Current Time is an interested concept, how it moves and yet stays still all the same. Flowing and stagnant. Anyways, just stopped by to refresh myself on an old character.

Ha, past me thought eight months too long to go without a status update. Now it has been ten! Anyways, I've D&D things to work on, so I'll get back to that.

Mercy it's been eight months since my last status, perhaps it is time to find a RP and get a spot more active for awhile.

Just finished Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid. It's always such a bittersweet feeling to finish a show, more so a good one.

Jedi Master Greggory Wick

No less than a second passed between Master Wick's request for a bread roll and one meeting his hand, but it wasn't his padawan who gave it to him. Greggory looked away from the soldier to see the armored women, Savaymin, take off her helmet and address him.
"It is nothing, I expect that the situation would play out much the same if myself and my colleagues wound up in your space."
Now that Greggory had a good look at her he was doubtful she was fully human, the fangs and eyes would suggest otherwise but the Jedi put no thought in it, he had met stranger beings in the past.

Well, with the paradoxical problem dealt with I suppose I should post, alas I'm on my DS, so long posts are a no go.

Also Monday is a holiday apparently so I won't be in front of a proper computing device till Tuesday. So I'll post Tuesday, the day after if I'm a lazy git.
Hmm, erm...

Laach, unless I'm mistaken I believe there are some problems with your post, chief of which being that Master Wick isn't sitting, he's standing with Cyber Mama's character by the door of the mess hall.

The soldier had tightened his group when Greggory approached, which could be expected. After Dean answered the Jedi's question and then posed one of his own Greggory went to lean opposite the soldier, his back against the wall facing inside the room. "Very well. A Jedi Master is a senior member of the Jedi Order, a peace keeping force that has served the republic for thousands of years. Regarding the weapons of a master, it is much the same as a weapon for someone in any position within the order, the lightsaber. The chosen weapon of the jedi, and a weapon that few others can use competently."

Looking over the room from his own perch, Greggory took a long look at the table of food, his gaze passing over cakes, meats, and other varied dishes. Master Wick would, with the small break between his response to Dean's question and the soldier's reaction, call over to his padawan, "Wrenu, would you get me one of those bread rolls?"
Hmm... I Need A Day Or Two To Think, And Get A Good Long Sit Down In Front Of A Computer, So... Monday, Maybe Tuesday.

On That Note, It Is My Birthday :P

So... That's The Gist Of It, Alright, Time To Go Eat Cheesecake I Guess.

:D

Jedi Master Greggory Wick

Master Wick followed along, allowing Bumdoa to speak with the lead soldier, who identified as human. It would seem that all of the crew on this vessel were human, Greggory mused to himself.
The group stepped into the mess-hall, and Greggory was hard pressed to contain his grin. Before he could do anything however the Master's Padawan jolted ahead towards some form of cake, but hesitated. "I am sure it is alright Wrenu, they wouldn't have set food out if they expected you to not eat it." Greggory said with a hint of laughter in his words. He then leaned towards Olu and whispered, "Keep talking with Savaymin, maybe learn something useful before the formal talks begin." Wick would then take a step to the side, before turning to stand next to the far more grizzled looking soldier whom had been following them.

"Not sure we've been properly introduced. I'm Greggory Wick, Jedi Master. Yourself?"

(@Cyber Mama)

I'd say that Master Wick would have discipline enough to be noticed, and he wouldn't have hidden his weapon, it's not as if the people who don't know what a Jedi is would know anything of a lightsaber.

On that note, the Jedi and UNSC should wait for TheShadowKing, methinks we have forgotten him for a parsec and it would be rude to go much further without him.

Master Greggory took in what Savaymin said before Olu stumbled over. The spartan sounded female, and judging from the complete lack of non-humans was probably one herself, though an advanced droid wasn't out of the question. "I shall assure you now, I am not capable of causing anything so curious, and I doubt that if anyone on the Council could they would have reason to, but regardless. As charming as this hanger is I'm sure there is better locations to speak."

As Wick said that he heard a sharp hiss, and without turning to look at the opening ramp on the cruiser said, "It would seem my padawan won't be too long."

I realize just now it may become a pain if/when Master Wick and Agent Cinder meet, them having the same colored voice. Oh well, I'm sure it'll work out, maybe we can make an awkward joke when they first talk to each other or something. *shrug*

Greggory listened to the silence, until the admiral responded, "We will meet on my vessel. You have permission to dock your squadron on my bay. Come cleanly, unarmed and peacefully."

closing the communication the Jedi noticed that the Republic Cruiser was already moving, Greggory smiled at his padawan's quick action. Greggory allowed R5 to guide his ship in, though not before separating the starfighter from the hyperspace ring. Gliding into the hanger bay Master Wick gazed down at the assembled host from his cockpit while R5 dealt with the landing.
Running around the hanger were uniformed personal, clearly preparing for the docking of the ships, however what drew Greggory's attention was not the hanger crew but instead the calm in this storm.

His fighter's landing pads gracefully extended and fell upon the grey metal of the hanger floor, and the cockpit opened, revealing the robed jedi as he stepped out, who placed the radio headpiece back within the ship while R5 turned his head and beeped. "Don't worry my friend, your body is still in the temple, you can stay safe with the ship." Then Greggory turned to face the soldiers that caught his eye a moment before.

Four armored, and armed men, though Greggory couldn't be certain what their species was. Mostly due to the armor, which covered the entire frame of the soldiers, and most likely contributed to the immense height. Greggory considered if the armor could repel a lightsaber blade, it was at least more intimidating than Mandolorian armor.
Along with them was also a man in, while less so than his comrades, still rather good looking armor, though it did look beaten up.

Bowing slightly in an act of respect the Jedi Master said, "I am Jedi Master Greggory Wick, consider me you're envoy of the Galatic Republic. If you give my Padawan a moment he should be out of the cruiser any second." Greggory hoped that Olu would land soon, likely Bumdoa's droid causing some amount of grief.
