Don't know how many people we have so far, including people yet to submit their apps, (maybe 10?) but I think we don't need many more than that. I will probably close this for new apps soon. Of course, as I said, even when this closes for new apps, I will have reserved a place in the RP for anyone who has already expressed interest (so if you intend to make an app and are lingering around, make yourself known.)

My app is kinda done. Apologies for any mistakes in it, it's not 100% complete.
Also, I'm thinking this kind of thing for our base of operations:
Basically, the guy that will take us under his wing (a character I will create later on) will be a billionaire who owns a private island. We'll be stationed on that island, taking a room in the mansion there and training on it's land. Because it's a private island off in the Caribbean we'll have no interference, government or otherwise. ;)
I know the whole 'superhero academy in a mansion' type thing is overplayed, but hopefully this is a fresh take on it, and obviously we have more places to go in the future.

Can't wait to see what the assembled group looks like. The more I look at this the more I realise it's a great idea.
I think, unlike Kala, for example, Malik will not search the world for the Avatar to help protect it. I think it will be slightly reliant on chance. He crosses paths with the Avatar, and learns that he can do something worthwhile with his life. This could be pretty good as I consider him a bit of a lost cause.
