Yeah, no. I'll give you props for being so hung up on Superman, an afterthought example in my proposal. Flash is essentially limitless, and it wouldn't take much for an RPer to bring out massive asspulls to godmode, villain or hero. Hell, even Firestorm is freaking OP. What you see in the games and comics happen only because of the game limitations or plot armor. With RP there would be no limits. For this to work, you'd have to have fair players to work with the OP characters, and a fair and just GM to bring balance.
But yeah, I don't know shit about RPing since I'm a novice. I do believe this won't work out at, least for me so I'm out. Good luck with the stuff.

I'm not as well read so I'm gonna go play a clueless guy. I have watched Flash/Legs/Arrow though, and some of Superbenoist.
So here's my character application, just to get it out there. I'm playing a regular non-powered vigilante armed with self-made weaponry. The time jump causes his stuff to malfunction, and now he has new powers! Yay! His goal would be to get back to his time safely so he can exploit his new powers. I have no idea what the powers are yet, will figure it out once we get this thing going.

I like! Only played Injustice 1 and read from Year one up to Injustice 1. But we all know Flash (or Supes?) is bound to be OP, so... I propose either banning them or tweaking them so they're not as OP. I'm not proposing to be the GM for this, but I am expressing interest.

Here's the premise:
You all will make a character. The character should be modern day, no powers or magic or anything. Just a profession, or trade, or really, anything you'd be able to see in our life right now. Hell, you can play a rich person if you want.
The catch is, you won't know the scenario until we start. I could toss us into a sudden fantasy plot, or everyone gains superhero powers, or it turns into horror. We won't know. Just know that your characters will start near each other, so be ready for that when you post.
Basic requirements for your character proposal:

Age:
Sex:
Skills/Profession/Trade (Back these up in your bio):
Short bio (not too revealing):
The only rule is to make your character believable and hopefully not OP. Else your character will be my favorite...
Interested people apply! I'm looking forward to this being my daily relaxation after a long hard day at my new job, so hopefully this plays fast enough to be daily. I'm aiming for 4 people who can post at least daily.
