Weather Manipulation: As a being of an alien race, Asaria and others from her home planet are atune to the weather around them an capable of manipulating it. This is true for all types of weather, whether it he lightning, thunder, tornadoes, clouds, temperature, etc. She can manipulate the weather within a thirty foot radius around her person, but cannot use her powers in a wider area than that. 

Increased Speed: Asaria's race is born with a natural affinity for speed. When they get going, they can run as fast as one hundred miles per hour. They cannot just hit their top speed instantly though, they have to build up to it. 

Combat Oriented: Asaria and others like her are trained from a young age in hand to hand combat. Asaria has taken this even further and is trained in using small daggers, knunchuks, and even shorter swords as her planet possess similar weapons, just with different names. Guns and other futuristic weaponry is completely foreign to her, however as her planet is not one forward in the ways of technology.  

Weaknesses:
Naive: Asaria can come off as very naive, simply because human customs are completely foreign to her. She and those from her planet act much differently to the people of Earth, and as such Asaria can miss things and not pick up on things as quickly as most. 

Warm-Bodied: Lunarian people are weak to cold temperatures and climates, and as such Asaria will often increase the temperature around her slightly when the weather dips into the colder degrees. She hates snow with a passion, dislikes ice in any of her drinks, and will only eat ice cream when forced.

Cold Shoulder: Asaria can often come off as cold or distant even when she doesn't mean too, simply due to how she was raised. She and her people aren't the touchy Feely sort, so hugs really confuse her. She doesn't understand the need to touch in order to show affection, and doesn't necessarily like being touched. Only those whom you are exceddiningly close to are an exception to this, and it takes her time to warm up to people.

Personality:
Asaria tries her hardest to be personable and friendly, but she really just doesn't understand humans and their customs. She was raised with a very strict upbringing, and such can come across quiet formal and closed off. She's the most honorable and loyal person to have on your side, however, and she has a firm sense of right and wrong. She loves learning new things and will constantly inquire about proper human customs and the like. She's really Avery curious person. But she's also very protective of those she cares for, and can be quite motherly. She can be quite sarcastic in her own way, though most don't pick up on it because the sayings of her people are much different from human ones. 

Asaria can also be quite serious, although she likes to enjoy herself. She likes sunsets and anything involving human food.
She dislikes loud noises, anything involving mud, and anything cold. Video games confuse her and intrigue her to no end.  

History/Bio: 
Being raised one of eight aliens to two parents invested in that very alien planet's government is a hard life. Asaria is the youngest of eight to Elder Leerangar and Sorania Keelmandar, both of them on Lunaria's Council of Elders, which govern their great people. Being raised this way, Azaria was given a very strict and honorable upbringing, being taught discipline from an early age. 

But as she grew, Asaria found herself unhappy with her world and it's people, she wanted to explore other worlds as she never felt like hers was home. So when she turned 100(13 in human years), Asaria set off in a pod, which was how her people traveled away from the planet when the need arose. They were strictly watched over, but Asaria had her ways. 

She traveled for many years to many different planets, learning many things in the process. Asaria arrived on Earth when she was 200 (21 in human years), and decided she liked this planet best. She couldn't quite figure out why, as nothing about Metro City was entirely that special. But there was so much life, and it intrigued her instantly. She hasn't left since.

Echo

Superpowers:
Echokinesis: Otherwise known as sound manipulation, Echo has the ability to control and manipulate sound in any way he sees fit within a twenty foot radius of himself. He can bend sound to create powerful Soundwave attacks, sonic screeches, etc. He can also affect the sense of hearing to anyone within this radius, taking away that sense or increasing it sharply as he sees fit. 

Telekinesis: Echo also has the ability to move abject with his mind within a ten foot radius of himself. He can only lift up to three objects at one time (1-2 if the objects are heavier, the heavier the object the more concentration required), and he can only lift objects for ten minutes continuously before he begins to tire. He cannot lift objects more than three times his weight. 

Expert Hand to Hand: Echo is an expert hand to hand fighter, training in this aspect for years so that he wouldn't be at a disadvantage given the nature of his powers. He is a black belt in Ju Jitsu and Karate. 

Weaknesses:
Air Combat: Echo isn't the best fighter when his feet aren't firmly on the ground. Toss him around in the air and he'll likely be an easier match, as he isn't as well trained in fighting whilst in the air. He actually prefers to not be in the air unless his feet are firmly planted to something. He also has a fear of heights, and falling to his death. 

Not a Chatty Kathy: Echo doesn't talk much, he's definitely the strong silent type. He doesn't much enjoy being around other people, in fact he'd be completely happy spending all of his time alone. He's not very good at conversation or making friends, and he doesn't put in much effort to become better at doing so either. He honestly just likes being by himself. 

Vulnerability: Whole Echo is using his telekinesis, he opens himself up to attack as he has no way to defend himself if he's busy using his power elsewhere. This can make him a bit slow on the uptake and open to attack, as his powers require quite a bit of focus. Echo is most vulnerable from the back and sides while he's using his telekinetic powers. 

Personality:
Lucian is quiet, a deep thinker, a loner, and a champion all in one. He's a survivor at the core, determined to at least remain standing when hr world finally goes to shit(as he know it will). Most would call him a pessimist, but he prefers realist. He is courageous, strong-willed, and confident. But he isn't one for idle chatter or gossip. He doesn't play well with others, mostly because he hardly ever talks. He enjoys silence more than someone with his powers probably is expected to, he prefers intellectual conversations to any other form of communication, and he has no patience for evil doers. He doesn't care what reason they have for doing what they do, he loathes all of the villains he encounters on principle. He doesn't give second chances often, he doesn't trust easily, and it takes a while for him to warm up to anyone. 

History/Bio:
Lucian was born to a single mother hard in her luck in the big city of Metro City. From a young age he was raised to believe that life was hard and then you died. His mother instilled in him values based on a "if you expect the worst, you won't be disappointed" mindset. 

When he was eight, his mother was murdered in a car accident. After that, Lucian moved to the other side of the city to live with his aunt, who ended up being an alcoholic. When he was ten, his aunt locked him inside the small closet that held her giant stereo system with it on full blast while she was passed out drunk. It should have killed him, but instead it gave him his powers over sound. How, Lucian had no idea. 

So certainly the age of ten, Lucian has lived on the streets of Metro City, surviving on his own. He's been taking care of himself, doing odd jobs around the city to make money to sustain himself. Lucian can't tell you where  he first discovered his telekinetic powers, not sure how or when they developed himself. He just had them one day, as if he'd always had them. It had been very strange. 

When he was eighteen, Echo became Echo. Now a full fledged adult, Lucian decided his powers were of better use to the greater good than just to himself. He wanted to help people, make a difference, be someone his mother could be proud of. 

And so Echo was born, and from then on Lucian worked to rid Metro City of all the villains it held... As many as there were.

Energy Absorbtion: Red has the ability to absorb ultraviolet energy and other such energies from the air and surrounding area around her out to a ten foot radius. She can then harness this energy in multiple ways, as she sees fit for any given situation. 

Energy Blasts: Red can shoot red energy blasts from her hands and eyes, her eyes tend to glow red when this happens. She has harnessed this ability to shoot both short and longer blasts of energy, but never for more than ten seconds. 

Flight: Red has the ability to fly at a speed of up to fifty miles per hour before tiring. She cannot do this indefinitely, she can fly for a continuous period of thirty minutes before she gets tired.

Expert Hand to Hand Combat: Red is an expert in any form of melee fighting. She can fight both with her fists, and with smaller weapons. But she prefers her fists. She is a black belt in both Tae Kwon Do and Karate, and is studying Ju Jitsu. 

Weaknesses:
Proud: Red is a very confident, very proud person. But insult her pride and she will lose her cool. She has a short temper, and can be short-sighted when pushed too far. That being said, she is the older of the two siblings and tries to set a good example for her younger brother, but she fails at this from time to time. 

A Weakness to Blue: For some strange reason, Red is weak to any blast of blue energy coming from her brother. The weakness is shared by her brother from her own energy, and neither of them know why. But they can not absorb each other's energy at all. 

Claustrophobic: Red is immensely fearful of being enclosed in any tight space, she hates elevators and small hallways with a passion. She doesn't like being squeezed, tied up, or anything that cuts off the air supply to her body even by a little. Her biggest fear? Suffocation. 

Personality:
Red is a very proud, very strong, very confident individual. She has always had to by the more adult of the two siblings, forced at a young age to take sole care of her brother. She is very protective, loyal, compassionate, and believes in a firm sense of right and wrong. She is a pursuer of justice to her core, hates liars and thieves and basically anyone bold enough to do something to harm another person. She can't stand a bully, she is definitely a protector of the weak type. She is fiercely protective of her younger brother above all else, and she will not mess around with anyone trying to hurt him in any way. To do so, would be the greatest offense to Red, as she cares for no one more.

History/Bio:
Alisha was born in the summer to two very loving parents, Savannah and Porter Scott. She waws loved, and cared for, and completely spoiled until her brother came along. Her mother died in labor while giving birth to her younger brother, and her father lost his mind over it. Suddenly, all he did was drink. He passed away when her brother was nine. From then on, Alisha had to take care of them both. Being twelve at the time, that wasn't an easy job. Alisha and her brother lived mostly on the street, avoiding any watchful eyes and trying to survive. 

When they were fourteen and eleven respectively, they accidentally slept somewhere they shouldn't have, in an abandoned biochemical facility. Her brother, the more adventurous of the two of them, had gone exploring. He'd found a room coated in a thick, green, chemical acid. Calling his sister to invesitgate, they both apparently had gotten too close, because days later they noticed they were not the same. 

Being both superpowered now, they turned to fighting crime.

Weaknesses:
Reckless: Blue is clumsy, and he isn't as careful as his sister. Thus can lead to him becoming pretty reckless and erratic in his attack patterns. He can often get too caught up thein the heat of battle and become careless, though he's working on it. 

A Weakness to Red: For some strange reason, Blue is weak to any blast of blue energy coming from his sister. The weakness is shared by his sister from his own energy, and neither of them know why. But they can not absorb each other's energy at all. 

Big Bugs: Blue is scared to death of big insects. Spiders, cockraoches, ants, bees, wasps, worms, etc, he doesn't like them. He can become quite out of control when faced with a large bug like enemy or if he spots big bugs around him. It freaks him out quite a bit. 

Personality:
Blue is a very laid-back person. He loves having fun, making jokes, playing pranks, and genuinely enjoying himself. He's sarcastic, comical, loyal, kind, easy-going, and just the life of the party. He doesn't take too much about life seriously, and will be joking even while fighting. He's overly protective of his older sister, and fiercely loyal to her. 

History/Bio:
Tucker doesn't remember much about his parents at all, his earliest memories being if his sister taking care of him by his sister. He remembers staying under bridges, in abandoned buildings, and other such low key but not permanent places. He hasn't had the easiest childhood 

But when he accidentally discovered the room covered in that green acid, and when he and his sisters had gotten powers because of it, Tucker had truly come alive. He loved being a superhero, love the adventure it gave his life. He loved being able to fly and fight crime. His sister wasn't happy at first, but Tucker was ecstatic. They both decided to fight crime together, more at Tyler's insistence than anything else.

Cryokinesis:
Damian can create, shape and manipulate ice, water frozen into a solid state and appears naturally in forms of snow, slush, hail, icicles, ice spikes and candles, glaciers, pack ice, frost, and polar ice caps, and cold by reducing the kinetic energy of atoms and thus making things colder, for various effects and combinations. He has mastered his control over ice, giving him the ability to travel quickly, attack, defend, and other such things with the ice he wields.

Increased Durability:
Given his affinity for ice, Damian has a thicker skin than most humans due to his familiarity with the cold and ice. His skin is harder to penetrate or scratch, and he can take more damage than the average huma. This does not mean is his invulnerable, as he can still be taken out like anyone else. He just has a bot more of a defense working in his favor. 

Strengths:
Cool Under Pressure:
Damian isn't one to freak out under pressure, he's very cool calm and collected. He tends to be the more level headed member of whatever group he is in, not one to jump to conclusions or make decisions without first looking at all the facts. He doesn't stress the small stuff, or the big stuff really, as he doesn't usually let himself get stressed out much at all. He doesn't take anything seriously enough to really get that way.

Pursuer of Justice:
Damian has a very firm sense of right and wrong, and he can't stand people who purposely hurt others for their own personal gain. He's very much a pursuer of justice, he stands up for "the little guy", and he often is known to throw himself in harm's way if it means that he is protecting someone else in the process. He's takes his role as hero seriously, which is probably the only thing he takes seriously. Oh, and don't hurt animals in his presence or he's very likely to freeze you for the next fifty years. 

Perseverance:
Damian is not one to go down without a fight, or without first giving any given situation everything he has. He's not one to ever give up, think that anything is hopeless, or lose his will to fight. He's always able to find a reason to keep going, a silver lining to keep him out of the dark places of his mind(which he does have, even if they're few and far between). He's a pretty positive person, and he truly believes that the fight to get what you want is worth getting there in the end. 

Weaknesses:
Bad Puns:
Of all his various attempts at humor, Damian's worst ones are probably all the really bad ice puns that he tends to use. Multiple times people have groaned and facepalmed at his attempts to be funny, but he doesn't care. He loves his sense of humor and often laughs at himself, even if no one else is laughing. He really likes puns, probably more than he should, and will often find various ways to slip them in to everyday conversation, much to the dismay of those around him. 

I'm Melting:
Damian being an ice user, he is naturally weak to fire and anything that gets too hot. Extreme heat can weaken him, as well as being out under a hot sun for too long of a time. He's not one to enjoy a day at the beach because of this, unless he can spend the entire time in the water and never leave it. He prefers night time to day time, and he really doesn't like much of anything if it comes hot, though some foods do get his exception to this rule like pizza. He also really loves ice cream. 

Undergound Blues:
Damian doesn't like being trapped underground in any way, and he can't even really tell you why. It just freaks him out. He hates the sewers and basically anything that gives him a reason to be underground for long periods of time. He much prefers being topside, even if he does have to deal with the sun that way. He just doesn't like feeling trapped. He's not claustrophobic really, just doesn't like the whole underground with no foreseeable way out thing.

Armored:
Damian has his powers when he's not in his armor, but they are way less effective. He's not nearly as strong without his armor as he is with it on. 

Personality:
Damian is a laid-back guy, he doesn't take things too seriously. He is a big advocate for justice, can't stand a bully, and loves cracking jokes. He loves food, anything involving the cold, and classic arcade games. He spends the majority of his free time reading comic books, listening to music, or off on some adventure. He really likes traveling, exploring, and discovering new cultures. But above all else, Damian loves the snow. He turns into a kid on Christmas whenever it snows. Damian tries really hard to be funny, but the only person who think he is funny, is himself. Damian is also the most loyal friend a person can have, and he is quick to jump in the line of fire to protect someone he cares about. 

History/Bio:
Damian was born a only child to his two scientist parents. From a young age they wanted to crack the code on the "Hero make-up" as they called it, wanting to find out just how a person was granted with supernatural abilities. From a young age, Damian was his parent's guinea pig, no matter how much he didn't want to be. For the first ten years of his life, they were unsuccessful. 

But then on the eve of his tenth birthday, his parents locked him inside a walk-in freezer all night long with not even a shirt on his back. Damian was sure he was going to die, as his body was pumped with all sorts of chemicals and the like, his parents trying to trigger something. And they did, Damian walked out of the freezer the next morning completely fine, and covered from head to toe in a thick layer of ice. It was from then on that he had his powers over the ice, and his parents for years afterwards still poked and prodded him, attempting to make him stronger. 

It wasn't until he was eighteen that he finally escaped their torture, because really that's what it was. Damian hated his parents, but was happy he had powers, despite his loathing for them they had actually done something right. From that moment on when he left, Damian figured the best use for his powers would be to fight crime. He was stoked actually, having read about his favorite heroes over the years, he was psyched with the thought of being one himself.

Scarlet Shadow

Superpowers:
Elasticity:Scarlet Shadow's body possesses a rubber like quality to it that gives Scarlet the power and ability to completely twist, turn, extend, and maneuver her body as if she were made of putty. This dies not however, make her invulnerable as her skin and body is still able to be penetrated and attacked. 

Increased Speed: Scarlet has the ability to run at speeds as fast as 80 moh with ease, though she can't do this indefinitely. She gets tired after about ten minutes of this consistently, if she takes breaks she's usually fine. 

Expert Hand to Hand Combat:Scarlet doesn't have any weapons, instead relying in her fists and the power behind her years of training in melee and hand to hand combat. She has a black belt in Tai Kwon Do and Karate. 

Weaknesses:
Proud: Scarlet is big about her pride, and as such will not give up been if she is losing. She tends to go off the deep end if someone questions her pride, and will lash out if necessary. 

Not Bulletproof: Despite her body having a rubber like quality to it, Scarlet still can be wounded as if her skin was normal. She can be cut, bruised, shot, etc and will still retain the normal injuries as if her skin was normal. 

ADD: Scarlet gets distracted very easily.

Hot Head: She also has a very short temper.

Personality:
Scarlet is brash, impulsive, selfish, arrogant, proud, and sarcastic. Factor in her total disregard for anyone's feelings but her own and she's a right ray of sunshine. She can be pretty hard to deal with, but she's actually been through a lot to get where she is. 

Scarlet has a very short temper, very little patience, and doesn't like to admit she's wrong. She won't apologize ever, will throw someone under the bus to get what she wants, and will enjoy doing it. She will do whatever it takes to get ahead, and damn everyone else along the way.

History/Bio:
Scarlet was five years old when her parents sold her to a group of crazy people. She doesn't remember much before that, only remembering the times that came afterwards. She later found out that her parents had been scientists, and had sole her to the company they worked for as a science experiment in triggering mutations in order to give humans superpowers. 

It worked, Joanna turned into the Elastic Wonder after years of torture and abuse. She hated her life and everything about it, never having a home or anything for herself unless she counted the sheets on her small room they kept her in when they weren't poking and prodding her. 

She exacted when she was seventeen, and vowed she would never return. She would never again bow to the will of another, and she would never care about any human after what humans had done to her. She was determined to take whatever she wanted out of life, forsaking all the consequences she simply just wanted to never want for anything again. So, the Scarlet Shadow was born, and Joanna never went back.

Personality:
Captain Hades is Snarky, selfish, self absorbed, self-serving, arrogant, greedy, impatient, and confident all rolled into one. He's a right little ray of sunshine. He's impulsive, wants when he wants when he wants it, and hot-tempered. But he's also highly intelligent and very suave in his nature. He's basically a spoiled child on the inside, and a suave gentleman on the outside.

Also he's obsessed with bringing things and people back from the dead, as his power implies.
