Energy/Ki Sensing: he can scan energy signatures from others from a great distance depending on how powerful they are.
Flight: using his energy he can fly, if he funnels his energy through the boosters on his back he can fly even faster.
Energy Blasts/Beams: he can fire normal sized blasts or beams of energy from his hands.
Heightened Strength, Speed, Stamina, Endurance and Durability: being an Android, Maximus is far stronger than a regular human could ever hope to be, from being able to lift heavy steel cargo creates easily, run faster than most racing land vehicles and do so for a long time without stopping, to being tough enough to take on a barrage of gunfire without even flinching, and being able to take a hit and keep on going.
Regeneration: microscopic self reproducing nanobots that reside inside Maximus's body repair him if he's ever seriously injured, regardless of the type of injury, but each type of injury takes different amounts of time to repair, small cuts in his armor take seconds, large gashes take minutes, a whole limb would take anywhere from half an hour to hours, and if he was ever blown to smithereens it could take anywhere from a few days to weeks, the nanobots in a way act as Maximus's "blood" that glows light blue, they course though his mechanical body on standby in case they are needed, any "blood" lost would be replaced by the nanobots making more "blood"
Biography: Maximus was a little project a secret organisation put together, with the realisation that there are beings on earth with extraordinary strength and powers, they knew that if ever an incident arose with one of these beings that local law enforcement, let alone the military was going to stand little to no chance, so they began to funnel their funds into Maximus, a guardian of humanity, their solution to these powerful beings, it took many years of trail and error, but soon enough the pieces began coming together, and eventually Maximus was made, he went though many tests of physical strength, speed, and endurance that would have easily killed an athletic human being, other tests were done, but in the end their guardian had been made, and what made him different from the other machines they had tried to make in place of him was that not only could he learn and adapt, but he could become stronger over time, after testing was done and his creators with proud of their work, they set him loose upon the world, trusting him to do what they hade made him for.
Other: Being an Android has some benefits, besides not feeling pain, he doesn't give off an energy signature, he doesn't need to breath like some living beings, thus allowing him to fight under water or in the vacuum of space, another thing to note is that he is resistant to various environments like extreme heat and freezing cold.
