Name: Ruslan Usmanov
age: 19 (was that right the last time around?)
Gender: Male
Powers/abilities: telekinesis, invisibility
Limitations: Ruslan's telekinesis often fail to work at narrow spaces such as keyholes, although it works on small objects given enough space. His invisibility only works on the visible spectrum, meaning that thermal or infrared scanners will reveal his presence very easily.

http://i59.tinypic.com/11rf7uc.jpgBio: Ruslan is not American, and until today he still holds his Russian passport. He was the subject of Moscow's experiment when their intelligence knew about the existence of the American project. However, economic crisis soon came and the project's funding was stopped, ending the project as soon as it started with very few subjects ever born including Ruslan. When the project stopped, his family moved to the USA in search of a better life.
In the USA, Ruslan found his talent in racing, and started to make a career out of it. After winning a number of lesser-known and lesser-televised series, Ruslan raced in the Indy Lights. As a rookie, he finished second in the season, performing very well in road courses and street circuits but less so on the banked oval tracks. A team competing in the IndyCar series was already approaching him on the final weeks of the season for a driver's seat at the IndyCar series, but on the last day of the season a power senser watched his race and found out the previously well-kept secret. From that day on, he was on the run, and the lucrative contract deal falls through because he failed to show up.
Ruslan is not someone who trusts government officials easily, as well as anyone who speaks lawyer's language to him. He doesn't make deals with them easily due to the perceived likeliness of a defection. Ruslan is a bit enigmatic, weird, and sometimes a bit contradictory. For instance, he gets American news from Russian sources and Russian news from American sources.
Other: Ruslan fears of any Russian-looking stranger who speaks Russian to him on the first sight. Speaking about Russian language, his knowledge of Russian language is very little due to spending almost his entire life in the United States.
