Backstory:Naomi's family were fugitives for thievery and constantly on the run since before she was born. Naomi learned never to settle in one place for a long time. However, at the age of ten, her parents abandoned her with the excuse that Naomi was slowing them down and needed too much of the rations that they stole daily. Since then Naomi has been living on the streets barley surviving by taking care of herself. She learned to be happy and alone by herself never trusting others. Instead of stealing food, she goes around asking to work knowing that not a lot of people are generous to do so which in turn will leave her to eat out of the trash. This goes on until the day she turns 16.
A day after her 16th birthday, a pimp asked Naomi to work for him. In turn he would supply her housing, clothes, food, and money depending on how well she did. Not knowing what a pimp was she willingly agreed. In turn she got the education she needed, through an online course, and all that was promised.
At the age of 18 Naomi started working at three different restaurants as a waitress trying to get away from the pimp and was living in a fixer upper apartment. He broke a deal with her saying that if she paid him back the money he spent on her he'd leave her alone. She was able to do so shortly after she turned 21.
Things started to go down hill a few months before turning 22. Walking home from work one day, she stops at the entrance of an alley way. She noticed something glimmering up against a wall. After walking down to figure out what it was, she finds a katana in its sheath. She picked it up and gazed at the sword as if it were calling to her. She hears a girl screaming and instinctivly runs towards the sound. She encounters a hollow, something she has never seen before. The hollow picked up the screaming little girl to eat her. Unsure of what to do, she unshethes the katana and lunges at it. She defeated the hollow saving the girl. Naomi had no idea how she had done such a thing but she did. After returning home she fell into an unconscious state and awoke in the zanpakuto inner world learning it's name and purpose. When Naomi awoke the next morning, she turned on the news channel to find out that two of the restaurants she worked at had been destroyed followed by a recruiter of the bureau asking for volunteers and for the volunteers to meet at a location. Naomi looked at her zanpakuto and nodded. She picked it up and set out to the location knowing that the bureau can help her learn everything she can about hollows and her abilities.
