Wrong. No one starts with equipment; because the only way to become levels 2-5 is from transferring from another mmo.
Items/money to not transfer, and we are assuming none of our characters have experience with this game.
But yes, the better performing guns are more expensive/rare and all that.

Only two problems, bravado.
One,
Will determine skills and lower recoil, increase accuracy, etc. May have multiple guns listed here. 60 points every level. You can wield weapons that you
don't have skill points invested in.
Is what I meant by weapon stats.
