As Maximus was about to speak, if he had eye's they would have widened as he observed multiple energy blasts being sent towards him from the human male. As the blasts closed in he raised his arms in a "X" to defend himself as the volley of ki blasts slammed into the ground around him, causing the ground to become scorched. A couple of ki blasts slammed into Maximus as he defended himself, with each hit the force of the blast pushed him back, but he held his ground, his metal arms were steaming slightly as the volley finished, leaving a cloud of dust from the other blasts that missed. Maximus lowered his defense as he looked through the dust cloud that was created, his scanners locking onto the three offenders.
"so be it, you leave me no choice..."
Maximus droned as he prepared to engage in battle, as the dust cleared Maximus observed that the female was charging at him, he would do the same. Maximus broke into a sprint, kicking up the dirt behind him as he sped forward, as he was running towards the girl running at him, silver electricity began to jump around his right hand. His intention was when he got close enough to the girl he would attempted to jump over her with a flip and fire a charged up energy blast at her back to either stun her or knock her down, either way if it worked he would follow through by charging at her and unleash a barrage of punches and kicks into her while she was stunned, or fire a volley of energy blasts at her while she was knocked down.
