Ahhhhhh why you gotta Ship Shou AWAY from Rosanna!!!! Amaya can have DJ Dangermouse :P :P :P

I can see Kyle and Shizuka working, but I think Nick would have something to say about that.... xD

The real quesion is:

Who do you ship Nori with?

You know I've shipped Nori and Nick since we started the last Shine City. ;) But she did stand him up, so I honestly don't know what's going to happen there. I'll have to wait to see how she interacts with the other characters before I start shipping her with anyone else.

@BeastofDestiny I saw that spoiler and I approve. :D Although it does mess with my headcannons a little.
Hey, boss! @Dynamo Frokane
(I'll get to Aoi when I have time qq)

What are all your ships for our current cast? Go, go, go!

I ship Amaya and Shou real hard. I know he's got a thing for brunettes, but I have this head cannon that Amaya actually has brown hair and one day she can't get to the salon to touch up her roots and Shou sees her and he's all like, "daaaannnnnnggggggg!'.

And then Kyle and Shizuka!!! Imagine, she breaks her reading glasses and has to go in for an eye appointment and the sparks fly.

”YAOWZA I can’t believe I slept this long! It's already 11:14AM on Saturday I need to get my butt down to the Lancom Arcade to see if my Sup…”

Nori sprinted from her place in the living room to her bedroom, where her evil, traitorous alarm clock had once again magically changed the station to Nick Weston’s radio show. She quickly tuned it to the local acoustic station, only for the dial to move back to Nick’s station again on its own accord.

‘…its time for Weston's Suggestions I know how much my listeners LOVE movies so with great pleasure I'm let……’

“Not today alarm clock,” the florist growled, flipping the switch to the off position. Sighing with relief, Nori turned to exit her room, only to pause in the doorway a moment later. The hair on the back of her neck started to stand up and she broke out in goosebumps as an ominous feeling descended on the room. The girl turned slowly and swallowed hard, staring at the innocent looking alarm clock.

The switch moved to the on position and the volume dial turned itself up to the max setting, blaring out, “…THE CASINO AND SEE IF I CAN WIN BACK SOME OF WHAT I LOST ON THURSDAY, THAT DEVILISHLY HANDSOME YUTARO OTAMURA ISN'T GOING TO….”

“Oh sweet baby Jesus,” Nori whispered, staring at the radio clock with a mix of alarm and horror. “My alarm clock has been possessed by the devil.” Nori dove for the power cord and ripped it out of its place in the wall, before scooping up the satanically bewitched alarm clock and throwing open her bedroom window. “MOVE OUT OF THE WAY!” she yelled at a pedestrian who was walking on the sidewalk below her apartment. Nick Weston’s voice kept screeching at her from the radio and the tattooed girl was so freaked out that she barely waited a second after the person was clear of the window before she flung the radio onto the concrete below. It broke apart spectacularly and Nori let out a breath she hadn’t realized she was holding as the speakers finally gave out.

“Sorry,” she called down to the stranger, giving a quick wave as they stared up at her in stunned silence. “It was being haunted,” Nori explained with a shrug before closing the window. After standing Nick Weston up four months ago, Nori couldn’t bear to listen to his show because she was so incredibly, ridiculously embarrassed over the whole thing. However, no matter how hard she tried to avoid the station, it seemed to follow her everywhere she went, most likely due to the fact that it was the most popular station in all of Shine City.

The blonde changed out of her pajamas and chose to wear a pair of black jeans and a modest green sweater for the day, trying to counteract the skantastic outfit she would have to change into later that day for work at Club LUSH. Once dressed the girl grabbed her roommate wanted flyers and set out to wallpaper the rest of Shine City with them.

---
“Hot Damn,” Nori murmured as she opened the door to the Mochavine. The line to be seated was so long that there was barely any room to stand inside the establishment. Spotting the bulletin board by the front desk where local community members advertised services, pets for adoption, etc., the DJ made her way through the crowd as politely as possible and began to tape up her flyer.

Side Characters

Sorry that post ended up being really wordy and boring, I felt like I had to address the whole Kameyo situation. They should get less serious from now on, I swear. ^.^

@MyCatGinger I'm glad to be back! Sorry for abandoning last time right as our characters were about to meet. Maybe this time around we'll get to interact in game?

Alright, I'm going to move the Club LUSH side characters over to the character tab and then I think we'll be all squared away!
Nori huffed as she struggled for a moment to lock the front door of the Enchanted Florist and keep the papers under her arm from flying away in the wind, blowing out a relieved, "Finally," when the mechanism slid into place. Fishing around in her purse the part time florists pulled out a roll of scotch tape and proceeded to adhere a copy of her ‘Roomate Wanted’ flyer by the front door. Once the job was finished, the tattooed girl glanced up at the apartment above the shop, her eyes lingering on the window to her old roommate's room.

"Nori-chan, my publisher just called and Funimation wants to buy the rights to, 'From Afar'. They want to make it into an anime!" Kameyo exclaimed quietly as Nori walked into their shared apartment.

"No way!" Nori squealed, dropping her bag on the ground and pulling her friend into a bear hug. "That's so great, darlin'!"

Kameyo squeezed back tentatively before moving back and flashing one of her trademark nervous smiles. “Yeah, it is, but…,” the blue haired girl trailed off sheepishly, twirling the end of her pigtail nervously. “…my publisher wants me to move to Tokyo so I can be on hand for the production,” the artists finally finished, looking down at Nori with an expression of apprehension and worry.

“Oh,” Nori blinked, her brows rising in shock. “That sorta sucks,” the blonde admitted, before continuing, “…but I’m really happy for you Kameyo. You’d be crazy not to take this chance.”

The blonde shook her head and forced herself to look away from the window and started walking towards The Tiny Snowflake. It had only been a month since Kameyo had moved out, but Nori had to find someone to fill her spot fast. Business at the shop had been slower now that warm weather was gone and there weren’t as many flowers available, so the owner had to cut back on Nori’s hours. The fact of the matter was that the DJ couldn’t afford to rent the space much longer by herself.

After about a twenty minute walk, the short girl found herself standing outside the door of The Tiny Snowflake. She ran a hand over her grey sweater to smooth out the wrinkles, before pulling the door open, a bell chiming softly as she did so. The restaurant was almost completely empty, with only a pretty kimono clad waitress taking the order of a lone customer. Nori tucked her hair behind her ears and leaned against the front counter, waiting patiently for the other woman to finish up so she could ask to put her, ‘Roommate Wanted’ posters up outside the building.

@Dynamo Frokane She got nervous and was too embarrassed to call and apologize, gotcha! Its super late here, so I'll work something up when I get up tomorrow.

Night folks!

@Dynamo Frokane You talked me into it, boss, I'll give it a shot! And if for some reason I go inactive for more than a week without notice, feel free to take over my characters and use them as you see fit.

Or set them on fire, whichever works. :D

Alright, so we're four months into the future and it seems Nori lost her roommate. Plus, she was supposed to meet Nick at the arcade but then I fell of the face of the earth, so I guess she stood him up? Should I just wait for the next time skip to post something or should I jump in now?

Also, hello everyone! I look forward to writing with you all and if anyone is looking for a roommate, you should totally hit me up.
@Dynamo Frokane @MyCatGinger

Howdy, I see we've got ourselves a good old fashioned reboot! It looks like a ton of fun and the first one was one of my all time favorite games, but I'm not sure if I should join up. I'm a little worried about my rl stuff and whether or not I'd be able to keep up. Plus, I'd feel awful if I had to drop this game suddenly again without a way to let anyone know. I'm torn. :/
