An honors student who is apparently liked enough by the town I live in to be requested to do a speech in front of Belgian WWII veterans who liberated my town and be in the company of Her Royal Highness Princess Claire of Belgium (not Her Majesty Queen Mathilde as I was initially told), the French and the Belgium Ministers of Defense and a few other important persons. Putin will be in Normandy a day later at Omaha beach, along with Merkel, Hollande, Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and I think Obama. Won't be doing anything with them though, as Normandy will be completely locked down on Friday and I'm not important. Still a great honor though.

This is perhaps the best information we'll have in order to find this guy's real name :p

It's supposed to run on belief rather than ability, really, so it doesn't make a ton of sense to say that a force like adrenaline would have the same effect on one's roleplayer powers as it would have on, say, their physical strength. I guess you'd have to twist it to say that they unconsciously believed they had the ability to do something. Which, actually, I can see working in this sort of scenario, now that I think about it. With that sort of untapped ability, who knows what the brain could come up with during a fight-or-flight response.In fact, rational thinking is kind of cut down significantly in those types of situations - rational thinking being the thing that makes those kinds of powers hard to pull off. Shut off that part of your brain and who knows what you could do. So yeah, now that I've thought it over, makes perfect sense to me.

then logically, should the roleplayers, at least those not careful enough, have one weakness which is the Centipede's Dilemma?

As guilty as he might feel, Nautilus stealthily walked away from the party to get some private time. Both in real life and as a Roleplayer Guild member, he hardly informs anyone when he disappears nor explains to them afterwards; he thought that was the best way to appear and disappear whenever he wants. After he got what he wanted, he tried to trace the group back. It was supposed to be a tough thing to do in an area he had no knowledge over, but thankfully Ebil's squawks revealed the party's general location. It took a couple of minutes before Nautilus found the party, who seemed to have two unknowns near them. By the time he arrived, he had missed some parts of the talking that had happened. "Sorry, guys, but I do have a habit of disappearing and reappearing without telling anybody. Expect more of this during the rest of our life here," he said. "And by the way, who are you?" he asked at the two unknowns.

You Know You Have an RP Problem When...

You know you have an RP problem when you do hours of research to write your character's backstory, just because you as the writer have no knowledge of the subject your character is supposed to be familiar with / good at. It is a worse problem when as time goes by, you start loving the subject because of your character.
