the Chautls are a the original inhabitans of Inti,they were in a era which is comparable to our XXI century,they dont have eyes instead they have sensors in the head wich let them make a image of their surroundings so acurate that they could find a 0,5 inch insect .They are intelligent as a human and have similar emotions , except that they are more for capable of politics and combat than us , they have religion , states , organizations , etc . As i say very similar.

The Military is highly organizated in the old ways , the primary weapons are the Railguns which are being improved every year , the second weapons are the Missiles and Torpedos, shields are used but mayorly high quality allows are used as firts method of protection , there are 5 typers of spaceships, in the ground the tanks , Tactical Airships and Some CAS is used , Exo-Armors in high numbers.

History:The Andine People of Earth decided to search a new home long ago , they wanted to maintain their ideals and manners in a planet for themself ."We will remember our Home planet our homes but now this planet its no more our home" Speech-2180 A.D , Cusco.The depart was difficult since they will have to have transport with them millions of people but it was possible and they thanks to the combined money of the people .They leaved in the 2180 A.D and started their travel.The fijated sistem was Andes-XX3Y , after 10 years of travel they get in Andes-XX3Y , and decided to colonize a planet which they renamed Inti "New Home",but something was there they didnt know what was waiting for them.

There was a sentient specie ,a new sentient specie that was waiting for them , when they was near of the planet , the radio receptors started catching strange sounds , and then the captain of the fleet see the satellites , artificial sattellites , they were not even similar to ours satellites , at first the leaders and captains didnt know what to do , the could enter the planet and change completely a Civilization , they decided their only option ,enter the planet for what they come for get a new planet .For the Chautls its was amazing for the humans strange , relations between them started , the colonist started making cities in the planet in designated zones by the representatives of the Chautls , The Chautls and the Humans started to be co-neighboors in the planet . Before it was strange to see a Chautls near a human city and viceversa, now is more than common because of the fusion of both cultures , this was arranged by the Chautls and Human leaders . Humans shared everything they got and answered all the questions , why the come , what maked them leave , etc .The Cautls did the same , it was a pacific colonization .Then Chautls-Human Science Projects started and began the production of space centers and ships mostly bassed in human desings.

Your nation doesn't make total sense to me. I understand the whole 'Independant Colony' idea, but that requires a homeland to come from (Which you lack) and you mention your monarch allowing a republic to form. In what situation would a monarch ever give up their divine power for the people? Finally you describe your nation without any sort of flaw. You need to make major changes to your nation. I don't mind republics or countries in the new world however the actual nation itself has no real reason to be there.

-Frathzuk.- City of criminals , this is were you go if you need some extra money , the pacification of this city started in 1894,Total Control under the military and its taxes go directly to them . -Great Temple of Antai as a religius center.-None even remembers when this was build some say it was build by the gods , other say this was build by a king to get blessed and all nation with him.

-Until The North Region was attacked in 1700 , this war was because the pirates needed some base and they seed the Andique kingdom as a easy target and it was ,the region was lost in a war of 10 years and passed to the Pirates, in the War the Andique people lost 1/8 of its population. It was a tragedy for the Goverment and the people.Then Died The Sapa King , which didnt have any heirs, The country entered a crisis , the chieftans declared themselfs as the ruler of the nation , this timeline is called "Kachuot" (Time of Need) , this crisis last 30 years and then one Sapa King , called Ñakpac ruled over the rest ,he had some studies and had contact with foreigners.He was decided to change the way of Andique.
-Since then the Dinasty started to open Andique to other nations and the modernization started in 1735.One nation decided to help Andique kingdom to progress (Someone who wants to help me ,pm his nation) .The Industralization was at the same time as it started
-This open the mind of the populace at least a bit
-Andique ruler in 1805, decided to start mining operations at a mayor scale than ever before and started the Free Trade and the modernization the army ,but it was not until 1868 that this was consolidated.
-Ready and Consolidated ,declared war on the old pirates now a nation itself ,they were attacked with fury by the Andique Kingdom ,this war was won by the modern military of Andique.(1875 end of the war)
-The Actual King, Sapa Kathurl Coronated in 1892 , started to fund science projects , schools , universities and the most important Science point in Andique , The Andique Academy of Science.
-Some people says there is some rebell factions in Andique Kingdom willing to make a Republic in The Andique Kingdom
