Bio

Soooo, basically I've been role playing for... fifteen years? I've been writing longer than that though... more along the lines of thirteen years. I'm 30, have a kiddo, and am happily married. So, I'm probably older than the majority of you on here but I love to write... I'm odd. I love to set and create ideas in my head but I don't really like to GM... I'm more of a throw everyone together and see what happens sort. Also, because I do have a kiddo my schedule is a little unpredictable. I can't promise much though I try to post at least once a day.

I enjoy high fantasy, mystery, drama, and romance BUT I don't do smutty play. I prefer to fade to black when things get steamy... Partly because I'm happily married and partly because I don't want the main focus in my plays to be smutt. I have several characters I adore and can't quite lead myself to give up on... I love expanding and evolving their stories so feel free to ask me about them and some of my roleplay ideas.... I have many.

Sebastian backed down but only JUST in time, yet as the man lifted Serena's hair off her neck he snarled... half lunging at the man. Anna caught him around the middle and hauled him back just as he started laughing and Anna knew THAT wasn't a good sign. The man wisely dragged Serena away, if he stayed Seb would probably have him gouging his own eyes out in short order. It had been a long time since Seb had given in to his more destructive habits, but seeing him lick his lips.... that slick smile on his face... the barely restrained fury hidden under the defiant laughter in his eyes... She knew he was going to do something horrible if she didn't get him out of there. "Gun," she shouted and shoved Seb at Gunner. Sebastian yanked his vest straight as he straightened from his stumble and bared fangs he wasn't trying to hide right now, "You can't watch me forever Anna..."

Anna grimaced, "Seb... think clearly. If you hurt him you'll get yourself into some serious trouble. Whether he's her father or not a Shadow-kissed bond is something too precious for the Queen to allow him to break."

Sebastian snarled, "I don't CARE whether he can or not... He just humiliated her, and if what I think is true...I want him more than hurt... I want him broken."

He yanked away from the two of them, watching Serena be dragged away every part of him wanting to go for her, he looked at Anna knowing he couldn't. "Go after her... keep her safe... or I WILL go for him. I don't care what it does to me."

Anna took a breath, "Seb... she's bonded to you now. If you lose it, you could drag her with you. Do you want that?"

He shoved his hands into his pockets, "Go with her... Now."

Seb didn't ever give Anna orders, he knew it pissed her off... She looked at him as if he'd slapped her and then turned on her heel to catch up to Serena and her father. When she did she turned on the charm, "I'm very sorry sir, he will be taken care of shortly... For now allow me to escort you to your room?" She'd slammed every ounce of Guardian professionality into that sentence, her stance, her entire manner... "Please sir, I'll guard your quarters and make sure he doesn't come near your daughter... for your safety and hers. I will, of course, stand Guard outside the room to give you and your daughter privacy."

Go for it... she begged him silently... go for it or I'll have to sneak there anyway and that could get messy...

Meanwhile, Seb turned to Gunner. "If he hurts her... I'll never forgive either of you from keeping me from killing him."

With that he stalked off, sure Gunner would follow and not really caring... He had someone he needed to find. As he walked through the halls he spotted just the man he was looking for and caught him by his shirt, slamming him against the locker... Probably not as intimidating when it wasn't a Guardian doing it but Jace got the picture.

"What the hell?!"

Sebastian gritted his teeth, "I'm probably imagining things, I can't really trust my gift these days but if you ACTUALLY regret what you did then I need you to help me."

Jace hesitated, staring at the hand still tangled in his shirt... Seb let go and Jace brushed out the wrinkles before looking at Gunner cautiously, "If I say no is your goon going to rough me up?"

Seb smiled darkly, "No... I'll do it myself."

Jace sighed, "What and make yourself nuts in the process? What do you want?"

Seb stepped back, giving him space and trying to calm his anger... and panic. "I just outted myself as a not so friendly guy to my Guardian's dad, he doesn't really approve of our Shadow-kissed bond."

Jace frowned, "So you want me use compulsion on him... change his mind?"

Sebastian would LOVE to tell Jace to do more than that but he knew the toll it would take, "I want you to make him leave, leave his daughter here, for fear of his life... I don't want him to come back. If you have to, destroy his damn mind... I don't care. Just get rid of him and make him leave Serena."

The other boy arched a brow, "I'll help you... Never pegged you for the sadistic type though..."

Sebastian sneered, "Then you pegged me wrong."
Aevah will probably go wherever the best offer is... Right now, it's with the Prince as he offered to possibly clear her name so she doesn't have to live on the run... Granted, that would require helping him through lots of problems soooo... We shall see which way the wind blows. ^^
Sebastian walked out the doors with Serena and had just taken a deep breath of cool air when Serena's aura, which was brushing his with how closely they were walking, informed him that she was in shock. His eyes narrowed and focused on what was going on around him just as the man calling to her came over, his aura spoke volumes as well. Seb's mood promptly darkened and his stance became wary, his attitude shifted to that of haughty nobility as he looked at the man. He didn't say anything yet though, it wasn't his place... He didn't want to risk making Serena angry by stepping in too soon. Still, when he spoke in Italian it made Sebastian suspicious as to what he was saying... Serena didn't exactly look over joyed.

When the man insisted she leave with him Sebastian's eyes practically flashed, "You're planning to take my Shadow-kissed Guardian from me? I think not.... not unless she tells me she wishes otherwise and that conversation will happen in private."

His tone broached no room for argument, maybe Serena would get mad but this man was making him uncomfortable and he wasn't sure whether it was HIS emotions or hers. Either way, he needed to talk to Serena alone before anything was decided.

When the man suggested that Serena go to her room rage almost blinded him, he wasn't sure why... he couldn't assume such things about Serena's father... could he? Still, every instinct he possessed warned him that he needed to protect her. He smiled charmingly at her father, just a touch of compulsion behind his eyes as he spoke. "Wouldn't it be appropriate for us to get acquainted now that your daughter and I share the Shadow-kissed bond?"

Anna nodded, "We should catch up... make sure he and Serena are alright."

Anna headed outside and once she stepped out and saw the rigid set of Seb's back and the odd goings on she frowned, "What's going on here..." She moved to Sebastian but directed the question at Serena, "Is everything okay?"
@Stephan ^_^ Actually, the fact that you paid attention to my character abilities and was willing to offer up the information she could possibly read is pretty awesome. Usually, I have to make up something vague when my characters have a similar ability so as not to step on toes and let them take it as they will.
Yay!
Bump
We have people bailing left and right. T_T

EDIT: Ha... I misread. NEVERMIND! ^^
Lol, hopefully we'll manage to get out of the dungeons soon.... before we lose characters to poison or bleeding to death. This is becoming unfortunate for our little team... XD Also, by now I think we've probably made quite a dent in the ranks of the guards... x.x As Kyrtaar said, body count = holy cow! XD
XD I figured maybe it was the hall from where they'd come from the main part of the dungeon since the World Breaker came through the one that the Prince retreated out of.... and yay! Conveniently placed Med cabinet for the win! It would make sense that they might have one scantly stocked one in the Barracks with at least the basics in it in case of emergencies. One doesn't want to have to hobble bleeding all the way to the infirmary if you just cut off a finger or got shanked by an impertinent prisoner. Lol

It always started the same way, irritability and mood swings... a fever. Then came the chills up and down my spine, the shaking in my legs, and the sensation of bees under my skin. No matter how much I ate I stayed hungry and the urge to be doing something, anything, so long as I was moving became unbarable. All of it only built and built until it reached the peak during the full moon and even my thoughts got hazy. Usually, I could Change at will or choose not to. Usually, I had control over my other side. The full moon was the one time where I didn't have a choice... and the one time I didn't have control... That scared me.

Ironically, though I've always been what I am and I'd always suffered from the fevers, hunger, and irritability around the full moon... I'd never actually gone through a Change until recently. See, females of my kind are a bit of a rarity. As a rule, human women don't survive being bitten and Changed... The strain is too much on the mind and body, even men die on occassion. Before me, only ONE female had ever survived the Change. Her case was an odd one, she'd been a survivor... An orphan jumping from one abusive home to the next, who had learned to overcome being a victim. She'd been in peak physical condition, mentally and emotionally strong, and the one who had bitten her had also been a bit... strange for our kind. He was an orphaned male werewolf who had spent most of his life living in the marshes of the bayou, and had gone through his first change as a pre-pubecent child... also unheard of in our world. So, it was chalked up to odd circumstance... a combonation that would probably never happen again.

Later though, through the help of the lore the Ijiraat had collected (a type of shifter) the pack discovered some answers to their mystery... According to the Ijiraat, it was likely that the male's parents had BOTH been werewolves, it was also likely that the woman's father had been a mutt who'd been living among humans and trying to blend in. Eventually, they had twins... a boy and a girl. Both of their children were werewolves and the both had gone through their first Changes young. I'm like the woman... I'd had a mutt father, a passing salesman if you will, I didn't know his name and neither did my mother since it had been a one night stand... One of many. I'd gone through most of my life not knowing what I was or why I seemed to always get sick around the full moon... Not until I'd been bitten. Like the woman, I'd survived... barely.

A group of mutts, nonpack werewolves, had taken me in. Normally, mutts don't run together. They're loners and usually troublemakers who don't like following Pack rules, but this group was different. The only reason they are mutts is because they don't feel like settling down and joining Pack life... Recently, however, there have been deaths following us wherever we go, half eaten bodies. Someone is trying to frame us for man-killing... someone with a vendetta. Now, the Pack is hunting us down as any possible risk to the secret of our kind's existance is a crime punishable by death... If my little group doesn't soon find out who is causing the deaths we may face full on war with the Pack, an outcome no one wants.

The Change was on me now, cutting off my thoughts of the Pack and pretty much everything else. The pain was intense, bones compressing as muscle and tendons rearranged themselves... Fur sprouted along the body as I fell to my hands and knees, spine elongating to a tail and joints popping and snapping as my body twisted and arched in ways human bodies can't... My vision danced and faded in and out as my eyes changed to see as a wolf sees... different hues and colors. A gargled sound of pain escaped my lips as my skull elongated, sprouting a muzzle... Soon came the change in nose and ears, hands and feet, skin feeling like it was being torn to bits... and then it was over. The whole process took maybe fifteen minutes if you did it often enough and had enough energy. If you were tired and hadn't done it in a while it could take up to an hour of stopping and starting over and over and unimaginable pain. The only good thing about the Change was that once it was done and the pain faded, the endorphins from finally being DONE with the pain and the adrenaline of the experience flooded you making the searing pain a delicious ache that made you want to RUN.

Forgetting the troubles of the day, I tilted my head back and howled... answering cries of MY pack sang back to me from all around the woods, and then we were running.
