Name: Lily Sage Mason
Age: 18
Gender: Female
Appearance: Lily is your typical teenage girl standing 5’4” and weighing 130lbs. Her love of exercise keeps her in shape but her love of sweets keeps her curves in place. Her naturally straight, dark brown hair reaches the middle of her back and it’s always down unless she’s exercising. She takes good care of her hair; it’s soft and silky and shines in a radiant way. Her blue eyes contrast nicely with her dark hair and tan skin, making her extremely pleasing to look at. You’ll often find Lily with dark eyeliner and a smoky eye shadow to make her blue eyes pop.
Clothing: Lily opts for the casual look. Often wearing jeans with tears and t-shirts or v-neck tees. If she isn’t wearing her jeans it’s pretty certain she’ll be wearing athletic shorts or sweats with a tank top or sweatshirt, depending on the weather. The one thing she never takes off is the braided, leather bracelet Claire used to wear.
Personality: Lily is a sweet, lovable person, but she has a sassy attitude that keeps everyone on their toes. She is intelligent but does not throw it in people’s faces. She makes friends easily because she is outgoing and can talk to just about anyone. She is self-confident and doesn’t care what anyone else thinks. She has pride and dignity, and although she has the body for it she chooses not to dress like a whore. She’s fun, likes to laugh and has a charm that seems to draw people to her. However, she doesn’t let anyone get too close.
History: Lily comes from a normal family- mom, dad, older sister, and dog. Lily’s parents were good parents. They brought in enough money for them to live comfortably and they were always there for all of her important things. But they were very wrapped up in each other. How they managed to stay in the honeymoon phase for 22 years of marriage, Lily never understood. But it was OK. They loved each other. Good for them. Lily wasn’t bitter, because she had Claire. She and Claire were born a year apart. Their birthdays were even in the same month. They did everything together from the time they could walk. They were best friends. Claire taught Lily everything she needed to know in life. They continued to do everything together until Lily’s sophomore year of high school when she was almost 16. Claire, who was almost 17, was driving them home from a basketball game. It was dark and it was Friday night but they weren’t expecting some drunk driver to be out at only 9 o’clock. But he was and when he ran a stop sign he slammed into the driver’s side of the car, instantly killing Claire. Lily only had minor injuries, concussion, broken rib, cuts and bruises. She never knew what happened to the driver and she didn’t care. While she still played the part of normal high schooler she never stopped hurting on the inside and her ability to become close with anyone died along with Claire that day. The day after Lily’s high school graduation and night before her 18th birthday her parents are leaving for some big trip. They’ll be gone all summer. Lily will be alone for the first time since the accident, with only King for company. King is the German Shepard her parents got her for her 16th birthday. At least that’s what they said. But she knew they were trying to help her get over Claire. It didn’t work but she loves him anyway. And while she prefers his company to most peoples’, she isn’t sure how she’ll handle being completely alone.
