Gio sensed that someone else was in the captain commanders office so he decided to wait outside the door. Giovanni never would have guessed that the head captain would get so many visitors.if he was being honest he thought he was the only one that would be bothering the head captain so frequently. But that was because the man ran his unit. He Expected all the other squads to be run by their captains. but then he remembered how many captains were actually missing.

Gio stood up and stretched his arms "hey i have something i need to take care of at the squad one barrack. You're welcome to join me if you would like" Gio started toward the squad one barrack. He planned on asking to be deployed on a mission of sorts for the sake of experience. as a way to prove himself before he took the Head Captains exam later on. It would also be a good opportunity for Shusuke if he chose to tag along but at the moment Gio couldn't wait for him though. To the head captain he went

also it really has kinda come to my attention that we may need to progress faster and of course to do this well...we need more points O.o basically there will be higher points given out on missions now like...almost x2 the amount as to speed things up and also promotions are going to happen a lot faster also...I do like taking things slow and realistic (as possible) but in this case we do need to speed up so this is the solution xD So all Captains you see dis? you can give out quite a bit more points for missions now and promote people as you see fit...we need to speed things up xD

well on that note... I could really use a mission!

Orion/kaji & Sunōrirī- following the elder

Kaji stopped walking, out of shock. Not because of Sunōrirī's confession but because she suddenly reminded him of someone he once knew. It wasnt her physical features, it was the way she said "i still need to work on my lustful nature." His companion from long ago would say something similar when they had been younger. In fact Sunōrirī had something else in common with his companion now that one connection was already made. She sought to perfect the perfect stroke while his companion sought to perfect the perfect art of assassination. Kaji's companion, Rai, would always mention that she needed to work on her nature. whether it was her flashy nature, or her humble nature. But it was that nature that got her killed in the end, without perfecting the art of killing, as she had called it. a set of techniques that would supposedly end someones life without them even realizing they were in danger.

Orion let out a sigh and mumbled "women" lightly under his breath. He began walking again to force himself out of his memories and back to the present. when they reached the center of the village they were led into a building of sorts filled with elders. it quickly became apparent that Sunōrirī was not the only warrior who ventured to this place "looks like your not the only one here Sunōrirī," he whispered noting how the elders were fussing over another strangers appearance and abilities.

The situation was no different at the bandit attack, as many bodies lay on the ground, but this time they were covered in a strange goo that was splattered around the battlefield and had magic burn marks. They were not dead but they were surely not going to be getting up anytime soon that was for sure. A carriage was in the center of the road broken and shattered with its driver still in its seat. "A-Azure Dragon... Damn you..." He muttered out before blacking out. Off down the main road a old man was walking away from the scene, however before they could give chase, well two of them couldn't at their speed, the sounds of more bandits came from the forest. Seemed like not all of them were taken care off...

When Orion and the group arrived at the grisly scene his mood changed. Where as before he might have thrown out a couple more jokes and insult towards Kerenza now he was serious. First he rushed over to the diver who had fallen unconscious making sure he wasnt dead. His only injuries seemed to have come from what ever wrecked his ride. If he had to guess, the bandits probably attacked the carriage and someone stepped in. But how could it have been someone from the guild,Orion wondered. the jobs had only just came to the guild hall. He looked at the Driver one more time, to see if perhaps he recognized him, but he didnt. At the sound of more bandits Orion spun around quickly, scanning the area for anything that moved. As a precaution he clasped his hands together, as was usually required to activate his magic. limited visibility meant the bandits, if thats who they were, would see them first which wasnt good.

It was at this point that He noticed the old man walking away but there was the more pressing issue of potentially being surrounded. what ever the gooey stuff on the ground was he knew he would have to avoid stepping in it. He knelt down and pressed himself against what remained of the carriage preparing to defend himself and the others. "hey princess, we could use extra sets of eyes," least that way their collective field of vision would be greater. on top of that Orion really hoped that the leader of these guys was one of the random bodies on the floor. God knows that would make things so much easier

"That's a good question." he said, now rubbing his fuzzy chin inquisitively. "I would like to think that I could at least get below the 15th seat or higher in a years time. My zanpakuto share a strong bond which I think is key to reaching higher and higher. Who knows though, only time will tell." he said, now finishing his cup of sake. "Perhaps things will turn out vastly different though, I could excel and beat my estimated goal or maybe I'll pale in comparison to my squad mates, guess we'll just have to see." he said with an honest smile,

"If you know the name of your zanpakuto that means you can at the very least activate your shikai. Most people actually cant, so 15th seat shouldn't be to far off for you, especially since you said you have a strong bond with your zanpakuto" Giovani noted before drinking his cup, leaf and all. He didnt even feel it go down. for the moment he didn't refill his cup "just be positive your dream squad is Hope isnt it? shouldnt you be, you know,, hopeful?"
