Still a bit dazed at the work of pure magic that had taken place in front of his very eyes, Dan eased back a bit. Well, okay...He supposed that perhaps there was something to add to his list of pure craziness. Though, he was pretty sure this was off the charts. Any thought of pain immediately flew away from his body, instantly replaced with the utmost curiosity, his honey colored eyes shimmering brightly in an almost boyish fashion. He snapped away from it however upon the arrival of Sage, giving a nod to him and a friendly smile. Though, his mind lingered.

"Woah.." He muttered, his voice breathless. The city itself looked...beautiful, definitely neater and bigger than Columbia. Yet, it was...underwater? That was another strange thing, almost ridiculous, but he didn't dare say that in front of Johnathan. Besides, why waste breath on such a stupid comment. Something Dan had to always watch himself on, and scold himself for.

He was surprised at the young mans next question however, probably one to pass the time, or evaluate their skills in the field. An easy answer, to a simple question. Yet, Dan still had a hard time just simply trusting this man. It was definitely quite the curious subject, and Dan would love the opportunity to walk the halls of that city, bask in the futuristic quality it possessed. With a glance around the hidden beach, he crossed his arms, wincing as he remembered the injury on his back, embracing the pain once more.

"I've been with the Knights ever since I was a tiny boy. My sis- my friend told me about this family, and I joined. I've been with them ever since I guess, going through the highs and lows with them, and enjoying the companionship to the fullest." His eyes took on a new hue, darker, his voice was suddenly filled with pride. Though, the dark in his eyes remained. This beach always got to him, and it was beginning to show through. He almost slipped, so close to falling over an edge he wouldn't be able to climb back over. He gave a small and lighthearted smirk, casting his gaze over Sage, Jeff, and Kennedy.

Feeling a little uneasy, almost chilled, Dan turned his head slowly, focusing behind him. He was surprised, to say the least, when Leroy came forth. Though that wasn't what surprised him. What had, was the sight of the officer from earlier approach from behind of him. The first thought that rang in his head was, 'He must have been tortured..forced into giving away our location'
Though, their body language suggested otherwise. Both were surprisingly relaxed, besides the officer, who looked to be a bit cautious. On guard. Leroy led him here, but it seemed like the two had a layer of trust about them. Strange, but not the strangest thing he'd seen today. He didn't say anything to Leroy or the officer, instead he fully turned around to face them, tilting his head back to the others. "Guy's..." He paused, motioning for them to look over to the pair. "We have visitors." He said curtly, stepping toward towards Leroy and the copper.
"Though...I'm kinda curious as to how we have a guest." He tilted his head, not making any move for his weapon, or prepping his vigors. He would be calm unless the situation called for otherwise. Besides, he had placed himself in front of the others for a reason.
"So, dare I ask, to what do we owe this surprise?" He trained his eyes on Leroy now, his voice calm and even, like the water lapping at the shore just behind the tent.

I don't mind waiting, all three have their pros and cons. Sadly I can't see Angel randomly helping strangers, unless she knows one of them and wants to help. Best she would do is end up making a slight, gleeful squeak about Sid (Basically: "Puppy!") then start to pet the animal in the middle of the fight! :p I can always write a post about Angel noting the skirmish, giving her an intro as well as get a bit into the PC's skin and give a taste of what you're going to expect from her.

Hopeless Stalker: I (MacabreFox, )

In that case, I'll have to go for the stalker intro. Sounds really interesting, and fairly amusing...In a strange way.

I KNEW IT!
Heart beating, head racing, and his spirit dancing, Orion held fast. All around him bandits were falling one by one to De, the fellow he had called a companion and charged in with; and to the others, whom he had no knowledge. Though, with a rising suspicion, he felt as if their paths entwined for a reason. Hopefully, that reason ended well. If not for him, then at least for De.

The sound of an axe ripping through flesh pulled him back into the now, the battle, and the bandits. They had been reduced down to a mere sliver of what they had been. It also appeared that the hostages had been freed as well, whether that was good to do so early, without knowing their intentions was good or not, Orion didn't exactly have the time about him to ask. Not that he would inquire such a thing anyway. His silk gaze fixed it's smooth stare at his last, and final opponent, who had been weakened for the kill by De.

This bandit had a gash along his left leg, his hide armor was coated with blood. Though, it looked as though it was dried, remnants of his past battles. Orion couldn't help but wonder how he was capable of such a thing, to live with the memory of those that you killed on you. It didn't settle well with him, not at all. Watching carefully as his opponents sword raised, Orion mirrored it, his own amber sword raising and shining against the tavern lighting. Both stared hard at each other, the noises around them seeming to fade. Twirling his sword, Orion faked forward, pulling his attacker towards him, and sidestepped around the oncoming force. With a strain on his arm, he swung his arm back, sharp blade slicing through the hide and skin of the bandits back, causing him to slink to the floor in pain.

Agility was something that Orion relied heavily on, as well as his ability to control himself. He not only relied on this technique, but he lived by it, shadows of his combat form in his everyday activities. As the bandit screamed in pain at the deep gash previously sliced into his back, Orion walked over to him, sword lightly dragging against the ground. "You've fought many battles my friend..." He raised his sword above his hooded head, his mask flattening and waving with each word.
"Herein lies your last." As soon as he ended the sentence, the screaming stopped. Replaced with the sound of a blade ripping through armor, and flesh. Orion grimaced lightly at the feel, again telling himself it wasn't like before, he was helping this time. That thought fresh in his mind, he tore his sword from the chest of the limp body, using his foot to help pull the blade from the loose, yet plentiful flesh.

He gave a quick glance around the tavern, locking his gaze on the bandit that had been knocked across the room. With a lopsided smirk dawning on his face, Orion twirled his sword once more before stepping over to the bar, making sure to keep a bit of distance between himself and the two women already there, though they had been the ones he had first seen to attack the bandits, he wasn't all that sure of their intentions. Which, he came to realize, they probably didn't know his or De's as well. That would most definitely have to be settled, lest he want to end up like that man on the ground near the pair.

I'll post up the ones from the pm then. I wasn't sure if you edited because they are either hard to read or OP, so thanks. Also, still waiting on opinions, either by GM or other Players, about this:A third option is to have Angel's curiosity get the better of her and wait until the group start on their way again. She stalks them, gets caught (likely thanks to the 'puppy' Sid) and then blames Mathias (owl) by saying its all his idea. :p

Both are good options, but if you would rather be introduced sooner; if not by much, I would recommend being a hostage.
Though stalking would be quite the way to enter...
Oh, alright. Thanks.
I had a basketball game, so sorry for my lateness, I'll have one tomorrow as well, just a heads up. What happened while I was away?
Your post is good Captian, don't worry!

My post is done, but will be delayed until later today because of basketball. I apologize for that, but I can't miss my first game.

Anyway, have a good day guys!
I'm in soooo much pain, my ankles hurt from basketball, and I got whacked in the shoulder with the edge of a bat.

Ughhhh
My post will probably be up around 3:00 EST today because of school, sorry peeps.
