The lieutant Cornelius Mose Hermann has is one of the most trusted officials of the general Von Barlath and he is now in the continent of Vellakia fighting for Kalpia as her right to spread civilization to new lands , he has reported us that the 3rd army has not encounter any fight yet but he declares that he is willing to fight until the end. Currently the Kalpian army is in Vellakia trying to secure the east region after the attacks of the native emperor and its troops to our soldiers in Vellakia just after they landed , the act of aggression to us had to be answered with a direct response from our nation . Von Barlath have sent letters to the High Command wanting to allow him to attack and end the war as fast as possible , a lot of Kalpians agree with him and ask for the goverment to issue the order but currently the goverment has been keep busy with the Verrians that are being incorporated into the Kalpian society .

Some weeks ago our ambassador Kevin Rafael Möller has made the decision to express to the public his support for the colonization of the continent of Vallekia , a continent rich in resources , while not entirely empty like other regions of the world it has several primitive nations that doesnt hold the power neccesary to protect it own land , this situation puts the Republic of Kalpia in a context where it is needed to help the primitives to reach the "light of civilization and freedom" , something that has not yet spread in said continent because of disease and hardships that are not too much trouble for a developed nation such as ours .

After this the goverment had to discuss the posibility to go into that continent and claim several lands under protectorates of Kalpia , our president and Kevin Rafael Möller shared the same vision about the colonization and they both believed that it was neccesary for Kalpia to achieve access to resources that the country needs , there has been a bit of pressure from the capitalist sector of Kalpia and other sectors of the population , because of this the goverment has issued full support to stablish protectorates along the Vallekian Continent

Several days ago the "Great Military Academy of Mistburn" opened their doors to several Kalpian recruits , officials , generals and lieutenants , that desire to improve their knowledge and experience in military tactics , strategies and doctrines , the "Great Military Academy" was part a project by Vilskamp that started to be in planification in 1900 but because of the war and the several mutinies it couldnt be finish , but now that Kalpia has started to experience an increase in economic growth and in military doctrines , modern equipment , good generals and the best soldiers in the world , it was seen that this was the perfect time to finish it , however Vilskamp retired from the military and the project was halted until the new Chief of the Army Reiner Engelhardt continued the project at max-speed , to win funds the military had to convince the goverment which is only gave them half of the neccesary for the project,because of unknow reasons , the other half came from the military themselfs that made several non-military works as a way to win money as cleaning the streets of Mistburn . This has been seen by the people as a wonderful way to win civil support for the military. The Great Military Academy allows Verrians and Kalpians to join the academy with no cost , all books and tuition is provided by academy itself . The High Command of the military expects that will increase the quality of the troops and generals in the army aswell as the support of the Verrians and the civilian population to the Kalpian Army.

The elections have ended and the Kartian party has won and as president Franz Bastian Sorg a prominent figure in the modern politics of Kalpia, the Kartian party is a pro-change political party that started to rise at the same time as the "Glorious Kalpia" movement , the Kartian party while not totally pro-Imperial Restoration or pro-Societatem has proposed several solutions to the problems and situations that Kalpia have experienced in the last four years under a pro-Societatem party , the solutions has been mixed between balance of power and expansion of Kalpia , they have made clear that Kalpia needs to embark in a journey of self-preservation and progress in order to survive the new century and as their first step they have decided to modernize the outdated Kalpian navy and keep the Kalpian army as one of the strongest in the world .

The presidential speech of Franz Bastian Sorg has been clearly very agreessive towards foreign nations and the enemies of Kalpia and even some of its allies : "The country of Kalpia has been blessed with democracy a form of goverment that is not seen everywhere in the world a way of goverment that must be preserved at all cost even with Iron and Blood , a thing that my predeccesor wanted to achieve but was not succesfull not because Kalpia isnt capable of success but because of the way he wanted to resolve things , joining the Societatem ideology is something that I dont critize but neither something that I would be proud of , our nation is strong and powerful we have no need to obey the decisions of Soroya or any other nation in the Societatem and that is because we are free , nations wanted to make us weak as they have removed our authority over the Sorenan Corridor , Zellonia has destroyed our colonial pride and several other nations doesnt hear anymore Kalpia , we are not allies of oppression but we neither are of ignorance , if the world doesnt want to hear us then we as a nation will make them hear." the crowd applauded for a long time until the presidential ceremony continued.

Three days after the ceremony Franz Bastian Sorg visited the Etellian capital Fornini in order to discuss the situation with Mille-Sessau , Franz Bastian Sorg made very clear that Etellia would get the help of Kalpia if something happened , for Franz Bastian Sorg this was the perfect time to show the strenght of Kalpia in a place where Kalpia would feel very comfortable with , in land.

New about the conference of Winterhold have arrived to Mistburn and the ambassador Kevin Rafael Möller has said that the conference has been a success for Kalpia atleast in the table , the winterhold conference has made clear that a demilitarizated zone in the border between Somaya and Zellonia will be made , a investigation will be done by the three nations that attended the conference Anvegad , Soroya and Kalpia and finally the conference has recognized the claims of the nation of Sumaya in the region of colonial Zellonia , this leads the three nations to solve their claims in a later time after most the demilitarizated zone is settled and the investigation is done. "We hope that the conference will bring peace to Sarelia and will avoid any further conflict in the region"-Kevin Rafael Möller , after this he had a brief conversation with a reporter , the reporter said that Kevin Rafael Möller wasnt sure that Zellonia would agree to the conference , as their agressive attitude is shown to the world.

To start the preparations of the treaty the nation of Kalpia has set up a investigation team of their own and a military force of 5,000 men as the nations of Soroya and Anvegad can be considered not able to do this as they face problems in their own colonies in Faresia , althought the help of those of nations could be very helpful to put the treaty of Winterhold in force.

The Fair of Weapons of Mistburn is going to start soon , as a traditional fair of our country to give the companies in our country a way to show up their new inventions and a way to entertrain our population , the fair is always awaited by the soldiers of the our army as they are given a free day to attend the fair but only in the Mistburn region, several competitions of skill and intelligence will be held in the fair , there will be rewards as special editions of several weapons as the Siril/99 or the Mariust/98 , beyond this this will be a chance for our soldiers to show to the public that they are capable of defending the citizens of Kalpia and as a last note the new chief of the army Reiner Engelhardt will be present.
