Also, will multiclassing be an option?

History (Optional) : Bishop is the oldest of 4 children, though they all went their separate ways early on. Bishop ended up in the Colony. During his trek for a safe haven he'd come across various items, odd little trinkets and other odds and ends. Whenever he would get into a confrontation with bandits or the like he could usually bring down the tension with words and offer them one of his little items in exchange for his freedom. When he reached the Colony he became known as a sort of merchant, always having things people needed, often digging through junk to find new things, or materials to create his own little toys for children.

Ok. So I have a question. I control Czechoslovakia, however, Czechoslovakia wasn't founded until 1918 and right now it's 1914 in the RP so where should I be on the map?
