Due to her excessive amount of time playing squash, she is also quite toned with defined arms and back. She has full, pink lips and a sculpted jaw. She is barely seen smiling, but when she does, her smile sports beautifully lined, white set of teeth. Her hair is almost always pulled in a sleek, low bun, or a high, voluminous ponytail.
She is usually seen in a modern set of clothes, such as basic skinny jeans and a silk blouse-- Sometimes even cotton shirts. Usually all in a uni color, mainly black, gray, and white. Her daily set of accessories consists of a dog tag and a promise ring. It's rumored that the dog tag holds her apparent lover's name. The truth is that both her dog tag and promise ring have her sister's name sculpted in.
Amelia. In formal events, Caterina usually wears big, old fashioned ballgowns leaning towards darker colors and reds with her long hair let loose in its natural defined waves, sometimes the sides are held back to show off her face a little more.
Her makeup is basically none on everyday basis, consisting of smudged kohl around the outer corners of her eyes; however, in formal events, she goes for soft colors around her eyes that bring out its color and nude lips with highly contoured cheekbones, giving her a more sophisticated look than her usual soft features.

Caterina had been known to be overly confident ever since she was a young child. People can mistake it for arrogance or flaunting, but the truth was Caterina grew listening to the lesson her sister, Amelia, took, and they were both told the recipe to a Queen's success was confidence, in everything. Other than that, she would usually disregard everything said to her after processing it carefully and making sure it is of no assistance to her. That's why she is known for being stubborn. Although she is stubborn, can come across as arrogant, she is actually very poised and behaved, sporting a tight, polite smile. On many occasions in her nation, she had shown her kind heart and good intentions with the nations. Maybe a little too kind for some of the nobles.

The truth is Caterina wasn't raised to be the nation's upcoming queen. She was taught that her place was in her older sister's shadow. She should be her complimentary and her follower. Old Caterina never had a problem with that, she adored the sand her sister walked on. She stuck to every word she was taught, yet something inside her still wished to be in Amelia's shoes. Cared for, seen as important, and let on the nation's secrets ever since she was a child. Caterina, however, stayed humble and stuck to her place in the royal cycle.
It was all fun and fine for Caterina, until she woke up to the news of Amelia's murder when she was only twelve. Amelia had been the representation of a perfect queen-- Strict yet kindhearted.

Why was she murdered?
Something Caterina had grown to obsess over since that day. Amelia was only five years older, making her seventeen years old when she was murdered. Her murder didn't die out smoothly-- The nation went into a riot and rebellion. The nation had believed it was sketched out by the royals to make Caterina the upcoming queen-- One seen as a follower, as a shadow of her older sister.
The king and queen took no extra time to grief their daughter's death, instead, they immediately put Caterina to be the next heir. That also had always bothered Caterina-- Had they been the ones who ordered their own daughter's death to let Caterina rule next-- Someone easy to control?
Caterina, as a child, was also given no time to grief as suddenly she became the court's number one interest and purpose. She was taught everything from scratch, and to say it was tough on her is an underestimate. It killed her inside to not have her suspicions denied; Instead, she was told that the future queen should never have doubts. Should never let some ignorant, ill-informed public effect her.
Yet something inside her still tugged on her heart.
She had taken the place of her sister in everything-- That included having her marriage sketched out for her, someone more important than the Lord's son arranged to her.
