As Promised My Post has been edited since i received no response. if there are any other issues feel free to let me know so i can correct them.

Orion sat comfortable near one of the food stalls. silently he sipped a drink as he watched everyone coming and going. it was no real surprise to him that he found himself on edge. He was never fond of crowds yet someone always found himself around them. With his wings tucked close to his back it would take some real close inspection to see them. he kept them this way to keep from bumping into people. That and it also kept most eyes off him. some of the people he had already had classes with might notice him, or recognize him. but these new students, still had the curse of curiousity. they asked far too many questions, all of which are usually answered day one of class. He took another sip of his drink and scanned round one more time this time looking for familiar faces, to see who he could see

Upon request some members of squad 2 came and taught a month long training in hakuda. Some members of squad 11 ‘taught’ squad 5 zanjutsu for a month, that was something to see for sure. Squad four ran a few extra healing classes in the barrack over the course of the three months so the members had some basic knowledge of healing.

I see where your coming from and God-modding was not my intention. when stating 'upon' request i was implying i went through the proper channels to set these things up. i could have, and should have made that more clear. so what I would like to do is Ask Kurisa, as the controller of both Kaizo and Shiro, If they would have allowed such a training and spared a member of their squads to instruct. If not, or i dont get an answer in 24hours. I'll change it. again I apologize. as for squad four... I'll just send squad five to take the classes that already exist in the 4barracks, since we have no players in squad 4.

as for squad 5 as a whole, Gio has been training them since his appointment to third seat. in fact each timeskip has brought about more and more training, that never really stopped. The fist skip, the year was the blending of the kido corps into squad 5 and bringing them out of seclusion which meant combat training fr them and kido training for the regular squad five members. then in the week skip, in the wake of the invasion the training was kicked up again where the kido corps and regular squad five members were blended in their duties and taking part in 'joint' missions where kido corp members would actually go on mission instead of training and researching. (i can PM you the Posts if you want)

I say all that to point out that while the apparent preference of squad 5 is Kido, its recorded as "The members of this division are all highly skilled, having been trained by a captain who excels at everything, including battle readiness" Now Gio doesnt have that overall excellence. his strength lies in Kido, but for the squad to grow and strengthen overall they need higher training in the other area's of combat. since Gio cannot offer it himself, he went to squads that could. It also served as a way to get Gio known. if you recall a previous issue arose when Gio petitioned for a reccomendation for Lieutenant but he didnt know any captains... this was to slightly change that. gaining him a bit of reknown so that if he asks again there wont be so much fall out.

That being said. if Kurisa, as Shiro and Kaizo does not agree it will be changed. If he allows it i will be reworded to properly reflect my original intention. Is that ok with you. if not i will gladly change it right away.

Giovanni had his work cut out for him for sure. The entire three months had been spent training everyone, himself included. The regiment was once again made more rigorous. For his squad it meant less patrols and a lot more work. The kido corps began the process of being militarized, in that they would be available for combat.
Since Gio’s personal experience in fields outside of Kido was limited he allowed the more experienced members of his squad to lead the training exercises. However for the most part he drilled them on endurance and technique. Additionally he required them all to attend the kaido classes offered at the squad 4 barracks at least once a month so the would have a basic level of healing kido. They worked on a rotating style schedule: Zanjutsu, hado, zanjustu, Bakudo, day off. And then repeat. The squad was broken into 5 not so randomly assigned units and rotated between the trainings by day. The day off wasn’t actually a day off though, it was a day for Patrols and assignments really. Just a day off of training.

He trained along with his own men, but of course he trained on his own. He pushed himself harder and harder, never being sure what the next day would bring. His skills in Zanjutsu have improved because of it as well as use of shunpo. Everyone still has room for improvement but that’s the promise that each day holds for squad 5. The hope to get better.
The training has been paying off its own way. The missions and assignments that the squads receive have all been successes. But right now is real test

. Leaves three to fight.

Small swarm of sentient hollows and an Adjuches. The had already put a dent in the swarm but it only pissed them off. The forest they were in gave the hollows more of an advantage but it did allow for cover. They wouldn’t be able to make it far with the wounded but they didn’t manage to put some distance between themselves and the enemy. It gave time to set a trap.
With a Kido net hidden with another Kido set around them by Yumi, and Kaito was ready with hado 32 Okasen. Giovanni stood at the ready with a charging Kido in his left hand and his Released zanpakuto in his right. “contact in 5. Get left I have right. Maintain the net” As the hollows tried to flank their positing and got caught in the net. Gio and Saito fired their Kido into the hollows. Wounding them. “you two stick together.” They flash stepped moving to finish off the wounded hollows. With them dead the remainders came out of the wood works. Unsurprisingly Gio got separated from the other two. Not by much difference but with all the trees it was difficult to see them. But he went for the Adjuches, clashing with it in mid air. The beast struck at Gio with a spiked tail but Gio raised his hand and erected an El Escudo barrier that rebounded the attack. Gio pushed the Adjuches back while it was off balanced and threw a kick into its midsection, throwing it to the ground. “Shakkaho” he fired several shots into the hollow as it fell before “Raikoho”. Even amongst the chaos and debris he know the hollow wasn't dead. The cero shooting out of the smoke was also a pretty good indication as well. It also indicated the adjuches’ position. So when Gio shunpo’s out of the way he went downward, right beneath the hollow. His first slash cleaved off a leg with an electric hum. The second took off the arm that fired the Cero. In quick succession Gio punched the creature in the throat sending it flying toward a tree. But when it hit the tree Gio was already on top of him, Stabbing it in the head and pinning it to a tree. Thankfully strategy won out in this fight, overwhelming the enemy to cut his reaction time, utilizing the enemy’s attack as cover. Truthfully this Adjuches was far weaker than the last one he had the misfortune of encountering but the mission could have turned out a lot worse.

Withdrawing his blade he returned immediately to the rest o his unit. Yumi and kaito were still alive, watching each other’s backs, parrying for each other so that they could attack. They were surrounded by 4 remaining Hollows but were clearly keeping them at bay. Gio played it smart. “Disintegrate, you black dog of Rondanini!! Look upon yourself with horror and then claw out your own throat. Bakudo 9 Geki!” The four hollows were paralyzed by the Bakudo allowing Yumi and Saito to make very easy kills. As soon as the last one fell the other two members of the unit revealed themselves. They had been in a hidden barrier that Gio had placed them in. the injured man wounds had been tended to but fighting as out of the question. Slowly they made their way back to the seireitei to get the shinigami properly looked at. Once he was situated Gio returned to squad 5 to fill out the report.

slightly confused... did the Time skip happen or is it about to happen?

Race: half angel half demon
Weight/height: 5’8. 130lbs
Power: flight obviously. But because of his mixed blood his other natural abilities cancel each other out. However he maintains both’s aptitude for the mystic arts. He can manipulate mystic energy into solid constructs however he is severely limited. He can make really good small things, like a dozen butterfly’s but the biggest thing he can make on his own is a pair of daggers.

Personality: Loyal and distrusting. I know those two don’t normally go together but basically he tolerates people because he is drawn to them. But doesn't trust them. He will watch someone’s back faithfully but has a hard time believing someone would do the same for him.

Other: if the academy offers magic courses he is in desperate need of it. He has no formal training so he can only do his construct thing

Giovanni assisted to the best of his ability and doing what ever he could. Ultimately he ended up at the squad four barracks to check on his squad mates. He wasnt sure if it was normal for high seated officers to visit their men in the hospital but he really didnt care. Sure there was the 7% chance he was looking for a certain Nurse's flawless ass and a 12% chance he was trying to get some sort of relief for this migraine that was still trying to kill him. But he did see all his men that he was able to. The losses were heavy for squad 5 in particular, which only made Gio feel worse for not being conscious during the fighting. There was no guarantee he would have been able to do anything for his men but the feel still ate away at him. New has spread to the hospital already about the "betrayal" and tempers were flaring. a lot of people felt very strongly about the abrupt change in leadership. If the information he got at the Nurses station was correct then the Seireitei was now down 2 more lieutenants and a head captain. and someone else no one recognized but that was slightly besides the point.

"so wait" Gio asked the man at the station " so now we have....what? 5 or six captains out of 13. and" he counted on his fingers "4 lieutenants. and a shit ton of others... thats not good" he would have said more but he had to step out of the way so another shinigami with a busted up looking arm could be seen by the man.
